气相色谱/质谱分析烟草中的主要生物碱

用毛细管气相色谱法测定烟草中烟碱、降烟碱、麦斯明、二烯烟碱、新烟碱、去氢新烟碱、2,3′-联二吡啶、可替宁8种主要生物碱的方法。烟草样品经二氯甲烷/甲醇(V/V,3∶1)萃取,过一次性滤膜,进样,经DB-5MS毛细管柱分离,由气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测定量,质谱定性。该方法操作简单,重现性好,回收率较高。8种生物碱相对标准偏差为2.59%~7.07%;回收率为89.4%~98.7%。     

DNA microarray: a high throughput approach for methylation detection

We described a DNA microarray-based method combined with bisulphite treatment of DNA and regular PCR to examine hyper-methylation in promoter 1A of APC gene. A set of oligonucleotide probes were designed and immobilized on the aldehyde-coated glass slides for detecting the methylation pattern of 15 selected CpG sites in the region. The methylation status of 30 colorectal tumor samples have been examined by both of methylation-specific PCR (MS-PCR) and the present microarray method. The methylation pattern of the 15 CpG sites for the samples have been obtained with the microarray. A total of 19 samples out of 30 were methylated by microarray, in which five samples cannot be detected by MS-PCR due to the methylated CpG patterns not accordant to the MS-PCR primers. The detecting ratio for methylation of APC gene of colorectal tumor samples increased from 46.7% with MS-PCR to 63.3% with the microarray, which successfully demonstrated that DNA microarray-based method not only can obtained the methylation patterns for the related genes, but also decrease the false-negative results of methylation status by the conventional MS-PCR for the investigated genes.     

Encapsulations of La@C82 and La2@C80 inside single-walled boron nitride nanotubes

Possibility of encapsulations of metallofullerenes inside single-walled boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) is studied by using first-principles calculations. We find that both La@C₈₂ and La₂@C₈₀ can be exothermically encapsulated inside the (17, 0) and (14, 7) BNNTs. The minimum diameters of exothermically encapsulating both La@C₈₂ and La₂@C₈₀ inside BNNTs are predicated to be about 13.4 Å.     

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes as a solid-phase extraction adsorbent for the determination of chlorophenols in environmental water samples

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNs) are used as adsorbent for solid-phase extraction (SPE) of several chlorophenols (CPs). CPs were adsorbed on MWCNs cartridge, then desorbed with pH 10.0 methanol, finally determined by HPLC. Under the optimized conditions, detection limits of 0.08-0.8 ng mL(-1) were obtained. The method had been applied to analyze the five CPs in tap water and river water.

(enH_2)_4Na_4H_3[(VO)_(12)O_6B_(18)O_(42)]·8H_2O的水热合成和晶体结构

在水热的条件下合成了多钒硼酸盐(enH2)4Na4H3[(VO)12O6B18O42]8H2O, 化学式为C8H59B18N8Na4O68V12 (Mr=2253.45), 用单晶X射线衍射方法测定了它的结构, 该晶体属单斜晶系, P21/n空间群, 晶胞参数为a = 13.8989(4), b = 16.1954(5), c = 14.4520(4) ?β = 94.7490(5), V= 3241.95(16) ?, Z = 2, Dc = 2.308 g/cm3, ?= 1.819mm-1, F(000) = 2234, 4798个可观察衍射点(I > 2s(I)), 最终结构精修到偏离因子R = 0.0449, wR = 0.1163, S = 0.996。在该化合物的结构中, V12B18簇是由环状的B18O42通过18个B(μ3-O)V键被2个V6O18环夹在中间组成的, V12B18簇通过4个Na+与相邻的簇相连, 形成二维网状结构, 孔道尺寸为6.109×10.562 拧?     

配合物{[(C_9H_7)_3Yb]_2Cl}[Na·6THF](I)的合成及其还原生成(C_9H_7)_2Yb·2THF(II)的研究、配合物I和II的晶体结构

三氯化钇与茚基钠以 1∶2摩尔比于THF中 ,在 5 0℃下反应 ,歧化生成了离子型配合物 [(C9H7) 3 Yb] 2 Cl[Na·6THF](I) .X射线结构分析表明 ,配合物I是由阴离子 {[(C9H7) 3 Yb] 2 Cl}-及阳离子 [Na·6THF] 组成的离子对 ,阴离子由一个氯桥把两个 (C9H7) 3 Yb基团连接在一起 .配合物 [(C9H7) 3 Yb) 2 Cl] [Na·6THF]为三斜晶系 ,P1空间群 ,晶胞参数 ,a =1.0 682 (2 )nm ,b =1 2 687(3 )nm ,c=1 2 869(2 )nm ,α =87 2 2 3 (1)° ,β =81 75 5° ,γ =88 2 17° ,V =1 72 73 (1)nm3 ,Z =1.配合物I的结构用重原子法确定 ,用full matrixleast squares法修正 ,一致性因子为R =0 0 62 ,Rw =0 0 72 .配合物 {[(C9H7) 3 Yb] 2 Cl}[Na·6THF]与金属钠反应 ,生成 (C9H7) 2 Yb·2THF (II) .配合物II的分子结构经过了X射线的表证 .
