Fifteen organometallic Ir(III) half‐sandwich complexes ( 1A – 5C ) having the general formula [(η5‐Cpx)Ir(N^N)Cl]PF6 (Cpx = Cp*, tetramethyl(phenyl)cyclopentadienyl (Cpxph) or tetramethyl(biphenyl)cyclopentadienyl (Cpxbiph); N^N = diamine) have been synthesized and characterized. The molecular structure of 1A was determined using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. The hydrolysis of 1A – 5C was monitored using UV–visible spectra. Complexes 3A – 3C showed catalytic activity for the oxidation of NADH to NAD+, where 3C showed the highest turnover number of 29.9 within 450 min. Cytotoxicity examination by MTT assay was carried out against two human cancer cell lines (HeLa and A549) after 24 or 48 h drug treatment. The complexes showed high potency, where the most potent complex ( 3C ; IC50 = 3.4 μM) was six times more active than cisplatin against A549 cells after 24 h drug exposure. Cytotoxic potency towards A549 cells increased with phenyl substitution on Cp ring: Cpxbiph > Cpxph > Cp*. In addition, the biological studies showed that 3C caused cell apoptosis and cell cycle arrest at G1 phase in A549 cancer cells. Moreover, 3C increased the level of reactive oxygen species markedly after 24 h, which may provide an important basis for killing cancer cells. Confocal laser scanning microscopy was used to track 3C in A549 cells. The cellular localization experiment showed that 3C targeted lysosomes and caused lysosomal damage.  相似文献

The enantioselective synthesis of molecules containing quaternary stereocenters is a field of intense research interest and development. Among the known organic transformations, carbopalladation‐initiated domino transformations constitutes a general method for the construction of compounds containing cyclic or spiro quaternary stereocenters. In this Minireview, recent achievements in palladium‐catalyzed domino Heck/C?H functionalizations and developments in enantioselective carbopalladation‐initiated domino processes are summarized.  相似文献

We have developed a versatile visible-light-driven cyanoalkylation of quinoxalinones under mild conditions. First, the cyanoalkyl radicals are generated from readily available cyclobutanone oxime esters under blue light irradiation. Then the generated radicals react with heterocycles such as quinoxalinones to give the final cyanoalkylation products. The protocol tolerates a wide range of functional groups. Our cyanoalkylation protocol does not need cyanide-based reagents and also does not need external oxidants.  相似文献

通过对葡萄糖和三氯蔗糖的物理、化学性质的比较,采用高效液相色谱仪和蒸发光散射检测器进行标准溶液色谱峰面积的检测,并用G rubbs检验法对其数据进行异常值检验。结果表明,三氯蔗糖相对于葡萄糖较为稳定,选用三氯蔗糖作为蒸发光检测器校准用标准物质比较合适。  相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯和不同量的功能单体二十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚甲基丙烯酸酯(BEM)为原料,采用半连续乳液聚合方法合成了疏水改性碱溶性缔合型增稠剂乳液.测定了增稠剂乳液的粘度、透光率、乳胶粒粒径及其分布等性能,考察了不同固含量下乳液粘度和透光率随pH的变化情况.结果表明随着BEM用量的增加,乳胶粒粒径逐渐增大.随着pH值的增加,乳液的粘度首先迅速升高,然后缓慢下降.与不含BEM的增稠剂乳液相比,当乳液固含量大于0.5%,BEM含量占单体量低于5.0wt%时,该缔合型增稠剂的增稠效果和抗剪切性有显著提高,BEM含量较高(8.0wt%或更高)时反而使增稠效果和抗剪切性变差.在此基础上研究了增稠剂对苯丙乳液的增稠效应,结果显示BEM含量占单体量的2.5wt%时,对苯丙乳液的增稠作用最好.与使用功能单体三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚甲基丙烯酸酯改性的增稠剂相比,含BEM的增稠剂在BEM用量较少的情况下就能起到明显的增稠效果.  相似文献

The intensities of resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) of poly (vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) and of eosin Y (EY) are weak in solutions of pH 2.9 to 3.4. If reacted with each other, the intensities of RRS are largely enhanced and new RRS bands appear at 276 nm and 320 nm. The intensity at 276 nm is linearly related to the concentration of PVP in the range from 0.10 to 1.6 μg mL-1. The correlation coefficient is 0.9987, and the detection limit is 28.7 ng mL-1. The binding mode between PVP and EY was studied by RRS, and by absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. The optimum reaction conditions and some potential interferences were investigated. The method displays good selectivity and was applied to the determination of PVP in beer.  相似文献

Cobalt catalysts supported on a series of mesoporous SBA-15 materials isomorphically substituted with zirconium (Zr/Si atomic ratio = 1/20) with different pore sizes (5.7 nm, 7.8 nm, 11.6 nm, 17.6 nm) have been synthesized. The catalysts were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, 29Si solid state magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR, N2 adsorption-desorption measurements, X-ray powder diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, H2-temperature programmed reduction, H2-temperature programmed desorption and O2 titrations. The results indicated that larger pore size led to weaker interactions between cobalt and the supports which lowered the temperature of both reduction steps (Co3O4→CoO and CoO→Co0). The catalytic performances of the catalysts in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) were tested in a fixed bed reactor. It was found that the FTS catalytic activity and product selectivity depended strongly on the pore size of the catalysts. The catalyst with a pore size of 7.8 nm showed the best FTS activity, and the catalyst with a pore size of 17.6 nm showed the highest selectivity to C12–C20 and C20+ hydrocarbons.  相似文献
