For a hypergraph G and a positive integer s, let be the minimum value of l such that G is L‐colorable from every list L with for each and for all . This parameter was studied by Kratochvíl, Tuza, and Voigt for various kinds of graphs. UV excited photo luminescence from Li2B4O7:Cu and Li2B4O7:Cu, Ag single crystals has been investigated in the temperature range from 77 K to 300 K. An excitation band having a doublet structure at 240 nm and 262 nm was observed for the emission at 370 nm that corresponds to 1A1g1Eg and 1A1g1T2g crystal field components of the 3d10→3d94s1 transition of Cu+. The relative intensity of these components and their temperature dependence provide a measure of the off-center displacement of the Cu+ ground state in the crystal lattice site. The co-doped Ag plays a role of a sensitizer when doped with Cu and increases the overall emission as the emission between Ag states lies in the excitation region of Cu states. The 370 nm emission in both the crystals slightly decreases with temperature; however a sudden increase in the intensity around 264 K was observed.  相似文献

6‐Amino‐5‐formyluracils 1 and 5‐formyl‐6‐hydroxyuracils 4 react with Meldrum's acid 2 in the presence of piperidine as catalyst under thermolytic conditions to afford 6‐carboxy‐2,4,7‐trioxopyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidines 3 and 6‐carboxy‐2,4,7‐trioxopyrano[2,3‐d]pyrimidines 5 in good yield. Under identical conditions, 6‐amino‐5‐nitrosouracils 6 react with 2 to afford pteridine‐6‐carboxylic acids 7 in good yields.  相似文献

In contrast to the reported facile intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions of in-situ generated nitrone on heterocyclic systems, reactions of 2-(N-allyl/crotyl/cinnamyl-anilino)-3-formylchromones with N-phenyl-/methylhydroxylamine under comparable conditions, afford fused isoxazolidines only in low to moderate yields; the corresponding amides derived from rearrangement of in situ generated nitrones are formed as major products. However, when reactions were carried by stirring the reactants at an ice-cold temperature in dichloromethane, highly stereoselective intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions lead to novel fused isoxazolidines in high yields (80-90%).  相似文献

In the present paper, we have theoretically calculated the non linear elastic constants of single crystalline Ni NWs at very broad temperature range 20–300 K validating simple interaction potential model. The temperature dependent ultrasonic attenuation and other related properties are determined using their second and third order elastic constants (SOECs/TOECs). Where possible, the results are compared with experiments from literature. There is a correlation between the thermal conductivity and ultrasonic attenuation in the temperature range 100–300 K. Also, a correlation between the resistivity and ultrasonic attenuation in the temperature range 40–100 K has been established validating the theoretical approach.  相似文献

The thermal and oxygen transport properties of a series of thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs) based on 4,4′‐methylene diisocyanate (MDI) and 1,4‐butanediol (BD) as hard segments, and poly(tetramethylene glycol) (PTMG) or poly(butylene adipate) (PA) as soft segments, are studied. Oxygen permeabilities (P) of both polyester‐based and polyether‐based TPUs increase with decreasing hard segment fractions. Oxygen solubility (S) and diffusivity (D) can be derived from permeation curves. S correlates with the amount of excess free volume as determined by the difference between glass‐transition and testing temperatures (i.e., the degree of super cooling) and decreases with the increased Tg in polyester‐based TPUs. The intensity of low temperature gamma transition reflects the activation energy for D; the higher the intensity is, the lower D is annealed TPU samples exhibited higher oxygen permeabilities as well as lower storage moduli at room temperature, despite modest increases in overall crystallinity. Dedensification of the soft segment phase during annealing/crystalline phase growth is the most likely explanation for loss of mechanical and barrier properties after annealing as partially confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Drugs in the chemical space beyond the rule of 5 (bRo5) can modulate targets with difficult binding sites while retaining cell permeability and oral absorption. Reviewing the syntheses of bRo5 drugs approved since 1990 highlights synthetic chemistry's contribution to drug discovery in this space. Initially, bRo5 drugs were mainly natural products and semi-synthetic derivatives. Later, peptidomimetics and de novo designed compounds, that include up to seven chiral centres and macrocyclic rings became dominant. These drugs are prepared by total synthesis, sometimes by routes of more than 25 steps with stereocentres originating from the chiral pool, or being installed by chiral induction or enzymatic resolution. Interestingly, ring-closing metathesis proved to be the method of choice for macrocyclisation in hepatitis C virus protease inhibitors. We conclude that structural simplification, planning of synthetic routes regarding incorporation of stereocentres and macrocyclisation, as well as incorporation of structural knowledge and consideration of chameleonic properties in design, should facilitate drug discovery in bRo5 space.  相似文献
