The paper describes two-dimensional solid state NMR experiments that use powdered dephased antiphase coherence (γ preparation) to encode chemical shifts in the indirect dimension. Both components of this chemical shift encoded gamma-prepared states can be refocused into inphase coherence by a recoupling element. This helps to achieve sensitivity enhancement in 2D NMR experiments by quadrature detection. The powder dependence of the gamma-prepared states allows for manipulating them by suitable insertion of delays in the recoupling periods. This helps to design experiments that suppress diagonal peaks in 2D spectra, leading to improved resolution. We describe some new phase modulated heteronuclear and homonuclear recoupling pulse sequences that simplify the implementation of the described experiments based on γ prepared states. Recoupling in the heteronuclear spin system is achieved by matching the difference in the amplitude of the sine/cosine modulated phase on the two rf-channels to the spinning frequency while maintaining the same power on the two rf-channels. 相似文献

Herein we demonstrate for the first time, the synthesis of benzimidazoles through the coupling of aldehydes with o-phenylenediamine by using highly acidic nanoporous aluminosilicate with 3D structure and cage-type pores as the catalyst. We study the structure of the category of integrable level zero representations with finite dimensional weight spaces of affine Lie algebras. We show that this category possesses a weaker version of the finite length property, namely that an indecomposable object has finitely many simple constituents which are non-trivial as modules over the corresponding loop algebra. Moreover, any object in this category is a direct sum of indecomposables only finitely many of which are non-trivial. We obtain a parametrization of blocks in this category.

Magnetic particles (MPs) offer several advantages for neural cell therapy, but limited particle uptake by neural cells is a barrier to translation. It is recently proved that tailoring particle physicochemical properties (by enhancing their iron content) dramatically improves uptake in neural stem cells (NSCs)—a major transplant population. High‐throughput screening of particles with varying physicochemical properties can therefore aid in identifying particles with optimal uptake features, but research is hampered by the lack of simple methodologies for studying neural cell membrane responses to nanoparticle platforms. A high‐resolution–high throughput method has been used to study early membrane responses of primary rodent NSCs to particles of variant magnetite loading, to attempt to correlate these responses with known particle internalization profiles. Membrane imaging is enhanced through sequential staining with osmium (O) and thiocarbohydrazide (T), a method termed OTOTO, combined with field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). A five‐point classification system was used to systematically evaluate early MP‐induced membrane responses to particles possessing distinct physicochemical properties. Significantly different profiles of membrane activation were noted that correlate with particle uptake profiles. A novel pathway for ex vivo maytansinoid release from thioether linked antibody maytansinoid conjugates (AMCs) upon incubation in human plasma has been identified. A thioether succinimide-linked AMC can undergo chemical oxidation followed by sulfoxide elimination under mild aqueous conditions (pH 5.5-7.5, 37 °C). An attempt has been made to prepare and characterise ammonium thiocyanate (NH4SCN) salt and a multiwall carbon nanotube (MWNT)-doped polyvinyl alcohol-based nanofibre mats using an electrospinning process. The X-ray diffraction result shows an improvement in the amorphous nature of composite electrolyte fibre mats with increasing concentrations of the MWNT filler. The DSC behaviour of these nanofibre mat exhibits better thermal response upon dispersal of the filler. Composite electrolyte nanofibre mat doped with 6 wt% MWNT shows optimum conductivity, viz., 5.8?×?10?4 Scm?1. The temperature dependence of the bulk electrical conductivity displays a combination of Arrhenius and Vogel–Tammam–Fulcher nature. Dielectric loss studies have also been used to understand the conduction process in the system. Jonscher power law seems to be obeyed during ac conductivity measurements of the fibre mats. 相似文献

Fluence dependence of transmission in three dyes, viz. indanthrone, dichloroindanthrone and violanthrone, is reported at 532 nm as well as at 1.06 µm. These dyes show optical limiting at both these wavelengths for nanosecond pulses. Two transient absorptions have been detected in the 266 nm laser photolysis of 2-phenylheptamethyltrisilane in cyclohexane solution at room temperature, and their time evolution was recorded in the presence and absence of air and added trapping agents. The shorter-lived 440 nm transient (t1/2 < 20μs) is tentatively assigned to the silylene :SiMePh and the more persistent 380 nm transient to the disilene MePhSiSiMePh. Dielectric relaxation of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) samples, in which the presence of an amorphous phase is evidenced by x-ray diffraction, has been studied over the temperature range 30–150°C and frequency range 102–105 Hz. These data as well as those reported by other authors, reveal several points useful to the understanding of the dielectric relaxations of PAN in relation to its structure. A glass transition in PAN is evidenced by at least two of the four data sets investigated; the third shows combined effect of two relaxations, whereas the fourth clearly shows a relaxation process different from the glass transition. The glass-transition behavior of the dielectric relaxation data is confirmed by Williams-Landel-Ferry theory and a recent theory of Phillips, both of which lead to consistent conclusions. 相似文献
