The introduction of an ultrathin zinc oxide (ZnO) layer formed by the atomic layer deposition (ALD) technique was found to improve the operation parameters of nickel phthalocyanine (NiPc) based photovoltaic cells with a transparent bottom electrode, indium tin oxide (ITO). This improvement is attributed to several reasons, such as I) increase of photovoltaic yield in ITO/p-NiPc/n-ZnO/Al cells incorporating a hybrid heterojunction as compared to single-layer ITO/NiPc/Al cells, II) enhancement of the overall spectral response in the double-layer cells and III) extension of long-term operational stability. 相似文献

Carbon dots (CDs) and their derivatives are useful platforms for studying electron‐donor/acceptor interactions and dynamics therein. Herein, we couple amorphous CDs with phthalocyanines (Pcs) that act as electron donors with a large extended π‐surface and intense absorption across the visible range of the solar spectrum. Investigations of the intercomponent interactions by means of steady‐state and pump‐probe transient absorption spectroscopy reveal symmetry‐breaking charge transfer/separation and recombination dynamics within pairs of phthalocyanines. The CDs facilitate the electronic interactions between the phthalocyanines. Thus, our findings suggest that CDs could be used to support electronic couplings in multichromophoric systems and further increase their applicability in organic electronics, photonics, and artificial photosynthesis. 相似文献

A model organic pigment (β copper phthalocyanine) was encapsulated by silica using water glass as a precursor. It is shown that the thickness, porosity and uniformity of silica shells (coatings) around individual pigment particles depend significantly on pH and temperature of synthesis. It is further demonstrated that the obtained silica shells can serve as an efficient protection against the highly reactive products of photocatalysis. Each of n products is to be processed on two machines in order to satisfy known demands in each of T periods. Only one product can be processed on each machine at any given time. Each switch from one item to another requires sequence dependent setup time. The objective is to minimize the total setup time and the sum of the costs of production, storage and setup. We consider the problem as a bilevel mixed 0–1 integer programming problem. The objective of the leader is to assign the products to the machines in order to minimize the total sequence dependent setup time, while the objective of the follower is to minimize the production, storage and setup cost of the machine. In this paper we present numerical simulations for the dam-break flood wave propagation from Tribalj accumulation to the town
of Crikvenica (Croatia). The mathematical models we used were the one-dimensional open channel flow and the two-dimensional
shallow water equations. They were solved with the well-balanced finite volume numerical schemes which additionally include
special numerical treatment of the wetting/drying front boundary. These schemes were tested on CADAM test problems. The aim
of this study was to assess potential damage in the village of Tribalj and the town of Crikvenica. Results of these simulations
were used as the basis for urban planning and micro-zoning of the flood-risk areas. Several different dam-break scenarios
were considered, ranging from sudden dam disappearance to partial and dynamic breach formation.
