Erbium-165 with 10.3 h physical half-life decays completely by electron capture to the ground state of stable isotope 165Ho and it is an ideal radio lanthanide for Auger electron therapy. Excitation function of 165Er via natEr(p,x)165Tm → 165Er, 166Er(p,2n)165Tm → 165Er, 165Ho(p,n)165Er and 165Ho(d,2n)165Er reactions were calculated using ALICE/ASH (Hybrid and GDH models) and EMPIRE 3.1 codes and then were compared with the reported measurement by experimental data and TENDL-2011. Physical yield and target thickness were evaluated with attention to excitation function, stopping power and SRIM code. 165Er was produced using the sedimentation technique through the natEr (p,x)165Tm → 165Er reaction. The deposited target was irradiated with 15 MeV proton beams at 20 μA current for 1 h. The 165Tm production yield was 26 MBq/μA h at the end of bombardment. 相似文献

A novel ozone (O3) sensor is fabricated using commercial metal oxide field effect transistor (MOSFET), modified with single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs). In this study, integrated circuit (IC: BS250) was selected as the selective probe for O3 detection. For this purpose, a plastic cover on the surface of the drain was drilled to bare the drain surface, followed by its modification with nitrogen and sulfur-functionalized SWCNTs by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process. The CVD-synthesized SWCNTs were then electrodeposited with FeOOH nanostructures. According to the figures of merit, the fabricated sensor gave a linear output from 20 to 450 parts per billion (ppb). Detection limit was also 4.1?ppb. Relative standard deviation (RSD) for seven replicate analyses was 3.61%. Based on 90% of maximum response (t90), the response time was ~1.5?min. Calibration sensitivity was measured to 1.3?mV/ppb. No interference was observed, when introducing at least 500 folds of interferences of gaseous species such as H2O, HCl, H2S, O2, H2, CO, CO2, NO2, SO2, Cl2, C2H2, CH4 and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to 250?ppb of O3 solution. A three‐step method for the deposition of CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite films with a high crystalline structure and large cuboid overlayer morphology is reported. The method includes PbI2 deposition, which is followed by dipping into a solution of C4H9NH3I (BAI) and (BA)2PbI4 perovskite formation. In the final step, the poorly thermodynamically stable (BA)2PbI4 phase converts into the more stable CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite by dipping into a solution of CH3NH3I. The final product is characterized by XRD, SEM, UV/Vis, and photoluminescence analysis methods. The experimental results indicate that the prepared perovskite has cuboids with high crystallinity and large sizes (up to 1 μm), as confirmed by XRD and SEM data. Photovoltaic investigations show that the three‐step method results in higher solar cell efficiency (15 % enhancement in efficiency) with a better reproducibility than the conventional two‐step deposition method. 相似文献

The dependence of Mentha pulegium L. (pennyroyal) essential oil composition, obtained by supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2), with the following parameters: pressure, temperature, extraction time (dynamic), and modifier (methanol) was studied. The results were also compared with those obtained by conventional hydrodistillation method in laboratory conditions. Regarding the percentages of menthone (30.3%) and pulegone (52.0%), the optimum SFE results were obtained at the following experimental conditions: pressure=100 atm, T=35 °C, dynamic time=10 min, and Vmodifier=0 μl. The results of hydrodistillation showed that the major components of M. pulegium L. were pulegone (37.8%), menthone (20.3%), and piperitenone (6.8%). This paper evaluates the use of the fuzzy k-means clustering method for the clustering of files of 2D chemical structures. Simulated property prediction experiments with the Starlist file of logP values demonstrate that use of the fuzzy k-means method can, in some cases, yield results that are superior to those obtained with the conventional k-means method and with Ward's clustering method. Clustering of several small sets of agrochemical compounds demonstrate the ability of the fuzzy k-means method to highlight multicluster membership and to identify outlier compounds, although the former can be difficult to interpret in some cases. 相似文献

Effect of nanoclay on the kinetics of atom transfer radical bulk homo- and copolymerization of styrene (St) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) initiated with CCl3-terminated poly (vinyl acetate) macroinitiator at 90 °C was investigated. CuCl/PMDETA was used as a catalyst system. Results showed that nanoclay significantly enhances the homopolymerization rate of MMA. It was attributed to the activated conjugated CC bond of MMA monomer via interaction between the carbonyl group of MMA monomer and the hydroxyl moiety (AlOH) of nanoclay as well as to the effect of nanoclay on the dynamic equilibrium between the active (macro)radicals and dormant species. Homopolymerization rate of St (a noncoordinative monomer with nanoclay) decreased slightly in the presence of nanoclay. It could be explained by inserting of a portion of macroinitiator into the clay galleries, where no sufficient St monomer exists due to the low compatibility or interaction of St monomer with nanoclay to react with the macroinitiator. Controlled/living characteristic of all the reactions were confirmed by GPC results. More reliable reactivity ratios of the St and MMA in the presence of nanoclay were calculated by using the cumulative average copolymer composition at the moderate to high conversion to be rSt = 0.290 ± 0.082, rMMA = 0.443 ± 0.093 (extended Kelen-Tudos method) and rSt = 0.293 ± 0.071, rMMA = 0.447 ± 0.080 (Mao-Huglin method). Results indicated that the rate of incorporation of MMA comonomer into the copolymer increases in the presence of nanoclay, verifying the existence of interaction between the carbonyl group of MMA comonomer and the hydroxyl moiety of nanoclay. It was found that in the presence of nanoclay, tendency of the random copolymerization of St and MMA toward an alternating copolymerization increases. 相似文献

Coil‐globule transition of poly(N‐tert‐butylacrylamide‐co‐acrylamide) P(NTBAM‐co‐AM) copolymers is investigated in the aqueous solution and in the mixture of water–methanol by micro ATR‐FTIR spectroscopy technique. In this study the microstructure and its changes in the hydration states of the distinct groups of these copolymers are investigated by micro ATR/FTIR technique. The results showed that by heating the solution above the LCST hydrogen bonding between C?O and water was decreased but the hydrogen bonding between polymeric chains increased, which prove the aggregation of polymer chain during phase separation. The nitridorhenium(V) complexes ReNCl(2)(PCy3)(2) (1), ReNBr(2)(PCy3)(2) (2), ReNCl(2)(PPh3)(2) (3), and ReNBr(2)(PPh3)(2) (4) produce structured emission spectra upon excitation at low temperature. The origin, E(00), occurs at 15 775, 16 375, 15 875, and 16 300 cm(-1), respectively. The vibronic peaks are regularly spaced with an average energy separation corresponding to the Re triple bond N stretching frequency. The nitridorhenium stretching frequency ranges from 1095 to 1101 cm(-1), as determined by Raman and IR spectroscopy. The excited-state distortions are calculated by fitting the emission spectra. The excited state arises primarily from a d(xy) (ReN nonbonding) to d(yz) (ReN pi antibonding) transition. The rhenium-nitrogen bond length in the excited state is 0.08 A longer than in the ground electronic state, which is consistent with the difference in bond lengths of ReN bonds of bond order 3 and bond order 2.5 as determined from molecular structures. 相似文献
