(N,N‐Di­iso­propyl­di­thio­carbamato‐S,S′)­bis­(tri­phenyl­phosphine‐P)­gold(I) butane solvate

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Au(C₇H₁₄NS₂)(C₁₈H₁₅P)₂]·C₄H₁₀, the Au atom is in a distorted tetra­hedral environment consisting of the two P atoms of the tri­phenyl­phosphine ligands and the two S atoms of the diiso­propyl­thio­carbamate ligand. The molecular structure and packing are stablized by van der Waals interactions.     

[N,N‐Bis(2‐hydroxy­ethyl)­di­thio­car­bamato‐S]­bis­(tri­phenyl­phosphine‐P)­copper(I) tri­phenyl­phosphine solvate

In the title compound, [Cu(C₅H₁₀NO₂S₂)(C₁₈H₁₅P)₂]·C₁₈H₁₅P, the Cu atom is in a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with two tri­phenyl­phosphine P atoms and two S atoms from an N,N‐bis(2‐hydroxy­ethyl)­di­thio­carbamate ligand occupying the vertices. The crystal structure is characterized by alternate layers of complex and tri­phenyl­phosphine mol­ecules.     

4,5‐Di­azafluoren‐9‐one benzoyl­hydrazone monohydrate

The title compound, C₁₈H₁₂N₄O·H₂O, adopts the keto tautomeric form and the azomethine C=N double bond is in the E configuration. The dihedral angle between the planes of the di­aza­fluorene moiety and the phenyl ring is 11.3 (1)°. In the solid state, the mol­ecules form infinite chain‐like structures via O—H?N hydrogen bonds involving the water mol­ecules and di­aza­fluorene moieties.     

2‐(4‐Acetyl‐3,5‐di­hydroxy‐2‐methyl­phenoxy)‐4,6‐di­methoxy‐3‐methyl­benzoic acid

In the title compound, C₁₉H₂₀O₈, the benzene rings are nearly perpendicular to each other [dihedral angle 80.2 (2)°]. The carboxy group is twisted out while both the methoxy and acetyl groups are almost coplanar with their attached benzene rings. The hydroxy group is involved in an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond with the acetyl O atom and the compound is connected through an intermolecular O—H?O contact to form a dimer. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds.     

Investigation of alpha emitters in fresh and powdered blood of fertile women: an in vitro application of CR-39 NTDs

Blood samples were acquired from 60 women aged 20–44 years having decreased fertility, infertile or with uterine tumors in the Iraqi Kurdistan region. The concentrations of α emitters in fresh blood ranged from 0.0029 to 0.0088 ppm, whereas those in powdered blood ranged from 0.0036 ppm in Eiskan to 0.0096 ppm in Halabjay–Kon in Sulaymania. The α emitter concentrations in fresh blood ranged from 0.0029 to 0.0139 ppm, whereas those in powdered blood ranged from 0.0031 ppm in Shorsh to 0.0146 ppm in Sedakan in the Erbil Governorate. However, the concentrations of α emitters in the blood of women with decreased fertility were higher in the North than women from South Iraq. The difference significantly p < 0.001 revealed higher means of track density of fresh and powder blood in Erbil compared to Sulaymania. α are more damaging to the living tissue and exposure of the gonads leads to decreased fertility in women, most of data have been significant therefore, the result shown the radiation effect on women fertility.
