Dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate reacts with 4-substituted and 3,4-fused 2-furyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline derivatives at the furan fragment according to the [4 + 2]-cycloaddition pattern. The action of 1 mole of bromine on 6-(2′-furyl)imidazo[2,1-b]thiazole, its 2-methyl-, 3-methyl-, and 2,3-dimethyl-substituted derivatives, and their hydrobromides in chloroform and glacial acetic acid was studied. The bromination of bases containing a methyl group in the 3 position leads primarily to the 5′-derivatives with respect to the furan ring in chloroform, whereas in the remaining cases 5-bromo derivatives with respect to the imidazothiazole system are formed. Compounds of the latter type are formed by the action of bromine in glacial acetic acid or of sodium hypobromite in alkaline media on the bases. The hydrobromides are brominated in both acetic acid and chloroform, regardless of the substituents in the thiazole ring, primarily in the 5′ position of the furan ring. The structures of the bromination products were proved by means of alternative syntheses, thin-layer chromatography, and the PMR spectra. 相似文献

Pyrolysis, in combination with gas-chromatography technique, was used in the determination of the structure and study of the thermal degradation mechanism of the condensation polymers obtained by Friedel-Crafts reactions of poly(vinyl chloride) with benzene, toluene, and naphthalene. The separation of the pyrolysis products was made using a column packed with chromosorb W (80–100 mesh) coated with 15% silicone SE-52. The identification of the pyrolysis products resulted as a consequence of the thermal decomposition of condensation polymers and their semiquantitative estimation led to the final conclusion that the initial normal chlorine substitution in the macromolecular chain of poly(vinyl chloride) is followed by an important intramolecular cyclization reaction yielding 1,3-methyleneindan units. 相似文献

A quantitative procedure has been developed for characterizing the complete microstructure of polymers of 1,3-pentadiene, including the tacticity of any crystalline component. This can be accomplished by a combination of infrared spectroscopy, X-ray crystallinity, and 300-MHz NMR spectroscopy. A series of high structural purity polymers were synthesized with a series of previously unreported mixed microstructures. These samples were characterized by using the three techniques mentioned, including the previously unreported 300-MHz NMR data. With those results a 60-MHz NMR/IR method of spectroscopy was developed to determine the composition of poly(1,3-pentadiene)s in terms of percent cis-1,2-, cis-1,4-, trans-1,4-, and 3,4-pentadiene units. 相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulation of reverse micelles of a cationic surfactant and water clusters in n-octane is performed. The main structural and thermodynamic characteristics of the systems are obtained. On average, the micelles have a spherical shape. The partial ion distribution densities virtually coincide, indicating the formation of stable ion pairs. The local profiles of the component distribution densities make it possible to establish that both water and oil slightly penetrate into the region where the hydrophobic portion of the surfactant is located. Separate cation-anion complexes dissolve in the aqueous cavity of a micelle. The hydration shells of the ions overlap; at the same time, the first hydration shell contains up to three water molecules. The energy contributions of each of the components to their force interaction are characterized in detail. The principal contribution to the internal energy for micelles is due to electrostatic interaction between the surfactant molecules. Many reactions of transition metal compounds involve a change in spin. These reactions may proceed faster, slower--or at the same rate as--otherwise equivalent processes in which spin is conserved. For example, ligand substitution in [CpMo(Cl)2(PR3)2] is faster than expected, whereas addition of dinitrogen to [Cp*Mo(Cl)(PMe3)2] is slow. Spin-forbidden oxidative addition of ethylene to [Cp*Ir(PMe3)] occurs competitively with ligand association. To explain these observations, we discuss the shape of the different potential energy surfaces (PESs) involved, and the energy of the minimum energy crossing points (MECPs) between them. This computational approach is of great help in understanding the mechanisms of spin-forbidden reactions, provided that accurate calculations can be used to predict the relevant PESs. Density functional theory, especially using gradient-corrected and hybrid functionals, performs reasonably well for the difficult problem of predicting the energy splitting between different spin states of transition metal complexes, although careful calibration is needed. 相似文献

The absorption spectra of liquid F2, NF3, N2F4, CF4, BF3, NF3, SF6 have been obtained at diminished temperatures in the near ultra-violet region of the spectrum. It is shown that the absorption spectrum does not differ from the spectra in the gaseous phase, therefore the elementary absorption act is characterized by the cross section of photon absorption by an individual molecule. The absorption cross sections of the above mentioned molecules are represented in the liquid phase, which do not differ strongly from absorption cross sections of these molecules in the gaseous phase. The dependence of the absorption cross sections of liquid fluorine on its concentrations in solutions with N2, Ar, NF3, O2 at - 196°C has been studied. The cross sections of photon absorption by the fluoride molecule in different liquid media with small fluorine concentrations have been obtained. 相似文献
