TE Ono -to- mode transducer designmode transducer design

This paper gives a structure on the mode converter from TE _0n ^O mode of gyrotron output to the main mode of the circular groove guide. The design consists of two parts: the first part is to convert TE _0n ^O to TE ₀₁ ^O using an advanced periodic wall perturbation technology, the second part is to convert TE ₀₁ ^O to mode basing on the method of gradually changing the wave guide cross section. An example at 37.5Ghz is given. For the first part, the efficiency is 94.71%, the length is 1.868m. For the second part, the theoretic figure of reflectance coefficient vs. frequency is given.     

The PSI experiments on muon-catalyzed pt fusion

The experiments on pt fusion performed at Paul Scherrer Institut, Villigen, Switzerland, are described. Liquid triple mixtures of protium, deuterium and tritium with low concentrations on deuterium and tritium were used. Gamma rays, X-rays, neutrons and, for the first time, conversion muons, were measured. Preliminary results are: Rate for spin flip from the triplet to the singlet state of t(1s), ₁₀=(1.0±0.2) × 10³s^–1; rate for muon-catalyzed pt fusion from the (I=1) nuclear-spin state, _pt ^f (I=1)=0.07±0.01s^–1; and the molecular formation rate, _pt ^m =(7.5±1.3)s^–1 (all normalized to liquid hydrogen density).

Forme des cristallites d'oxyde de cadmium produits par decomposition de l'hydroxyde

The structural transformation that occurs in the cadmium hydroxide decomposition reaction has the morphological and crystallographic character of a martensitic transformation. The authors predict the shape of the oxide crystallites produced during the reaction, viz., small platelets developed parallel to the (111) oxide planes. The difficulty in assessing their shape by analysis of X-ray diffraction line profiles is discussed. Electron microscope and X-ray diffraction results are presented and it is shown that the oxide crystallite shape is dependent on whether the precursor is hydroxide or carbonate.     

铽配合物Tb(o-BBA)3(phen)有机电致发光研究

合成了一种新的稀土配合物邻苯甲酰苯甲酸-1，10-菲罗啉-铽（Tb（o-DDA）3（phen））并用于有机电致发光。研究了Tb（o-DDA）3（phen）与PVK混合薄膜的光敛发光特性，找出了PVK：Tb的最佳比例为3：1。制备了结构为ITO／PVK：Tb／Al的单层电致发光器件，得到了铽离子的特征光谱，其电流-电压特性（I-V）在一定电压范围内符合空间电荷限制电流机制。研究结果表明稀土铽配合物Tb（o-BBA）3（phert）掺杂PVK体系的光致发光是源于PVK到Tb配合物的能量传递及稀土Tb配合物的直接激发两种作用机制，而电致发光以载流子俘获为主。

抗生育甾体化合物——7α-甲基-17β-羟基-雌甾-5-烯-3-酮的合成

以△~4-雌甾烯-3,17-二酮(5)为原料,经四步得到17β-羟基-△~(4,6)-雌甾二烯-3-酮(4),(4)与二甲基铜锂试剂经1,6共轭加成合成了目的物7α-甲基-17β-羟基-雌甾-5-烯-3-酮(2b)。经药理试验表明2b具有明显的抗着床及抗早孕活性。
