A Mixed Mann Iteration Process for Fixed Points of Mixed Increasing Operators in Ordered Banach Spaces

In this paper, we develop a new mixed Mann iteration process to approximate the fixed points of mixed increasing operators in ordered Banach spaces and discuss the convergence analysis of the iterative sequences generated by the iteration process. As an application, we develop a new iterative method for solving a class of nonlinear integral equations.     

Solution-processable graphenes by covalent functionalization of graphene oxide with polymeric monoamines

We develop here a simple wet chemistry to prepare covalent functionalized graphenes(FGs) through epoxide aminolysis especially under alkaline aqueous condition. Remarkably, a series of typical monoamines, such as industrial Huntsman Jeffamine~ M-2070 and M-2005 polymer with hydrophilic or hydrophobic polyetheramine chains, positively-charged 2-amino-N,N,Ntrimethylpropanaminium,negatively-charged sulfanilic acid, even oligopeptide sequence, can be effectively grafted on the platelets of graphene oxide precursor with covalent functionalization and partially reduced features. This strategy provides the researchers a facile and convenient approach to design and synthesize solution processable, biocompatible and functionalized graphenes for the potent applications in electronic inks, drug carriers and biomedicines. Expansion of the current study is actively ongoing in our laboratory.     

量子阱层和垒层具有不同Al组分的270/290/330nm AlGaN基深紫外LED光电性能

为了研究AlGaN量子阱层和垒层中Al组分不同对AlGaN基深紫外发光二极管(LED)光电性能的影响,本文利用MOCVD生长、光刻和干法刻蚀工艺制备了AlGaN量子阱层和垒层具有不同Al组分的270/290/330nm深紫外LED,通过实验和数值模拟计算方法发现,量子阱层和垒层中具有低Al组分紫外LED的AlGaN材料具有较低的位错密度、较高的光输出功率和外量子效率。通过电流-电压(I-V)曲线拟合出的较大的理想因子(3.5)和能带结构图表明,AlGaN深紫外LED的电流产生是隧穿机制占据主导作用,这是因为高Al组分AlGaN量子阱中强极化场造成了有源层区域较大的能带弯曲和电势降。     

Synthesis,Structure and Property of a Novel Coordination Polymer [Tb(C_7H_3NO_4)(C_6H_4NO_2)(H_2O)]

A novel terbium(III) coordination polymer [Tb(C7H3NO4)(C6H4NO2)(H2O)] was successfully synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.2252(11), b = 14.1477(16), c = 10.5134(12) A, β = 95.770(2)°, V = 1365.2(3) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 2.248 g·cm-3, F(000) = 880, the final R = 0.0176 and w R = 0.0411 for 2149 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The complex is extended into a three-dimensional network structure with 24-atom rings which are composed of Tb, C and O atoms. The complex displays green fluorescence emission in the solid state at room temperature, which corresponds to 5D4 → 7F5 transition of the Tb(III) ion.     

Evolution from Diffuse Ferroelectric to Relaxor Ferroelectric in Pb1-xBax（Fe1/2Nb1/2）O3 Solid Solutions

Dielectric and ferroelectric characteristics for Pb1-xBax（Fe1/2Nh/2）O3 （x = 0,0.05,0.1,0.15, and 0.2） ceramics are determined together with their structures. X-ray diffraction （XRD） analysis confirms the solid solutions with the cubic structure. The dielectric nature changes from diffuse ferroelectric to relaxor ferroelectric with increasing x, while the phase transition temperature Tc （or Tm） decreases monotonously. The diffuse ferroelectric phase transition is observed in the solid solutions with 0≤x ≤0.05. For Pbl-xBax（Fe1/2Nb1/2）O3 with 0.1≤ x≤0.2, relaxor ferroelectric behavior is determined, and the Vogel-Fulcher equation is used to describe the relaxor behavior. The 1/ε versus T plots reveal the diffusion dielectric characteristics in both diffuse and relaxor ferroelectrics.

In this paper, we mainly studied the limit properties for the countable nonhomogeneous Markov chains. We established some limit properties for the functions of the countable nonhomogeneous Markov chains with variables under the convergence in the sense, which extended the similar conclusions for the functions with two variables. At last, as a corollary, we given the similar result in the homogeneous Markov stock market.     

Protein Staining Agents from Cationic and Neutral Luminescent Iridium(III) Complexes

Seven luminescent iridium(III) complexes were prepared to investigate the relationships between chemical structures and properties of protein staining. For the first time, the effect of the main ligand, the π conjugation effect of the ancillary ligand, and the charge effect of organometallic complexes on protein staining has been revealed. Most importantly, this study gives the first experimental evidence of the potential applications of charge‐neutral organometallic complexes in protein staining, which could open an avenue of exploiting novel protein staining agents in the future.
