A series of octa‐substituted metal phthalocyanines [MPc(OC5H11)8] (M = Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Pc = phthalocyaninato, (OC5H11)8 = iso‐pentoxy) were obtained from condensation of iso‐pentoxy phthalonitrile in the presence of DBU in n‐pentanol. The compounds were characterized using elemental analysis, IR, and UV/Vis spectra. The crystal structures of all compounds except M = Zn were determined by X‐ray diffraction methods. It was found that the distortion of Pc skeleton come of not only the intra‐molecular steric congestion of bulky substituents, but also the slipped overlaps of the closest molecules. The relations of some bond lengths of the Pc's skeleton to the substituents and central metal atom, as well as the spectroscopic properties are discussed. 相似文献

Three new xanthone derivatives, yicathin A (1), yicathin B (2), and yicathin C (3), and three known anthraquinone derivatives, alatinone (4), 1,5‐dihydroxy‐3‐methoxy‐7‐methylanthraquinone (5), and 5‐hydroxy‐1,3‐dimethoxy‐7‐methylanthraquinone (6), were isolated from the cultures of Aspergillus wentii pt‐1, an endophytic fungus isolated from the marine red alga Gymnogongrus flabelliformis. Their structures were unambiguously elucidated by NMR and mass spectroscopic methods as well as quantum chemical calculations. In this paper, an evolutionary programming (EP) based fuzzy sliding-mode control (FSMC) is proposed for a magnetic ball suspension system. Firstly, we apply a singular perturbation method to examine a nonlinear model proposed for the magnetic ball suspension system. Secondly, we address design methods of sliding-mode control (SMC), FSMC, and dynamic FSMC. We utilize the EP to adjust scaling factors of the input and output variables for the FSMC. Global asymptotic stability of the EP-based FSMC is confirmed by the Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, simulations on the magnetic ball suspension system are given to show the tracking performances of the proposed control structure. 相似文献

The experimental study of compression of picosecond optical pulses from a gainswitched InGaAsP DFB laser at 1.5μm wavelength range using a Gires-Tournois interferome-ter has been reported. Ultrashort optical pulses with pulsewidths of 6.6 ps, repetition rate of2.4GHz, and peak power in excess of 200 mW are obtained. Capillary electrophoresis (CE) has been the principle system for nucleic acid analysis since the early 1990s due to its inherent advantages such as fast analysis time, high resolution and efficiency, minimal sample requirement, high detection sensitivity, and automation. In the past few decades, microbial community fingerprinting methods such as terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism and single-stranded conformation polymorphism (SSCP) have migrated to CE to utilize its advantages over conventional slab gel electrophoresis. Recently, a gel-based direct rRNA fingerprint method was demonstrated. Different from other existing microbial community characterization approaches, this novel approach is polymerase chain reaction free and capable of providing information on the relative abundance of rRNA from individual phylotypes in low-diversity samples. As a gel-based method, it has a long analysis time and relatively large reagent and sample requirements. Here, we addressed these limitations by transferring the RNA fingerprint approach to the CE platform. Analysis time significantly improved from 24?h to 60?min, and the use of a fluorescently labeled hybridization probe as the detection strategy decreased the sample requirement by ten-fold. The combination of fast analysis time, low sample requirement, and sensitive fluorescence detection makes CE-RNA-SSCP an appealing new approach for characterizing low-diversity microbial communities. 相似文献

Single‐crystal and uniform copper aluminum borate whiskers have been synthesized by heating a mixture of boric acid, copper sulfate and aluminum sulfate with potassium sulfate as flux at 870 °C for 4 h. The synthesized whiskers exhibit a well‐crystallized, one‐dimensional structure with diameters ranging from 100 nm to 5 μm, lengths from 5 to 100 μm. Heating temperature and flux addition affect the aspect ratio and morphology of the copper aluminum borate whiskers. A possible growth mechanism of the whiskers is proposed. 采用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对日本医蛭和天目山蛭的酯酶(ES)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、过氧化物酶(POX)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)4种同工酶共计11个位点的15个乘闰基因进行了分析,4种同工酶基因在2种蛭中表达程度以及LDH同工酶酶谱相似,但是日本医蛭比天目山蛭ES同工酶多2个位点,3个基因;MDH少1个基因;POX同工酶多2个位点,2个基因;LDH同工酶等位基因表达的亚单位类型和数目不同。同时分析了冬眠与非冬眠期日本医蛭LDH同工酶活性差异的原因,为在分子水平研究蛭类分类、不同环境温度下酶的活性变化等提供和积累新的生物学资料。 相似文献
