Several on-column sample preconcentration modes--large-volume sample stacking using the EOF pump (LVSEP), LVSEP with anion-selective exhaustive injection (LVSEP-ASEI) and field-amplified sample injection with sample matrix removal using the electroosmotic flow (EOF) pump (FAEP)--were used to analyze some nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) by capillary electrophoresis, and then compared. Methanol was the background electrolyte solvent to suppress the EOF. The effect of the type and length of the solvent plug, and the sample injection time were investigated in FAEP to determine the conditions that provided the best response. LVSEP, LVSEP-ASEI, and FAEP improved the sensitivity of the peak area by 100-, 1200-, and 1800-fold, respectively. The methodology developed, in combination with solid-phase extraction (SPE), was applied to the analysis of water samples.  相似文献

Single-crystal field effect transistors of the organic semiconductor dithiophene-tetrathiafulvalene (DT-TTF) were prepared by drop casting. Long, thin crystals connected two microfabricated gold electrodes, and a silicon substrate was used as a back gate. The highest hole mobility observed was 1.4 cm2/Vs, which is the highest reported for an organic semiconductor not based on pentacene. A high ON/OFF ratio of at least 7 x 105 was obtained for this device.  相似文献

Nanogel nanosecond photonic crystal optical switching   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
We developed a robust nanosecond photonic crystal switching material by using poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) nanogel colloidal particles that self-assemble into crystalline colloidal arrays (CCAs). The CCA was polymerized into a loose-knit hydrogel which permits the individual embedded nanogel PNIPAM particles to coherently and synchronously undergo their thermally induced volume phase transitions. A laser T-jump from 30 to 35 degrees C actuates the nanogel particle shrinkage; the resulting increased diffraction decreases light transmission within 900 ns. Additional transmission decreases occur with characteristic times of 19 and 130 ns. Individual NIPAM sphere volume switching occurs in the approximately 100 ns time regime. These nanogel nanosecond phenomena may be useful in the design of fast photonic crystal switches and optical limiting materials. Smaller nanogels will show even faster volume phase transitions.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Synthetic approaches to anthracycline antibiotic analogues in which the nitrogen atom of the carbohydrate portion is incorporated into a 1, 2, 3-triazolyl moiety were investigated. By using methyl 6-azido-2, 6-dideoxy-β-D--arabino-hexopyranoside and methyl 6-azido-2, 3, 6-tricdeoxy--α-L-arabino-hexopyranoside, the corresponding glycosides (16 a, b - 18 a, b) of carminomycinone and daunomycinone were prepared. The desired heterocyclic system was developed directly with the C-3′ and C-6′ azido anthracyclines by means of a cycloaddition process to give 7-0-[6′-(4, 5--dicarboethoxy-l, 2, 3-triazolyl)-2′, 6′-dideoxy-β-D-arabino--hexopyranosyl]-carminomycinone (23) and -daunomycinone (22), and 3′-(4, 5-dicarboethoxy - l, 2, 3-triazolyl)-4′ -epi-daunomycin (24).  相似文献

Abstract

Readily available p-tolylsulfinimines undergo highly stereoselective [3 + 2] cycloadditions with azomethine ylides generated from α -iminoesters and LDA to produce N-sulfinylimidazolidines. In the presence of Lewis acids, p-tolylsulfinimines react with glycine iminoester enolates to produce N-sulfinylimidazolidines, after cyclization of open chain intermediates. These mechanistically diverse processes take place with excellent regio-, stereo-, and facial selectivities, and the latter is opposite to most known reactions involving sulfinimines. Some of the resulting imidazolidines have been transformed into examples of a novel class of nonsymmetrical vicinal diamines using reductive and/or hydrolytic protocols.  相似文献

Spontaneous asymmetric generation of supramolecular chiral fibers was observed in the folding induced self-assembly of a lock-washer shaped foldamer. This paper presents a preliminary study in building discriminant models from solid-state NMR spectrometry data to detect the presence of acetaminophen in over-the-counter pharmaceutical formulations. The dataset, containing 11 spectra of pure substances and 21 spectra of various formulations, was processed by partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA). The model found coped with the discrimination, and its quality parameters were acceptable. It was found that standard normal variate preprocessing had almost no influence on unsupervised investigation of the dataset. The influence of variable selection with the uninformative variable elimination by PLS method was studied, reducing the dataset from 7601 variables to around 300 informative variables, but not improving the model performance. The results showed the possibility to construct well-working PLS-DA models from such small datasets without a full experimental design.  相似文献

Molybdenum and tungsten complexes containing the pypzH (3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole) ligand as a chelating bidentate are prepared: [Mo(CO)(4)(pypzH)], cis-[MoBr(η(3)-allyl)(CO)(2)(pypzH)], cis-[MoCl(η(3)-methallyl)(CO)(2)(pypzH)], [MI(2)(CO)(3)(pypzH)] (M = Mo, W) from [Mo(CO)(4)(NBD)] or the adequate bis(acetonitrile) complexes. The deprotonation of the molybdenum allyl or methallyl complexes affords the bimetallic complexes [cis-{Mo(η(3)-allyl)(CO)(2)(μ(2)-pypz)}](2) or [cis-{Mo(η(3)-methallyl)(CO)(2)(μ(2)-pypz)}](2) (μ(2)-pypz = μ(2)-3-(2-pyridyl-κ(1)N)pyrazolate-2κ(1)N). The allyl complex was subjected to an electrochemical study, which shows a marked connection between both metallic centres through the bridging pyridylpyrazolates.  相似文献

The reaction of [MoO(2)Cl(2)(di-tBu-bipy)] (1) (di-tBu-bipy = 4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridine) with water at 100-120 °C in a Teflon-lined stainless steel autoclave, in an open reflux system, or in a microwave synthesis system gave the octanuclear complex [Mo(8)O(22)(OH)(4)(di-tBu-bipy)(4)] (2) as a microcrystalline powder in good yields. Single crystals of 2 suitable for X-ray diffraction were obtained by the reaction of MoO(3) and di-tBu-bipy in water at 160 °C for 3 days. The molecular structure of 2 comprises a purely inorganic core, Mo(4)O(8)(μ(3)-OH)(2)(μ(2)-O)(2), attached to two peripheral oxo-bridged binuclear units, Mo(2)O(4)(μ(2)-O)(2)(OH)(di-tBu-bipy)(2). The inorganic core is composed of a unique assembly of four {MoO(5)} distorted square pyramids connected to each other via edge-sharing. Overall, the octanuclear complex adopts a highly distorted form strongly resembling an "S"-shaped molecular unit. Complex 2 was applied in the catalytic epoxidation of the biorenewable olefins DL-limonene (Lim) and methyl oleate (Ole), using tert-butylhydroperoxide (TBHP) as an oxygen donor, under mild reaction conditions (55 °C, air). The reactions of Lim and Ole gave the respective epoxide monomers in fairly high selectivities at high conversions (89% 1,2-epoxy-p-menth-8-ene selectivity at 96% Lim conversion; 99% methyl 9,10-epoxystearate selectivity at 94% Ole conversion, reached within 24 h reaction). Iodometric titrations revealed no measurable "non-productive" decomposition of TBHP.  相似文献
