The kinetics and the equilibrium constant of the chlorine transfer reaction between monochloramine NH2Cl and the amines: C2H5NH2, (CH3)2CHNH2, (CH3)2NH, and (C2H5)2NH are investigated by spectrophotometry in aqueous medium at 25°C, in the pH range from 8 to 13 and for an ionic strength equal to 1.03 ± 0.05M. For a concentration of total ammonia equal to 1M, the observed rate constant is pH independent below 8 and above 12.8 and reaches a maximum located between the pKas of NH4+ and RR'NH2+. From these results and those obtained earlier for NH2Cl and CH3NH2, the reaction is shown to involve an interaction between neutral molecules NH2Cl and RR'NH, subject to general acid catalysis. The ability of an interaction corresponding to a specific catalysis and involving NH3Cl+ and RR'NH rather than NH2Cl and RR'NH2+ is also discussed. The complexing process proceeding in the NiII–thiocarbohydrazide (H2N–H–NC(=S)–NH–NH2)–propanone triple system in EtOH solution and nickel(II)hexacyanoferrate(II) gelatin-immobilized matrix has been studied. It has been found that in the first case, template synthesis leading, as a minimum, to formation of three coordination compounds of NiII with (N,N,S,S)-donor tetradentate ligands having NiL1, NiL2 and NiL3compositions where L1 is 4,6,6-trimethyl-2,3,7,8-tetraazanonen-3-di(thiohydrazide)-1,9, L2 is 4,6,6,12-tetrametyl-1,9-dithio-2,3,7,8,10,11-hexaazatridekadien-3,11-hydrazide-1 and L3 is 2,8,10,10,16-pentamethyl-5,13-dithio-3,4,6,7,11,12,14,15-octaazaheptadekatrien-2,7,15 is observed, whereas in the gelatin-immobilized matrix, a complexing process in the system considered does not occur.  相似文献

The different aspects of Vitamin D3 determination and the data reported in the literature are discussed. The spectrophotometric determination of Vitamin D3 in cod-liver oil is carried out after the alkaline saponification, extraction of unsaponified parts, precipitation of accompanying sterols and the column- and thin-layer chromatographic purification and separation of vitamin D3 on 40 cm plates from other vitamins. The dyestuff α-naphtholbenzein is suited well as standard substance for the better location and identification of vitamin D3 zone on the thin-layer plate. The results obtained from the chemical method were checked through the simultaneous biological determination.  相似文献

We present in this paper two new effects observed in the B3Π0u+ state of molecular iodine: a very high diamagnetic correction in the vibrational level υ′ = 62 and an important orientation of the optically excited molecules due to predissociation. Cobalt(I) carbonyl complexes of formula [Co(CO)n(P)5?n]ClO4 (n = 1, 2, 3; P = secondary or tertiary phosphine) have been prepared by reaction of CO under ambient conditions with Co(ClO4)2 · 6H2O and phosphine in isopropyl alcohol. The chemical and spectroscopic properties of these complexes are described and the stoichiometry and mechanism of the carbonylation reaction discussed.  相似文献

A recently suggested scheme for relating ionisation potentials (IP) to excitation energies (E) has been applied to pyrazine and 2,6-dimethylpyrazine. The results indicate that in these systems the energy gap (ΔE) between the two lowest lying 1n,π*-states is significantly smaller than that (ΔIP) between the corresponding 2n-states of the parent radical cations. The values estimated for ΔE on the basis of ΔIP, measurable by photoelectron spectroscopy, disagree with those calculated theoretically but seem to be supported by the experimental evidence available. Since ΔE = ΔIP would normally be expected, the relationship ΔE < ΔIP actually present in these systems is discussed and related to the different shape of the n-MO's involved in the ionization and excitation processes.  相似文献
