Zusammenfassung Eine Bestimmung von HCH und DDT aus Pulvergemischen und Streupudern wird beschrieben. Die beiden Insektizide werden über einer Säule, die mit Aluminiumoxyd neutral beschickt ist, mit Äther oder n-Hexan eluiert und das Eluat im Vakuum vorsichtig getrocknet. Aus der Schmelze des Rückstandes wird mit Hilfe der Glaspulvermethode die prozentuelle Zusammensetzung an Hand von Eichkurven ermittelt.
Summary A method is described for determining HCH and DDT obtained from mixed powders and dusting powders. The two insecticides are passed through a column packed with neutral aluminium oxide, and then eluted with ether or n-hexane, and the eluate then carefully dried in vacuo. The percentage composition is found by means of standard curves when the glass powder method is applied to the melt of the residue.

Résumé On décrit un dosade de HCH et de DDT sur le mélange des poudres et sur des poudres d'épandage. On réalise l'élution des deux insecticides avec l'éther ou le n-hexane, sur une colonne remplie d'oxyde d'aluminium neutre et l'on sèche avec prudence l'éluat dans le vide. On obtient la composition en pour-cent sur la partie fondue du résidu, au moyen de la méthode à la poudre de verre et en se servant de courbes d'étalonnage.

Ten cross-linked polystyrene-supported, protected chiral amines featuring both a spacer, comprising from 5 to 15 atoms, and a fluorinated linker have been successfully prepared. The development of the monitoring technique by gel-phase 19F NMR spectrometry on cross-linked polystyrene derivatives proved to be of high value in four steps of the process, as shown by the comparison of data gathered from both a classic NMR spectrometer and elemental analysis. Gel-phase 19F NMR spectrometry, thus, constitutes a useful technique that complements IR and 13C NMR spectrometries for the qualitative monitoring of reactions. In addition, quantitative determination of the conversion in a given transformation is possible, provided that 19F chemical shifts of the substrate and the product be different enough (Deltadelta>base width), as illustrated by the Mitsunobu coupling process (16-->17). The technique is nondestructive, and the samples used to monitor the reactions may be returned to the reaction medium. Deprotection of the above amines was achieved and furnished eight of the final resins in good to acceptable purity for future applications.  相似文献

The carbonyl bands of 2-formyl and 3-formyl-furans [18O] are determined and explained. The magnitude of the inductive and mesomeric effects in 2-acyl and 3-acyl-thiophenes and furans is discussed on the basis of a comparison of the frequencies and the intensities of the v(CO) and v(CC) bands. The conformational preference of some aroyl-furans and aroyl-formyl-furans and the rotation around the C(Ar)-C(O) bonds are related to these parameters.  相似文献

Control over the folding of molecular strands may be achieved by appropriate choice of the constituting subunits, in particular for chains of specific heterocycles such as sequences of directly connected pyridine (py) and pyrimidine (pym) rings, which are known to fold into extended helical structures. Since the hydrazone (hyz) group represents an isomorphic analogue of a py site, the condensation of hydrazine and carboxaldehyde derivatives of pym offers a very efficient approach to strands incorporating hyz instead of py units and constituted by sequences of alternating hyz and pym groups. A series of such strands of different lengths, up to ten hyz units, i.e., 1 – 7 , were synthesized. Their spectral properties indicate that they fold indeed into helical shapes. Extensive characterization was performed in solution by 1HNMR spectroscopy and in the solid state by determination of the crystal structures of eight such strands. They all display the expected helical geometry with up to 3 1/3 turns and direct stacking contacts. The efficiency and flexibility of the synthetic approach as well as its wide potential for generation of diversity through lateral decoration make the (hyz? pym) subunit a particularly attractive helicity codon.  相似文献

Während inDMF und Äthanol fast ausschließlich O-Alkylierung zu den 4-Alkoxy-carbostyrilen (4–7) eintritt, beobachtet man in wäßr. Alkalien auch die Bildung von C,C-dialkylierten Verbindungen (8–10). 3-Äthyl-4-hydroxy-carbostyril (2) reagiert leichter mit C2H5J zum 3,3-Diäthyl-2,4-dioxo-tetrahydrochinolin (8) als das unsubstit. 4-Hydroxy-carbostyril (1). Einige in der Literatur als 3,3-disubstit. 2,4-Dioxo-tetrahydrochinoline formulierte Verbindungen werden als Carbostyril-4-äther erkannt.
The influence of the solvent in the alkylation reaction of 4-hydroxyquinol-2-ones (1–3) with various alkyl halogenides has been studied.DMF and ethanol favor high yields of O-alkylated products (4–7), in aqueous alkali, however, carbon alkylation successfully competes with O-alkylation, affording a substantial amount of 3.3-disubstituted 2.4-dioxo-tetrahydro-quinolines (8–10). The reexamination of a patent showed that some compounds previously described as 2.4-dioxo-tetrahydro-quinolines actually are carbostyril-4-ethers.

The filamentous fungus Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, grown on a xylose medium, was found to excrete one β-glucosidase (β-glu x). The enzyme was purified to apparent homogeneity by ammonium sulfate precipitation, gel filtration, anion-exchange chromatography, and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) gel filtration chromatography. Its molecular mass was estimated to be 130 kDa by HPLC gel filtration and 60 kDa by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, suggesting that β-glu x may be a homodimer. For p-nitrophenyl β-d-glucopyranoside hydrolysis, apparent K m and V max values were found to be 0.09 mM and 193 U/mg, respectively, while optimum temperature and pH were 55–60°C and pH 5.0, respectively. β-Glu x was strongly inhibited by Fe2+ and activated about 35% by Ca2+. β-Glu x possesses strong transglucosylation activity in comparison with commercially available β-glucosidases. The production rate of total glucooligosaccharides (GOSs) from 30% cellobiose at 50°C and pH 5.0 for 6 h with 0.6 U/mL of enzyme preparation was 80 g/L. It reached 105 g/L under the same conditions when using cellobiose at 350 g/L (1.023 M). Finally, GOS structure was determined by mass spectrometry and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.  相似文献

Résumé Par chauffage à 1000° de mélanges d'oxyde stannique et d'oxyde de cadmium en proportions diverses, comme par déshydratation de précipités mixtes des hydroxydes correspondants, il se forme une série de solutions solides de l'oxyde de cadmium dans l'oxyde d'étain. Elles sont solubles dans l'acide chlorhydrique et présentent un spectre d'absorption infrarouge caractéristique que l'on a comparé avec celui des 2 métastannates de cadmium CdSnO3, l'un de type ilménite, l'autre de type perovskite.
Summary By heating various mixture of stannic oxide and cadmium oxide to 1000° C, a series of solid solutions of cadmium oxide in stannic oxide results as is the case when mixed precipitates of the corresponding hydroxides are dehydrated. They are soluble in hydrochloric acid and yield a characteristic infrared absorption spectrum that was compared with that of the two cadmium métastannates CdSnO3, one of the ilmenite type, the other of the perovskite type.

Zusammenfassung Erhitzt man verschieden zusammengesetzte Gemische von Zinnoxid und Cadmiumoxid auf 1000° C oder werden Mischfällungen der entsprechenden Hydroxide dehydratisiert, so entsteht eine Reihe fester Lösungen von Cadmiumoxid in Zinnoxid. Sie sind in Salzsäure löslich und zeigen ein charakteristisches Absorptionsspektrum im IR. Dieses wurde mit dem Spektrum zweier Cadmium-Metastannate (CdSnO3) vom Typus des Ilmenits bzw. Perovskits verglichen.

Electromagnetic fission of238U projectiles at E/A =600 and 1000 MeV was studied with the ALADIN spectrometer at the heavy-ion synchrotron SIS. Seven different targets (Be, C, Al, Cu, In, Au and U) were used. By considering only those fission events where the two charges added up to 92, most of the nuclear interactions were excluded. The nuclear contributions to the measured fission cross sections were determined by extrapolating from beryllium to the heavier targets with the concept of factorization. The obtained cross sections for electromagnetic fission are well reproduced by extended Weizsäcker-Williams calculations which include E1 and E2 excitations. The asymmetry of the fission fragments' charge distribution gives evidence for the excitation of the double giant-dipole resonance in uranium.Communicated by V. Metag  相似文献

Electron-energy loss spectra of potassium permanganate (KMnO4) with primary electron energies 25 eV<=E0<=500 eV show 7 peaks in the energy-loss range 1 eV<=ΔE<=10eV and are successfully analysed with a superposition of 7 independent Gaussians. The intensity of these lines follow roughly a power-law dependence on the primary energy I∝E 0 . There are two groups of lines, the first with an exponent α≈0.5, while the lines in the second group decay much stronger with increasingE 0 corresponding to a value 0.9<=α<=1.3. The 4 lines in the first group are identified as dipole allowed transitions by comparison to recent first principle molecular-orbital calculations for the (MnO4) molecule by H. Nakai et al. The dipole-allowed excitation spectrum obtained from this analysis agrees very well with these first principle calculations.  相似文献
