The spin stiffness of spin-1/2 two-dimensional isotropic Heisenberg antiferromagnet is calculated by a perturbation method based on the extended Schwinger-Boson mean-field theory. Precursors and catalysts play vital roles in chemical reactions. Considerable efforts have been devoted to the investigation of catalysts for graphene growth by chemical vapor deposition in recent years. However, there has been little research on precursors because of a lack of innovation in term of creating a controllable feeding method. Herein, we present a novel sustained and controlled release approach, and develop a convenient, safe, and potentially scalable feeding system with the assistance of matrix materials and a simple portable feeder. As a result, a highly volatile liquid precursor can be fed accurately to grow large-area, uniform graphene films with optimal properties. 15O(α,γ)19Ne(p,γ)20Na反应链是高温CNO循环向快速质子俘获过程突破的一条关键路径,相关的反应率输入量可通过20Mg的β衰变可布居19Ne共振态并测量其衰变性质来获得。通过高效率高精度地测量20Mg β衰变中产生的质子与γ射线得到了20Mg衰变的详细信息,并构建了完整的衰变纲图,还进行了19Ne 4 033 keV共振态衰变性质的探索,获得了该态在20Mg β衰变中被布居的分支比上限。通过比20Mg和20O镜像能级跃迁的结果确认了同位旋非对称性,为检验相关理论模型提供了精确的实验数据。对于突破路径中有重要影响的19Ne 4 033 keV共振态的性质,有待更高统计的实验进一步研究。The breakout from the hot CNO cycle to the rapid proton capture process can occur via the 15O(α,γ)19Ne(p,γ)20Na reaction sequence, and the β decay of 20Mg can be used as an alternative method to characterize some specific resonances, which will provide detailed nuclear structure input for reaction rate calculations. The reliable information on the decay properties and structure of 20Mg was obtained by measuring the emitted particles and γ-rays in the β decay with high efficiency and high resolution. Attempt was also made to search for the decay channels associated with the 4 033 keV resonance in 19Ne. To test fundamental symmetries, the transitions in the mirror decays of 20Mg and 20O were compared. The precise experimental data presented here would be important to constrain the theoretical calculations. It is desirable to clarify the astrophysically relevant problem by further experiments with improved statistics on the basis of the present work. 相似文献

Ab initio calculations on the ground and valence excited states of the GaF molecule have been performed by using the internally contracted multireference electronic correlation methods (MR-CISD, MR-CISD + Q, and MR-AQCC) with entirely uncontracted all-electronic basis sets and Douglas-Kroll scalar relativistic correction. The potential energy curves of all valence states and the spectroscopic constants of bound states are fitted. It is the first time that the 12 valence Lambda-S states of GaF molecule and all of the 23 Omega states generated from the former are studied in a theoretical way. Calculation results well reproduce most of the experimental data. The effects of the size-extensivity correction and the avoided crossing rule between Omega states of the same symmetry are analyzed. The transition properties of the A 3Pi0+, B 3Pi1, C 1Pi1, and 3Sigma1+ states are predicted, including the transition dipole moments, the Franck-Condon factors and the radiative lifetimes. The radiative lifetime of the C 1Pi1 state of GaF molecule is of the order of nanosecond, implying that it is a rather short-live state. The lifetimes of the B 3Pi1 and 3Sigma1+ states are of the order of microsecond, while the lifetime of the A 3Pi0+ state are the order of millisecond. 相似文献

The electropolymerization behaviors of an electroactive and luminescent compound TCPC as precursor are studied. The resultant electrochemical deposition (ED) films are characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), UV-vis, fluorescence spectra, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Under the CV mode with potential range of -0.5 to 0.85 V vs Ag/Ag(+), the coupling reactions between the carbazole units of TCPC are very efficient, while the fluorescent trifluorene segment in TCPC is chemically inert in this potential range, which results in a highly fluorescent film formation on indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode. The deposition parameters for preparing the TCPC-based ED films are optimized, and the best ED film gives the fluorescence efficiency of 45.5% with surface roughness of 2.8 nm and morphologic stability as heating to 180 degrees C. The light-emitting devices (LEDs) using this ED film as light emitting layer with structure ITO/ED film (approximately 100 nm)/Ba/Al achieve maximum luminescence and external quantum efficiency of 4224 cd/m(2) at 17 V and 0.72% at 11.5 V, respectively, which are better than the device using TCPC spin-coating films as emitting layer. The technique provides a facile route toward a patternable luminescent film and device because such luminescent ED films can be manipulatively deposited on the electrified electrode. 相似文献
