Summary A rapid method has been developed for the determination of phosphate by means of filter paper impregnated with lead iodide. A sample is added to the impregnated filter paper by means of a capillary, and after irrigation to cause migration of the ions a white spot is obtained as the lead iodide is converted into the phosphate. The weight of the spot is dependent on the pH and the quantity of phosphate present.The determination is possible in the presence of SCN, Cl, Br, NO3 , CO3 , I, IO3 , CH3COO, B4O7 2–, F, Sb2O7 4–, K+, Na+, NH4 +, OH, H+, succinic, citric and tartaric acids. The determination is impossible in the presence of C2O4 2–, SO4 2–, MoO4 2–, NO2 , SO3 2–, S2–, CrO4 2–, or CO3 2–.The method permits the determination of 7–100g of phosphate with an accuracy of 2%.
Zusammenfassung Ein schnelles Verfahren zur Phosphatbestimmung wird besehrieben, bei dem man sich eines mit Bleijodid imprägnierten Filterpapiers bedient. Die Probe wird mit einer Kapillare auf das Papier aufgebracht. Man erleichtert die Ionenbewegung durch geeignete Befeuchtung und erhält einen weißen Fleck infolge Umsetzung des Bleijodids in -phosphat. Das Gewicht des Fleckens hängt vom pH und von der Phosphatmenge ab.Die Bestimmung ist möglich in Gegenwart von SCN, Cl, Br, NO3 , CO3 , J, JO3 , CH3COO, B4O7 2–, F, Sb2O7 4–, K+, Na+, NH4 +, OH, H+, Bernsteinsäure, Zitronensäure und Weinsäure; sie ist nicht möglich bei Gegenwart von C2O4 2–, SO4 2–, MoO4 2–, NO2 , SO3 2–, S2–, CrO4 2– oder CO3 2–. 7 bis 100g Phosphat können mit einer Genauigkeit von 2% bestimmt werden.

Résumé On a développé une méthode rapide pour le dosage des phosphates sur papier-filtre imprégné d'iodure de plomb. On dépose l'échantillon sur le papier-filtre imprégné, à l'aide d'un capillaire, et, après humidification pour provoquer la migration des ions, on obtient une tache blanche quand l'iodure de plomb est converti en phosphate. Le poids de la tache dépend du pH et de la quantité de phosphate présent.Le dosage est possible en présence de SCN, Cl, Br, NO3 , CO3 , I, IO3 , CH3COO, B4O7 2–, F, Sb2O7 4–, K+, Na+, NH4 +, OH, H+, et des acides succinique, citrique et tartrique. Il est impossible en présence de C2O4 2–, SO4 2–, MoO4 2–, NO2 , SO3 2–, S2–, CrO4 2– ou CO3 2–.La méthode permet le dosage de 7 à 100g de phosphate avec une précision de 2%.

The novel title compound, [(CH3)4N]2[Ta6Br12(H2O)6]Br4·2H2O, with a [Ta6Br12]2+ cluster unit, has been prepared and structurally characterized. The compound crystallizes in space group C2/c, with a twofold axis passing through the cluster and the centre of symmetry located between the clusters. The nearest neighbouring cluster units are aligned along the crystallographic c axis, forming a one‐dimensional chain pattern.  相似文献

Copper(I) triflate acts as an efficient stoichiometric reagent for the homo-coupling of aryldiazonium salts bearing electron-withdrawing group(s), to yield symmetrical biaryls in acetonitrile under mild reaction conditions. Aryldiazonium salts bearing electron-donating groups undergo the reaction by using catalytic amounts of a copper complex prepared in situ from copper(II) triflate and 2,2′-bipyridine with metallic copper as an ultimate reductant.  相似文献

Eudragit RS microspheres containing chitosan hydrochloride were prepared by the solvent evaporation method using acetone/liquid paraffin solvent system and their properties were compared with Eudragit RS microspheres without chitosan, prepared in our previous study. Different stirring rates were applied (400-1200 rpm) and drug content, Higuchi dissolution rate constant, surface and structure characteristics of the microspheres were determined for each size fraction. An increase in average particle size with a reduction of stirring rate appeared in limited interval in both series. The average particle size of microspheres without chitosan, prepared at the same stirring rate, was smaller. Pipemidic acid content increased with increasing fraction particle size, but not with increasing stirring rate as it was observed for microspheres without chitosan. We presume that high pipemidic acid content in larger microspheres is a consequence of cumulation of undissolved pipemidic acid particles in larger droplets during microspheres preparation procedure. Pipemidic acid release was faster from microspheres with chitosan and no correlation between Higuchi dissolution rate constant and stirring rate or fraction particle size was found, though it existed in the system without chitosan. Structure and surface characteristics of microspheres observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) were not changed significantly by incorporation of chitosan. But in contrast with microspheres without chitosan, the surface of chitosan microspheres was more porous after three hours of dissolution. It is supposed that the influence of particle size fraction and stirring rate on release characteristics is expressed to a great extent through porosity and indirectly through total effective surface area, but the incorporation of highly soluble component i.e. chitosan salt hides these effects on drug release. In conclusion, changes in biopharmaceutical properties due to varying stirring rate and fraction particle size exhibited the same direction as those reported for the microspheres without chitosan, although they are less expressed because of increased experimental variability, likely caused by chitosan.  相似文献

The title mol­ecule, C26H30O3, shows a novel chemical rearrangement of the substituents at position 17, i.e. an α‐­orientation of the hydroxy group and a β‐orientation of the bulky benzyl moiety. The packing arrangement consists of coils formed by O2?O3 hydrogen bonds along the c axis. The compound shows complete loss of oestrogenic activity, and neither does it exhibit an antagonistic effect.  相似文献

New heteroaryl-substituted o-divinylbenzenes, 2,2'-(1,2-phenylenedivinylene)difuran (9), 2,2'-(1,2-phenylenedivinylene)bisbenzo[b]furan (10), and 2,2'-(1,2-phenylenedivinylene)bisnaphtho[2,1-b]furan (11), were prepared and irradiated at various concentrations; intramolecular photocycloaddition and intermolecular [2+2] twofold photoaddition reactions took place to give bicyclo[3.2.1]octadiene derivatives 12-14 and cyclophane derivatives 15-17, respectively. Compound 11 was the most selective of these o-divinylbenzenes, which, owing to pi-pi intra- or intermolecular complexation, gave only the exo-bicyclo[3.2.1]octadiene derivative 14 at low concentrations, and only the cyclophane derivative 17 at high concentrations.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ta6Br12(H2O)6](Br0.4Cl1.6)·8H2O, crystallizes in space group P. The structure contains two crystallographically independent [Ta6Br12(H2O)6]2+ cluster cations forming distinct layers parallel to the ab plane. A series of homoannularly and heteroannularly substituted adamantyl ferrocene derivatives has been synthesized and their effects on membrane fluidity were investigated using liposomes as the membrane models. The liposome formulations of adamantyl ferrocene derivatives were characterized by using dynamic light scattering, differential scanning calorimetry and fluorescence anisotropy measurements. It was demonstrated that adamantyl ferrocene derivatives incorporated into the liposome significantly affect the structure of the lipid bilayer. The results of the study have revealed that adamantyl ferrocene derivatives, compounds 9 – 12, partition into the hydrophobic/hydrophilic interface of the membrane, causing a significant decrease in membrane fluidity. The antioxidant potential of synthesized compounds was assessed with DPPH method and it was shown that the examined compounds possess certain antioxidant activity.  相似文献
