The 0-3 PZT/PVDF piezoelectric composites are prepared separately by hot-press and cold-press processes. The effects of the PZT content and the shaping-process on the composites are studied. The experimental results indicate that composites with 70% PZT nanopowders prepared by the hot-press method exhibit excellent piezoelectric and dielectric properties. The maxima of d33 and ε of the composites prepared by hot-press method are about 30% and 65% higher than those prepared by the cold-press method, respectively. This is mainly attributed to the favourable coupling of the two materials in the process of the hot press and the formation of the β-type PVDF, which possesses better electric properties.  相似文献

Pb(Zr0.53,Ti0.47)O3 (PZT) films with thicknesses of 0.8μm, 2μm and 4μm are prepared by a sol-gel method and their longitudinal piezoelectric coefficients are analysed. The results show that the PZT thick films, whose density is closer to bulk PZT, has the better crystallization, with d33 and density much larger than those of PZT thin films. A piezoelectric microcantilever actuated by a 4-μm-thick PZT film is fabricated and its displacement is measured in different frequencies and voltages. The displacement increases linearly with the increasing bias, and the maximum displacement of 0.544μm is observed at 30kHz for 5V bias. The resonant frequency obtained in the experiment matches quite well with the theoretical result, and it is shown that the resonant frequency of PZT microcantilever could be controlled and predicated.  相似文献

Considering the eddy current effect of the magnetic metal particles in a high frequency electromagnetic field, we extend the Maxwell-Garnett law by introducing the eddy-effect parameter A which is as functions of the radius, permeability and electric conductivity of the metal particle medium. It is obvious that the computational result agrees with the experiment, which indicates that the extended Maxwell-Garnett law can be used to predict the effective electromagnetic parameters of a dilute metal-insulator composite medium in a high-frequency electromagnetic field.  相似文献

A method using strong fluctuation theory (SFT) to compute the effective electromagnetic parameters of multiphase composite media, and common materials used to design radar-absorbing materials, is demonstrated. The effective electromagnetic parameters of ultrafine carbonyl-iron (DT-50) and fiber fabric, which are both multiphase composite media and represent coated and structured radar absorbing materials, respectively, are investigated, and the corresponding equations of electromagnetic parameters by using the SFT are attained. Moreover, we design a program to simplify the solutions, and the results are discussed.  相似文献

A quasi-single-phase orthorombic Si2N20 compound is obtained by hot-pressing sintering using homogeneous precursors as raw materials under nitrogen atmosphere. The bulk hardness of orthorombie Si2N20 (o-Si2N2 O) is investigated by a nanoindenter experiment; the results show that o-Si2N20 with maximal value about 19 GPa has a high hardness covalent crystal besides β-Si3N4. It is discovered that the high hardness is mainly attributed to the unique crystal structure. The bridging O atoms in the o-Si2N20 are responsible for decreasing hardness. It is found that the Si-O bonds in the open tetrahedral crystal structure are more easily broken and tilted than other bonds.  相似文献

The third group of elements is the acceptor of P-type silicon carbide (SiC). Therefore, studying the transport properties of group III doped SiC nanotube (SiCNTs) and revealing the carrier scattering mechanism have important scientific significance for improving the photoelectric properties and promoting the development of SiC nano-devices. In this article, the lattice structure and transport properties of IIIA-doped SiCNTs are investigated systematically using density functional theory. According to the first principle data, we calculate the temperature characteristics of the conductivity, carrier concentration, and mobility, then, analyze the contributions of optical phonon, ionized impurity, neutral impurity and inter-carrier scattering to the mobility. The calculation results show that the conductivity of IIIA-doped SiCNTs decreased with increasing temperature in the temperature range below 200 K, above 200 K, the conductivity increases with increasing temperature. The main scattering mechanisms are optical phonon scattering and neutral impurity scattering. In application, this results will help the selection of SiCNTs acceptor.  相似文献

We design and prepare three-layer graded ZnO nanowhisker/polyester composites. The dispersion configuration of ZnO nanowhiskers in the polyester is investigated, and their microwave reflectivity curves are also measured. Experimental results have shown that the graded dispersion with ZnO nanowhiskers contributes to broadband microwave absorption. In other words, the absorption band depends on the graded dispersion configuration of ZnO nanowhiskers in polyester matrix.  相似文献

采用混合离子共沉淀法制备掺杂铁酸盐,采用XRD,TGA和H2-TPR等手段对其结构进行了表征,并考察了其直接催化分解CO2成C的性能.研究结果表明,用混合离子共沉淀法能够制备出纳米级晶粒、且为单一尖晶石结构的Cr3+掺杂的NiFe2O4.所掺杂的Cr3+进入NiFe2O4的晶格B位,极大地促进了NiFe2O4在还原氧化过程中结构的稳定性,分解CO2反应后,NiFe2O4的结构易恢复,从而明显地提高了其分解CO2成C反应的循环寿命(35次以上)和积炭量(25.3%).  相似文献

A new cobalt(II) complex with the Schiff base methyl 2-pyridylmethylidenehydrazinecarbodithioate (HNNS), Co(NNS)2, has been synthesized and characterized using single-crystal X-ray diffraction and spectroscopy (IR, UV–Vis, MS and EA). Complex [Co(NNS)2] crystallizes in the orthorhombic, space group Pna2(1). The coordination geometry around Co(II) in the complex is distorted octahedral and the two ligands in the mer-configuration (S and tertiary N atom cis to each other and the iminic N atoms trans). Furthermore, the neutral molecule unit CoII(NNS)2 is connected by hydrogen bonds C–H ··· S and forms a three dimensional ordered network structure.  相似文献

Oleanolic acid and its glycosides are important natural products, possessing various attractive biological activities such as antitumor, antivirus and anti-inflammatory properties. In the present work, fifteen oleanolic acid saponins bearing various saccharide moieties, including 3-monoglycoside, 28-monoglycoside and 3,28-diglycoside, were easily synthesized in high yields. Benzyl was chosen as the protective group for the COOH(28) group, instead of commonly used methyl and allyl, to avoid difficulties in the final deprotection. Alkali-promoted condensation of the carboxylic acid with bromo-glycosides was found to be more efficient in the synthesis of 28-glycosides. Two approaches were investigated and proved practicable in the preparation of 3,28- diglycosides. This method is suitable for preparing oleanolic acid glycosides with structural diversity for extensive biological evaluation and structure-activity relationship study, and it also apply new idea for the corresponding synthetic methods to the glycoside derivatives of other triterpenoid.  相似文献
