Banach空间非线性脉冲Volterra型积分方程整体解的存在性定理及应用

利用一个新的比较结果和Ｍｏｎｅｃｈ不动点定理证明了Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间中非线性脉冲Ｖｏｌｔｅｒｒａ型积分方程整体解的存在性定理,并给出了对Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间中一阶脉冲微分方程初值问题的应用,改进了文（１－３）中的主要结果。

Initial value problems for nonlinear second order impulsive integro-differential equations of mixed type in Banach spaces

In this paper, through solving equations step by step, without any assumption of compactness-type conditions, we obtain unique solution of initial value problems of nonlinear second order impulsive integral-differential in Banach spaces. The results obtained generalize and improve the corresponding results of Guo and Chai in papers [D.J. Guo, Initial value problems for nonlinear second-order impulsive integro-differential equations in Banach spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 200 (1996) 1–13; G.Q. Chai, Initial value problems for nonlinear second order impulsive integro-differential equations in Banach space, Acta Math. Sinica 20 (3) (2000) 351–359 (in Chinese)].     

Global solutions of nonlinear second-order impulsive integro-differential equations of mixed type in Banach spaces

In this paper, by using the generalization of Darbo’s fixed point theorem, we establish the existence of global solutions of an initial value problem for a class of second-order impulsive integro-differential equations of mixed type in a real Banach space. Our results generalize and improve on the results of Guo et al. [F. Guo, L.S. Liu, Y.H. Wu, P. Siew, Global solutions of initial value problems for nonlinear second-order impulsive integro-differential equations of mixed type in Banach spaces, Nonlinear Anal. 61 (2005) 1363–1382] in the sense that the conditions for existence of global solution in our theorem is simpler and less strict. To demonstrate the application of the theorem, we give the global solutions of two mixed boundary value problems for two classes of fourth order impulsive integro-differential equations.     

演化算法行为分析──基于全局随机搜索的理论刻划

根据候选解空间上抽样分布的构造和计算来描述演化算法的行为，抽样分布的迭代构造是利用基于代（ｇｅｎｅｒａｔｉｏｎ）方法的全局随机搜索思想来刻划，在这种框架下，比例选择看成是全局随机搜索算子，复合看成是开发候选解相似性的搜索过程．研究表明：适当地限制复合算子的搜索宽度，能够保证演化算法弱收敛到全局最优解．     

On well-posedness of an initial value problem for nonlinear second-order impulsive integro-differential equations of Volterra type in Banach spaces

In this paper, we develop an existence and uniqueness theorem of the solution to an initial value problems for a class of second-order impulsive integro-differential equations of Volterra type in a real Banach space by using the generalized Banach fixed point theorem. An explicit iterative scheme for the solution and an error estimate of the approximation sequence for the initial value problem are also derived. Two examples are presented to demonstrate the application of our results.     

程序重用的自动程序设计方法

在基因表达程序设计（GEP）基础上，从自动程序设计方法学的观点出发，对程序重用的程序表示方法进行了研究．①提出了一种新的基因结构：头＋身＋尾，使计算机自动设计的程序具有必要的复杂性，又便于引入学习机制；②提出了一种新的同源基因结构，它不仅可实现子程序的调用，还具有很强的编程能力；③提出了异族同源基因的概念：一种多细胞结构，它能描述复杂的多层次程序结构，实现可重用程序的复杂调用；④提出了分布估计变异方法，将统计学习机制融入算法，既提高了算法的收敛速度，又提高了解的质量．计算实例表明了这种新的自动程序设计方法的可行性和实用性．     

Isotonicity of the Metric Projection by Lorentz Cone and Variational Inequalities

In this paper, we first discuss the geometric properties of the Lorentz cone and the extended Lorentz cone. The self-duality and orthogonality of the Lorentz cone are obtained in Hilbert spaces. These properties are fundamental for the isotonicity of the metric projection with respect to the order, induced by the Lorentz cone. According to the Lorentz cone, the quasi-sublattice and the extended Lorentz cone are defined. We also obtain the representation of the metric projection onto cones in Hilbert quasi-lattices. As an application, solutions of the classic variational inequality problem and the complementarity problem are found by the Picard iteration corresponding to the composition of the isotone metric projection onto the defining closed and convex set and the difference in the identity mapping and the defining mapping. Our results generalize and improve various recent results obtained by many others.     

热动力学格子Boltzmann模型

提出了一类热动力学格子Boltzmann模型,其分布函数中含有内能项与高阶速度项。以三个HPP模型为基础,建立了一个三迭加HPP格子Boltzmann模型,并给出其局部平衡分布函数。设计了热动力学现象模拟中的外力处理方法和温度边界条件处理方法,用该模型成功地模拟了Benard热对流现象。     

Characterization of the glycosyltransferase activity of desVII: analysis of and implications for the biosynthesis of macrolide antibiotics

In vitro catalytic activity of DesVII, the glycosyltransferase involved in the biosynthesis of methymycin, neomethymycin, narbomycin, and pikromycin in Streptomyces venezuelae, is described. This is the first report of demonstrated in vitro activity of a glycosyltransferase involved in the biosynthesis of macrolide antibiotics. DesVII is unique among glycosyltransferases in that it requires an additional protein component, DesVIII, as well as basic pH for its full activity.
