We analyse the proton electromagnetic form factor ratioR(Q 2 ) =QF 2 (Q 2 )/F 1 (Q 2 ) as a function of momentum transferQ 2 within perturbative QCD. We find that the prediction for (R(Q 2 ) at large momentum transferQ depends on the exclusive quark wave functions, which are unknown. For a wide range of wave functions we find thatQF 2 F 1 ~ const. at large momentum transfer, which is in agreement with recent JLAB data.  相似文献

A new green protocol was developed for the S-alkylation of 2-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole by the reaction of 5-substituted-2-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole with propargyl bromide in sodium bicarbonate in water. The newly synthesized 5-[(substitutedphenoxy)methyl]-2-[(prop-2-yn-1-yl)sulfanyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole when reacted with azidomethyl coumarins underwent regioselective reaction yielding 4-(((4-((5-((substitutedphenoxy)methyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)sulfanylmethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)methyl)-6-methyl)-2H-chromene-2-one or 1-((4-((5-((substitutedphenoxy)methyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)sulfanylmethy)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl-)methyl)-3H-benzo[f]chromene-3-one. Structures of the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by spectral and analytical data. The compounds were screened for their in-vitro antioxidant property.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of 2-alkyl- and 2-aryl pyrrolidines, piperidines, and azepanes from lactams, in either racemic or enantiopure form, is presented. The lactam nitrogens are acylated with either Boc anhydride or trans-cumylcyclohexyl (TCC) chloroformate. Selective reduction of the lactam carbonyl to the carbinolamide is followed by treatment with benzotriazole. Substitution of the benzotriazole is accomplished by treatment with organometallics, yielding the 2-substituted heterocycles. With TCC, up to 90% diastereoselectivity is achieved. After diastereomer purification, reductive removal of the auxiliary affords enantiopure 2-substituted heterocycles. A mechanistic hypothesis is presented that details the conformational equilibria of the key step.  相似文献

Alkylation of O-silylated N-alkylmalonylhydroxamic acids provides a method for the synthesis of 2-substituted N-alkylmalonyl hydroxamic acids. The substituent at C-2 does not materially change the chemistry of the alpha-lactam intermediates produced from them. They can be converted to unsymmetric ureas and hydantoins in high yields. The addition of unsaturated substituents at C-2 is used to produce cyclic ureas containing medium rings via RCM reactions.  相似文献

Vitex trifolia L. is an important Indian medicinal plant with diverse pharmacological properties. In a recent study, we reported the isolation and antitubercular activity evaluation of three new diterpenoids from its leaves; here we have developed a validated rapid, simple, precise, and accurate high‐performance TLC method for the simultaneous quantification of isolated diterpenoids in V. trifolia. Diterpenoids, 6α,7α‐diacetoxy‐13‐hydroxy‐8(9),14‐labdadien ( A ), 13‐hydroxy‐5(10),14‐halimadien‐6‐one ( B ), and 9‐hydroxy‐13(14)‐labden‐16,15‐olide ( C ) were separated on silica gel 60F254 high‐performance TLC plates using chloroform/acetone (98:2, v/v) as mobile phase. The quantitation of diterpenoids was carried out using densitometric reflection/absorption mode at 610 nm after postchromatographic derivatization using a vanillin/sulfuric acid reagent. A precise and accurate quantification can be performed for compounds A and B in the linear working concentration range of 333–1000 ng/band and for C in the range of 670–2000 ng/band with good correlations (r = 0.9984, 0.9991, and 0.9994, respectively). The method was validated for peak purity, precision, accuracy, robustness, LOD, and LOQ, as per the ICH guidelines. The method reported here is simple, reproducible and may be applied for the quantitative analysis of the above diterpenoids in the leaves of V. trifolia.  相似文献

Litchi (Litchi chinensis) is a non-climacteric tropical fruit. The fruit has a short shelf-life making its marketing difficult. Physical, biochemical, microbiological, and organoleptic properties of two major commercially grown Indian cultivars of litchi, ‘Shahi’ and ‘China’ were studied. The effect of gamma radiation processing and low temperature storage on the above parameters was evaluated to standardize the optimal process parameters for shelf-life extension of litchi. Physical and biochemical parameters analyzed included weight, moisture, pH, titratable acidity, texture, color, total and reducing sugar, total soluble solids, vitamin C, and flavonoid content. Weight, moisture content, and pH in the fresh fruit ranged between 21–26 g, 74–77%, and 3.7–4.4, respectively, whereas, total and reducing sugar ranged 10–15, and 10–13 g%, respectively. In ‘Shahi’ vitamin C content was found to be around 17–19 mg%, whereas, in ‘China’ it was 22–28 mg%. Flavonoid content was in the range of 26–34 μg catechin equivalents/g of fresh fruit. Total surface and internal bacterial load was around 4 and 3 log cfu/g, respectively. Surface yeast-mold count (YMC) was ~3 log cfu/g whereas internal YMC was ~2 log cfu/g. Radiation treatment reduced microbial load in a dose dependent manner. Treatment at 0.5 kGy did not significantly affect the quality parameters of the fruit. Treated fruits retained the “good” organoleptic rating during storage. Thus, radiation treatment (0.5 kGy) in combination with low temperature (4 °C) storage achieved a shelf-life of 28 days for litchi fruit.  相似文献
