Angular differential neutron elastic scattering cross sections have been measured by using a 7Li(p,n) quasi-monoenergetic neutron beam. The neutron beam whose peak energy is 134 MeV was incident upon a natural carbon sample, and the scattering neutrons were measured by liquid organic scintillators with the time-of-flight (TOF) technique. The results were compared with the existing experimental data measured by a recoil-proton telescope, and the evaluated nuclear data of JENDL/HE-2007 and ENDF/B-VII.0.  相似文献

Isomeric p- and m-disilaquinodimethanes 2 and 4 were synthesized by the reductive dehalogenation of the corresponding p- and m-bis(halosilyl)benzenes 1 and 3, respectively, and were isolated and structurally characterized. The X-ray diffraction and solid-state NMR studies of 2 revealed its singlet quinodimethane structure featuring two exocyclic Si═C double bonds with some singlet biradical contribution. In contrast, the X-ray crystallography and EPR measurements of 4 disclosed its biradical nature, described as a triplet ground state bis(silyl radical).  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Lactic acid bacteria (Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Enterococcus faecalis, and Lactobacillus fermentum) were subjected to high hydrostatic pressures (HHPs) of 400 and 600?MPa at 25°C for 10?min in phosphate-buffered saline. Differential plating methods were applied to evaluate HHP-treated cell populations, assuming that healthy and injured cells during plate incubation survived maximum and minimal stress, respectively. The stress was altered by using several selective media in combination with aerobic or anaerobic incubation at 25°C or 30°C. E. faecalis was detectable after 600?MPa treatment while L. mesenteroides and L. fermentum were nondetectable. Specific combinations of incubation conditions were suggested to determine maximum and minimum viable counts of L. mesenteroides and E. faecalis. The difference between the maximum and minimum counts can be used to evaluate HHP-injured population with reduced risks to overestimate healthy and/or underestimate HHP-injured cells.  相似文献

In order to examine the effects of aircraft noise on the mentality of growing children, a simple search task and an adding task were applied to 1144 elementary school pupils who live around an airport, and in a quiet area, under the conditions of no stimulus sound, and jet noise stimulus 90 ± 5 dB(A) respectively. The result was that children from relatively noisy living areas tended, when performing tasks, to show occasional short periods in which they produced substantially less than their own average rate of work. A similar difference did not appear when working in noisy rather than quiet conditions, and it was considered to be something chronic about the children themselves. These results were independent of the sex of the subjects and the feelings of the subjects about aircraft noise.  相似文献

W(CO)(6)-catalyzed oxidative carbonylation of 1,3-propanediamine to the corresponding urea has been examined under a variety of conditions. Following optimization, the Thorpe-Ingold effect on ring closure was studied using 2,2-dialkyl-1,3-propanediamines. For the 2,2-dimethyl- and 2,2-dibutyl-1,3-propanediamines, the yields were increased significantly as compared to that of the unsubstituted case. The eight-membered cyclic urea 5-butyl-5-ethyl-1,3-diazepan-2-one (5f) was formed in 38% yield, while only trace amounts of the cyclic urea were produced from the parent 1,5-pentanediamine. In a study of secondary diamines, yields from the carbonylation of N,N'-dialkyl-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamines were lower than those obtained from the primary diamines. The main byproducts from secondary diamines were tetrahydropyrimidine derivatives formed from a competitive reaction of the substrate with the oxidant and base.  相似文献

We synthesized 2-arachidonoylglycerol (1), an endogenous cannabinoid receptor ligand, and its metabolically stable ether-linked analogues. Compound 1 was synthesized from 1,3-benzylideneglycerol (6) and arachidonic acid in the presence of N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 4-dimethylaminopyridine followed by treatment with boric acid and trimethyl borate. An ether-linked analogue of 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2) was synthesized from 6 and 5,8,11,14-eicosatetraenyl iodide (9). The ether-linked analogues of 2-palmitoylglycerol (4) and 2-oleoyglycerol (5) were synthesized from 6 and hexadecyl iodide (12) and 9-octadecenyl iodide (14), respectively. We confirmed that 1 stimulates NG108-15 cells to induce rapid transient elevation of the intracellular free Ca2+ concentrations through a CB1 receptor-dependent mechanism. Noticeably, 2 exhibited appreciable agonistic activity, although its activity was significantly lower than that of 1. Compound 2 would be a useful tool in exploring the physiological significance of 1, because this compound is resistant to hydrolyzing enzymes in contrast to 1. On the other hand, the ether-linked analogues of either 4 or 5 failed to act as a CB1 receptor agonist. Compounds 4 and 5 would also be valuable as control molecules in experiments where 2 is employed.  相似文献

The crystal structures and redox properties of p‐benzoquinone (BQ)‐fused [18]crown‐6 1 and bis‐BQ‐fused [18]crown‐6 2 were examined. The anion radicals of these BQ molecules were stabilized by addition of metal ions, through effective electrostatic interactions between the negatively charged BQ moiety and positively charged ion‐capturing [18]crown‐6 unit. The electrostatic interactions and solvation energy played important roles in determining the magnitudes of anodic redox shifts in the reduction potentials. Regular π‐stacking of BQ units and regular arrays of [18]crown‐6 units were observed in crystal 2 , in which one‐dimensional π‐electron columns were separated by ionic channels. The hydroquinone‐fused [18]crown‐6 molecule 3 and a new BQ‐ and phenol‐fused [18]crown‐6 derivative 4 were obtained as single crystals. The molecular conformations of [18]crown‐6 in crystal 3 and hydrated crystal 3 ?H2O were different from each other.  相似文献

The cyclically growing deflection of solder-bonded elastic and elastoplastic layers subjected to cyclic thermal loading is studied. Finite element analysis of a Si/Sn–95Pb/OFHC-Cu layered structure is performed by taking into account the temperature-dependent viscoplastic behavior of Sn–95Pb as well as the uniaxial ratcheting behavior of OFHC-Cu. A temperature-dependent power law is employed for the viscoplasticity of Sn–95Pb, while a combined nonlinear kinematic and isotropic hardening model is assumed for the cyclic plasticity of OFHC-Cu. It is shown that the temperature-dependent viscoplasticity of Sn–95Pb and the uniaxial ratcheting of OFHC-Cu are the controlling factors for the cyclic growth of deflection of the layered structure under temperature cycling. It is also shown that cyclic hardening of OFHC-Cu plays an important role for the cyclic growth of deflection, and that elastic stress in the Si layer cyclically develops noticeably if the cyclic growth of deflection is significant.  相似文献
