We characterize the zero–Hopf bifurcation at the singular points of a parameter codimension four hyperchaotic Lorenz system. Using averaging theory, we find sufficient conditions so that at the bifurcation points two periodic solutions emerge and describe the stability of these orbits. 相似文献
Conductive silver/silver bromide/polypyrrole nanoparticles were obtained by photopolymerization in o/w microemulsions of pyrrole monomer in the presence of silver nitrate as electron acceptor and dopant under UV light irradiation. The microemulsions were prepared using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as cationic surfactant. The particles were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV/Vis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It was observed from SEM analysis that spherical particles can be obtained by this procedure with relatively narrow particles sizes distributions and average particle diameters of the silver cores (Dp) between 39 and 46 nm, which decreases as the surfactant concentration is increased. The conductivities of the resulting materials were between 0.12 and 0.40 S/m. Formation of cores of Ag and AgBr were observed from the XRD analysis, which was ascribed to the reduction of Ag+ to Ag0 and to reaction of Ag+ with the counterion of CTAB surfactant, respectively. 相似文献
ABSTRACTA simple, fast and efficient on-line pre-concentration method (large-volume sample stacking) by capillary electrophoresis was proposed for determination of azo dyes residues (allura red [AR], sunset yellow [SY] and tartrazine [TAR]) in water samples. Pre-concentration variables involved in the system were optimised using of a Box–Bhenken design. Under the optimal conditions: injection time 150.0 s, pre-concentration time 120.0 s and reverse potential ?8.0 kV, the proposed methodology improved the analytical sensibility achieving limits of detection of 21.0–41.4 µg L?1 with enrichment factors of 82.1–210.8 fold. The large-volume sample stacking-capillary electrophoresis method was validated and applied to determine azo dyes residues in 20 water samples (bottled, spring and tap water). Two samples were positive for sunset yellow and tartrazine with a concentration of 25.3 and 30.2 µg L?1 and % RSD less than 10.0% in all cases. 相似文献
Fluorescent response to pH has been studied on water-soluble pyrene-based bichromophores, (edtapy)H2 and (dtpapy)H3, in which two pyrenyl groups are linked by an ethylenediaminetetraacetate (EDTA) and a diethylenetriaminepentaacetate (DTPA) unit, respectively, through amide linkages. The excimer emission of the EDTA derivative is strengthened sharply with increasing pH at two steps; the first step is associated with the dissociation of acidic hydrogen from amino nitrogen in partially protonated species (edtapy)H? and the second step is attributable to the amide group. The excitation spectra have evidenced the formation of a static excimer in the ground state of completely deprotonated species (edtapy)2 ? . The close contact between pyrenyl groups in (edtapy)2 ? has been confirmed by density functional theory, which has also shown that the close contact is broken when amino nitrogen is protonated. The DTPA derivative exhibits a strong excimer emission, which shows an intensity–pH profile of an ‘off–on–off–on’ type. This rare pH response is ascribable to multiple protonation sites in the DTPA chain, as confirmed by 1H NMR. The novel pH-sensing capabilities in specific pH regions are due to the combination of the fluorescent group with the polyaminopolycarboxylate chains whose conformations are reversibly altered by protonation–deprotonation processes. 相似文献
An electrochemical sensor was developed and tested for detection of L-tyrosine in the presence of epinephrine by surface modification of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) with Nafion and cerium dioxide nanoparticles. Fabrication parameters of a surfactant-assisted precipitation method were optimized to produce 2–3 nm CeO2 nanoparticles with very high surface-to-volume ratio. The resulting nanocrystals were characterized structurally and morphologically by X-ray diffractometery (XRD), scanning and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (SEM and HR-TEM). The nanopowder is sonochemically dispersed in a Nafion solution which is then used to modify the surface of a GCE electrode. The electrochemical activity of L-tyrosine and epinephrine was investigated using both a Nafion-CeO2 coated and a bare GCE. The modified electrode exhibits a significant electrochemical oxidation effect of L-tyrosine in a 0.2 M Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution of pH 2. The electro-oxidation peak current increases linearly with the L-tyrosine concentration in the molar concentration range of 2 to 160 μM. By employing differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) for simultaneous measurements, we detected two reproducible peaks for L-tyrosine and epinephrine in the same solution with a peak separation of about 443 mV. The detection limit of the sensor (signal to noise ratio of 3) for L-tyrosine is ~90 nM and the sensitivity is 0.20 μA μM−1, while for epinephrine these values are ~60 nM and 0.19 μA μM−1. The sensor exhibited excellent selectivity, sensitivity, reproducibility and stability as well as a very good recovery time in real human blood serum samples.

UV radiations are principal causes of skin cancer and aging. Suntan creams were developed to protect epidermis and derma layers against photodegradation and photooxidation. The addition of antioxidant plant extracts (i.e. essential oil) to sunscreens is habitually performed, to increase their UV protective effects and to contrast pro‐radical and cytotoxic compounds present in these solutions. According to these observations, in the present work, the alteration of chemical composition and bioactive properties of Lavandula angustifolia Miller essential oil, exposed to UV light, was investigated. UV induced a significant deterioration of lavender oil biochemical profile. Moreover, the antioxidant activity of this solution, in in vitro tests and directly on B16‐F10 melanoma cells, greatly decreased after UV treatment. Our results also showed that essential oil was shielded from UV stress by propolis addition. Even after UV treatment, bee glue highly protected lavender oil secondary metabolites from degradation and also preserved their antiradical properties, both in in vitro antioxidant assays and in cell oxidative damage evaluations. This research proposed propolis as highly efficient UV protective and antiradical additive for sunscreens, cosmetics and alimentary or pharmaceutical products containing plant extracts. 相似文献

The synthesis and characterisation of new surfactants with peculiar physical-chemical properties are amongst the most promising and expanding issues in pharmacological colloid science. The most used vesicular carriers are liposomes prepared from a wide variety of natural and synthetic phospholipids, but several ionic and non-ionic amphiphiles have been used to form multilamellar and/or unilamellar vesicles. In the present study the synthesis of alpha,omega-trioxyethylene-bis(sodium 2-dodecyloxy-propylenesulfonate), an anionic Gemini surfactant, and its ability to form niosomes are elucidated. The compound forms vesicles with and without added cholesterol. The vesicular systems were characterized by size, shape and drug entrapment efficiency. The compounds to be incorporated are beta-carotene and ferulic acid, as antioxidants, acetyl salicylic acid, as FANS, and the antineoplastic 5-flurouracil, widely used in dermatological disorders. The results of this study show that alpha,omega-trioxyethylene-bis(sodium 2-dodecyloxy-propylenesulfonate) can be used for the preparation of niosomes entrapping lypophilic, amphiphilic or hydrophilic substances. These niosomes may be promising candidates as percutaneous carriers for the aforementioned drugs. 相似文献
