Using D-proline (D-Pro) as the reducing agent and capper, D-Pro@AuNCs was rapidly constructed. Its fluorescence could be quenched by AuNPs. Due to the electrostatic interaction between anticancer drug Raltitrexed (RTX) and AuNPs induced fluorescence "turn-on" principle, the resultant fluorescent probe exhibited good selectivity and sensitivity for detecting RTX in rat serums.  相似文献

Zn2SiO4 single-doped and co-doped with Mn2+ ions and Pb2+ ions has been prepared by a sol–gel process. The luminescent properties of the samples have been investigated. From the excitation and emission spectral analysis, it was found that the emission peaks vary with the change of the excitation wavelength. An enhanced luminescent characteristic of Mn2+ ions (in blue and green spectral zones) has been observed, due to the energy transfer from the Pb2+ ion to the Mn2+ ion. The emission peaks originate from the d–d transitions of the Mn2+ ion. However, the relative intensities of the peaks show a dependence on the concentration of the Pb2+ ion. MRI measurements of water diffusion and blood perfusion are increasingly used for the evaluation of organ functionality and tissue viability (e.g., in tumors). While diffusion-weighted imaging is performed without contrast agents, measurement of blood perfusion is normally performed based on the administration of paramagnetic substances such as gadolinium diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (Gd-DTPA). Simultaneous measurements of these two parameters are often preferred. However, it may be argued that Gd-DTPA causes constriction of small blood vessels or alters hemodynamic parameters such as blood viscosity, thereby corrupting subsequent measurements of the apparent diffusion constant (ADC). The objective of the current study was to investigate the possible changes in the ADC in tumors following intravenous administration of 0.2 and 0.4 mmol/kg of Gd-DTPA in mice. The study was conducted with C3H mouse mammary carcinomas inoculated in the right foot of the animal subjects. The results were compared with findings in a sham group, demonstrating that Gd-DTPA had no significant impact on the ADC as measured in a 7-T animal system.  相似文献

A high-throughput experimental methodology was developed for photocatalysis reaction. In this work, a CCD imaging analysis system and photocatalytic reactor for UV light was designed and tested. By making use of the technologies, we have screened several catalyst libraries. From the SiO2-supported single component catalyst library, we found that TiO2, ZrO2, Nb2O5, and WO3 were good candidates for highly active catalyst formulation. We designed and screened several triangle catalyst libraries and found that the WO3- and Nb2O5-codoped TiO2 catalyst showed much higher photodegradation activities for the degradation of 1,6-hexamethylenediamine than did the pure TiO2 catalyst. The doping of ZrO2 into TiO2 did not generate apparent positive effects on catalytic activity.  相似文献

We present results from an analysis of B(0)B(0)--> rho(+)rho(-) using 232 x 10(6) Gamma (4S) --> BB decays collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy B factory at SLAC. We measure the longitudinal polarization fraction f(L) = 0.978 +/- 0.014(stat) + 0.021 / -0.029(syst) and the CP-violating parameters S(L)= -0.33 +/- 0.24(stat) + 0.08 / -0.14(syst) and C(L)= -0.03 +/- 0.18(stat) +/- 0.09(syst). Using an isospin analysis of B --> rhorho decays, we determine the unitarity triangle parameter alpha. The solution compatible with the standard model is alpha = (100 +/- 13) degrees.  相似文献

We report the first measurement of the branching fraction f(00) for Gamma(4S) --> B(0)B(0). The data sample consists of 81.7 fb(-1) collected at the Gamma(4S) resonance with the BABAR detector at the SLAC PEP-II asymmetric-energy e(+)e(-) storage ring. Using partial reconstruction of the decay B(0) --> D(*+) l(-)nu(l) in which only the charged lepton and the soft pion from the decay D(*+) --> D(0)pi(+) are reconstructed, we obtain f(00) = 0.487 +/- 0.010(stat) +/- 0.008(syst). Our result does not depend on the branching fractions of B(0) --> D(*+)l(-)nu(l) and D(*+) --> D(0)pi(+) decays, on the ratio of the charged and neutral B meson lifetimes, nor on the assumption of isospin symmetry.  相似文献

We present a search for the decay B(-)--> tau(-)nu(tau) in a sample of 88.9 x 10(6) BB pairs recorded with the BABAR detector at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center B factory. One of the two B mesons from the Gamma(4S) is reconstructed in a hadronic or a semileptonic final state, and the decay products of the other B in the event are analyzed for consistency with a B(-) --> tau(-)nu(tau) decay. We find no evidence of a signal and set an upper limit on the branching fraction of B(B(-) --> tau(-) nu(tau)) < 4.2 x 10(-4) at the 90% confidence level.  相似文献

A search for the nonconservation of lepton flavor number in the decay tau(+/-) --> mu(+/-) has been performed using 2.07 x 10(8) e(+ )e(-) tau(+) tau(-) events produced at a center-of-mass energy near 10.58 GeV with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II storage ring. We find no evidence for a signal and set an upper limit on the branching ratio of Beta(tau(+/-) --> mu(+/-) gamma) < 6.8 x 10(-8) at 90% confidence level.  相似文献

We search for the decay B0-->rho(0)rho(0) in a data sample of about 227x10(6) Upsilon(4S)-->BB decays collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy e(+)e(-) collider at SLAC. We find no significant signal and set an upper limit of 1.1x10(-6) at 90% C.L. on the branching fraction. As a result, the uncertainty due to penguin contributions on the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa unitarity angle alpha measured in B-->rhorho decays is decreased to 11 degrees at 68% C.L.  相似文献

We observe N:(N-1)(N>/=2) frequency-locking phenomena of propagating wave fronts when increasing the light intensity in a spatially extended system. The experiments were carried out using the light-sensitive form of the Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction with Ru(bpy)(2+)3 as a catalyst. By constructing a mapping function, the characteristic devil's staircase can be reproduced when plotting wave period versus light intensity, in agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献
