Efficient condensation of resorcinol and various aromatic aldehydes in the presence of RuCl3nH2O as a homogeneous catalyst under reflux conditions was investigated.It was found that a very simple method afforded good to excellent yields of the desired products.  相似文献

A carbon paste electrode(CPE) chemically modified with multiwall carbon nanotubes and ferrocene(FC) was used as a selective electrochemical sensor for the simultaneous determination of trace amounts of cysteamine(CA) and folic acid(FA).This modified electrode showed very efficient electrocatalytic activity for the anodic oxidation of CA.The peak current of differential pulse voltammograms of CA and FA increased linearly with their concentration in the ranges of 0.7-200μmol/L CA and 5.0- 700μmol/L FA.The detection limits for CA and FA were 0.3μmol/L and 2.0μmoI/L,respectively.The diffusion coefficient(D) and transfer coefficient(α) of CA were also determined.These conditions are sufficient to allow determination of CA and FA both individually and simultaneously.  相似文献

Query expansion is the process of reformulating an original query to improve retrieval performance in information retrieval systems. Relevance feedback is one of the most useful query modification techniques in information retrieval systems. In this paper, we introduce query expansion into ligand-based virtual screening (LBVS) using the relevance feedback technique. In this approach, a few high-ranking molecules of unknown activity are filtered from the outputs of a Bayesian inference network based on a single ligand molecule to form a set of ligand molecules. This set of ligand molecules is used to form a new ligand molecule. Simulated virtual screening experiments with the MDL Drug Data Report and maximum unbiased validation data sets show that the use of ligand expansion provides a very simple way of improving the LBVS, especially when the active molecules being sought have a high degree of structural heterogeneity. However, the effectiveness of the ligand expansion is slightly less when structurally-homogeneous sets of actives are being sought.  相似文献

Two new alkaloid derivatives of the 3-benzazocine skeleton (cotuzine A and B) and a new polyphenolic substance (3-(1,3-dihydroxyprop-2-yl)-4-hydroxyanisol) (corimen) have been isolated from the aerial part (stems, leaves) of the plant Cotula coronopifolia (L.). These three new structures were established by spectroscopic procedures (1H, 13C, one- and two-dimensional NMR). The stereochemistry of the new alkaloids was established based on different NOE effects revealed on the NOESY spectrum. Mass spectrometry and IR spectroscopy were used to confirm these structures.  相似文献

Abstract  

The behavior of H2O2 adsorbed inside a [4,4] armchair boron phosphide nanotube (BPNT) was studied by using density functional calculations. Geometry optimizations were carried out at the B3LYP/6-31G* level of theory using the Gaussian 03 suite of programs. We present the nature of the H2O2 interactions inside the nanotube. The interaction between the guest species (H2O2) and the nanotube and the dipole moments of the different geometries are discussed. The results show that the binding energies and the dipole moments of the nanotube depend on the orientation and location of the H2O2 inside the tube. Among the parallel orientation (AT) and perpendicular orientations (PTA and PTP), the PTA and PTP geometries of the H2O2 are unstable whereas the AT-state geometries show stabilization of the guest species inside the BPNT. For AT orientations, the value of the dihedral angle of the H2O2 trapped inside the BPNT in the most stable conformation displays a notable change with respect to free H2O2. Also, with change of tube type, more efficient binding could not be achieved, and only the orientation and location of the H2O2 inside the tube play an important role in determining the binding energy. The polarization of the BPNT in the presence of the guest species in the PT state is higher than that of the AT state. Adsorption of H2O2 in the AT state slightly reduces the energy gap of the pristine BPNTs and slightly increases their electrical conductance.  相似文献

A mixture of multi-walled carbon nanotube/graphite paste electrode modified with a salophen complex of cobalt was prepared and was applied for the study of the electrochemical behavior of 6-mercaptopurine (MP) using cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). An excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of MP was achieved, which led to a considerable lowering in the anodic overpotential and remarkable increase in the response sensitivity in comparison with unmodified electrode. Utilizing DPV method, a linear dynamic range of 1–100 μM with detection limit of 0.1 μM was obtained in phosphate buffer of pH 3.0. The electrochemical detection system was very stable, and the reproducibility of the electrode response, based on the six measurements during 1 month, was less than 3.0% for the slope of the calibration curves of MP. The electrochemical method as a simple, sensitive, and selective method was developed for the determination of MP in pharmaceutical dosage form and human plasma without any treatments.  相似文献

Many reports exist in the literature about the application of 1H and 13C‐NMR techniques to analyze the copolymer structure and composition and also determination of reactivity ratios. In this work, on‐line 1H‐NMR spectroscopy has been applied to identify reactivity ratios of itaconic acid and acrylonitrile in the solution phase (DMSO as the solvent) and in the presence of AIBN as the radical initiator. All the peaks corresponding to the existing protons were assigned quietly. Therefore, the kinetics of the copolymerization reaction was investigated by studying the variation of integral of two characteristic peaks regarding each monomer. The obtained data were used to find the reactivity ratios of acrylonitrile and itaconic acid by linear least‐squares methods such as Finemann‐Ross, inverted Finemann‐Ross, Mayo‐Lewis, Kelen‐Tudos, extended Kelen‐Tudos and Mao‐Huglin. In addition, a non‐linear least‐square method (Tidwell‐ Mortimer) was used at low conversions. Extended Kelen‐ Tudos and Mao‐Huglin were applied to determine reactivity ratio values at high conversions as well.  相似文献
