A highly selective, sensitive and accurate HPLC method has been developed and validated for the estimation of four proton‐pump inhibitors (PPI), lansoprazole (LPZ), omeprazole (OPZ), pantoprazole (PPZ) and rabeprazole (RPZ), with 500 µL human plasma using zonisamide as an internal standard (IS). The sample preparation involved simple liquid–liquid extraction of LPZ, OPZ, PPZ and RPZ and IS from human plasma with ethyl acetate. The baseline separation of all the peaks was achieved with 0.1% triethylamine (pH 6.0):acetonitrile (72:28, v/v) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min on a Zorbax C8 column. The total chromatographic run time was 11.0 min and the simultaneous elution of IS, OPZ, RPZ, PPZ and LPZ occurred at approximately 2.42, 4.45, 5.02 and 9.37 min, respectively. The method was proved to be accurate and precise at linearity range of 20.61–1999.79 ng/mL with a correlation coefficient (r) of ≥0.999. The limit of quantitation for each of the PPI studied was 20.61 ng/mL. The intra‐ and inter‐day precision and accuracy values were found to be within the assay variability limits as per the FDA guidelines.  A novel synthesis of 6-fluoro-7-(5-aryl-1,3,4-thiadiazol/oxadiazol-2-yl-sulfanyl)-4-quinolone-3-carboxylic acids from 7-chloro-6-fluoro-4-quinolone-3-carboxylic acid and 5-substituted 1,3,4-thiadiazoles/oxadiazoles on basic alumina under microwave activation is described. All compounds were screened for their in vitro antibacterial activity against B. lichenformis, 2689, K. aerogens 2281, S. typhimurium 2501, E. herbicola 2491, and P. vulgaris 2027 and found to possess activities comparable to that of the standard drug norfloxacin.  相似文献

The increase use of ion sensors in the fields of environmental, agricultural, and medical analysis is stimulating analytical chemists to develop new sensors for fast, accurate, reproducible, and selective determination of various ions. In this study a new samarium membrane sensor was constructed and for the first time, it was applied as a probe in indirect determination of hyoscine, homatropine, and tramadol drugs in their pharmaceutical formulation. The proposed membrane sensor was constructed based on a membrane containing 2% sodium tetraphenyl borate (NaTPB) as an anionic additive, 63% dibutyl phthalate (DBP) as solvent mediator, 5% ionophore, and 30% poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC). The proposed Sm(III) electrode exhibits a Nernstian response of 19.35±0.2 mV per decade of samarium concentration, and has a lower detection limit of 1.0×10?7 M. The linear range of the sensors was 1.0×10?7–1.0×10?1 M. It works well in the pH range of 3.0–8.0.  相似文献

First,the characteristics of low-velocity conveying of particles having different hardness are experimentally investigated in a horizontal pipeline in terms of flow pattern and pressure drop to show that the slug flow can be classified into two types depending on the settling of particles along the pipeline,and the period is small for slug flow without the settled layer,which is called solitary slug flow.The pressure drop for soft particles is shown to be larger than that for hard particles.Then,experimental results are presented on horizontal fluidized-bed conveying of fine powders to show that air release from the top surface of the conveying channel is an important factor for high mass flow rate of particles.  相似文献

The general properties of Lecitase® Ultra, a phospholipase manufactured and marketed by Novozymes, Denmark, have been studied after purification by ultrafiltration. The enzyme has a molecular mass of 35 KD, pH-optimum of 8.5, and appears to possess a single active site which exhibits both the lipase and phospholipase activities that increase in the presence of Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions. The enzyme is inhibited by heavy metal ions and surfactants, and does not accept p-nitrophenyl acetate and glycerol triacetate. Substrates, such as glycerol tributyrate and p-nitrophenyl palmitate, esters of N-acetyl-α-amino acids and α-hydroxy acids are readily accepted. Amino acids with aliphatic residues, such as alanine, isoleucine, and methionine, are hydrolyzed with high enantioselectivity for the l-enantiomer (E >100), but amino acids with aromatic residues such as phenylalanine and phenylglycine, and esters of α-hydroxy acids are hydrolyzed with low enantioselectivity (E = 1–5). Immobilization of the enzyme in a gelatin matrix (gelozyme) leads to a marginal improvement in the enantioselectivity for these substrates. However, a dramatic improvement in enantioselectivity is observed for ethyl 2-hydroxy-4-oxo-4-phenylbutyrate (E value increases from 4.5 to 19.5 with S-selectivity). Similarly, glycidate esters, such as ethyl trans-(±)-3-phenyl glycidate and methyl trans-(±)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl) glycidate, are selectively hydrolyzed with a remarkable selectivity towards the (2S,3R)-enantiomer providing unreacted (2R,3S)-glycidate esters (ee >99%, conversion 52–55%) by the immobilized enzyme.  相似文献

We study a version of Whitney’s embedding problem in projective geometry: What is the smallest dimension of an affine space that can contain an n-dimensional submanifold without any pairs of parallel or intersecting tangent lines at distinct points? This problem is related to the generalized vector field problem, existence of non-singular bilinear maps, and the immersion problem for real projective spaces. We use these connections and other methods to obtain several specific and general bounds for the desired dimension.  相似文献

The aligned magnetic effects on a steady laminar, viscous, incompressible, conducting fluid down an open inclined channel bounded below by a bed of varying permeability has been studied when the free surface is exposed to atmospheric pressure. Beavers and Joseph slip condition at the interface of the free flow region and the fluid flow in the porous bed and the Darcy’s law in the porous medium have been used. A comparative systematic crystallization kinetics study has been carried out on two distinct novel liquid crystalline isomers, DBA : R :DBA and DBA : H :DBA (where DBA = p-n-decyloxybenzoic acid, R =resorcinol and H =hydroquinone) using differential scanning calorimetry. The kinetics experiment is performed from the crystal G phase (kinetophase), which is a common induced phase in both compounds. The molecular mechanism and dimensionality of crystal growth are studied from the Avrami exponent n while the characteristic crystallization time (t*) at each crystallization temperature is deduced from the individual plots of log t vs. ΔH.  相似文献

At room temperature and under solvent‐free conditions, various types of alcohols and phenols were efficiently protected within a few minutes using hexamethyldisilazane and magnetically recoverable Fe3O4. Preferential protection of primary alcohols was observed when they competed with secondary or tertiary alcohols.
