The evaluation of the in vitro cytotoxic properties of two pyrazole compounds: 1-(4-nitrophényl)-3,5-diméthylpyrazole (1) and 1,1'-di(4-nitrophényl)-5,5'-diisopropyl-3,3'-bipyrazole (2) was investigated against Hep cell line (Human laryngeal carcinoma). These two compounds showed an important cytotoxic activity on the Hep cell line, with IC(50): 8.25 microg mL(-1) for the compound 1; IC(50): 10.20 microg mL(-1) for the compound 2 while the IC(50) for adriamycine used as positive control was 3.62 microg mL(-1). 相似文献

An original approach to solve 2D time harmonic diffraction problems involving locally perturbed gratings is proposed. The propagation medium is composed of a periodically stratified half-space and a homogeneous half-space containing a bounded obstacle. Using Fourier and Floquet transforms and integral representations, the diffraction problem is formulated as a coupled problem of Fredholm type with two unknowns: the trace of the diffracted field on the interface separating the two half-spaces on one hand, and the restriction of the diffracted field to a bounded domain surrounding the obstacle, on the other hand. 相似文献

In Algeria, few studies have been conducted on the evaluation of roadside soil pollution. A total of 34 soil samples (28 roadside and 6 off-road) was obtained at 0–20?cm depth along the RN 35 national road. Heavy metal (Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pb, and Zn) contents were extracted using aqua regia digestion and determined using atomic absorption spectrometry. Background values of heavy metal contents were determined using the robust statistical method of median plus two times the median absolute deviation. Single- and multi-element pollution and ecological risk indices were calculated. The results showed that background values were 2.5?±?0.3, 64.9?±?8.1, 28.0?±?4.1, 29371.5?±?4403.0, 32.9?±?4.4, 72.2?±?12.8, and 445.1?±?62.9?mg/kg for Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pb, and Zn, respectively. The results were all higher than their corresponding median values. Single-element pollution indices (enrichment factor and geoaccumulation index) showed that the pollution is primarily due to Pb and Zn. Multi-element pollution index (Nemerow index) indicated that only 3% of the soil samples are strongly contaminated, whereas 23% are seriously contaminated. The potential ecological risk index showed that Cd is the most harmful element, followed by Pb and Zn. 65% of the soil samples had moderate potential ecological risk, while only 3% had considerable potential ecological risk. This study may be used as a baseline for future monitoring and as a tool for decision-making regarding environmental protection policies and sustainability of this semiarid agroecosystem. 相似文献

The solid solution Li8−2xCaxCeO6 (0 < x ≤ 0,5) and the definite phase Li6CaCeO6 have been obtained at 800°C through a study of Li---Ca---Ce---O system. Electrical measurements on the doped phases Litetr.6 [Li2-2xCaxCe□]oct.O6 show that the conductivity varies slightly with the creation of vacancies in the octahedral layers. This result unambiguously confirms the following diffusion mechanism: the conduction is assumed essentially by lithium ions located in the tetrahedral layers. The compound Li6CaCeO6 is isostructural with Li6In2O6. The cell is trigonal,
Å, c = 10,603 Å, c/a = 1,0587, and Z = 6. This new quaternary phase, which belongs to the same structural family of oxides of the type Li8MO6, either pure or doped with calcium, may be represented by the formula Litetr.6[Ca Ce□]oct.O6. CuO, C60–CuO, and Al/C60–CuO nanostructures were synthesized and characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM)/energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)/thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) measurements were performed to study the influence of these additives on ammonium percolate (AP) thermal decomposition. From the comparison of DSC and TGA plots, the catalytic effect of CuO and C60–CuO has been clearly noticed in which the lower temperature decomposition of AP was decreased from 331 °C to 315 °C, 310 °C, and 303 °C (in the presence of CuO, C60–CuO, and Al/C60–CuO, respectively) and the HTD was dropped from 430 °C (pure AP) to 352 °C, 335 °C, and 317 °C (for the compounds AP/CuO, AP/C60–CuO, and AP/Al/C60–CuO, respectively). The kinetics of the samples were investigated by isoconversional models and compared with an iterative procedure. The results of pure AP indicated a complex decomposition process involving three decomposition steps with specific reaction mechanism. The nanocatalysts incorporated in the AP have clearly affected its decomposition process in which the reaction mechanism and the number of stages were changed. 相似文献

In the present work, zinc oxide nanoparticles were treated with aminopropyl trimethoxy silane‐coupling agent and used as a new kind of reinforcement for a typical high performance bisphenol‐A‐based phthalonitrile resin. The resulted nanocomposites were characterized for their mechanical, thermal, and optical properties. Results from the tensile test indicated that the tensile strength and modulus as well as the toughness state of the matrix were all enhanced with the increasing of the nanoparticles amount. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the starting decomposition temperatures and the residual weight at 800°C were highly improved upon adding the nanofillers. At 6 wt% nanoloading, the glass transition temperature and the storage modulus were considerably enhanced reaching about 359°C and 3.7 GPa, respectively. The optical tests revealed that the neat resin possesses excellent UV‐shielding properties, which were further enhanced by adding the nanofillers. Furthermore, the fractured surfaces of the nanocomposites analyzed by scanning electron microscope exhibited homogeneous and rougher surfaces compared with that of the pristine resin. Finally, the good dispersion of the reinforcing phase into the matrix was confirmed by a high resolution transmission electron microscope. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献
