Six tetraphenylporphyrins (TRPPH2) with different horizontal substituents R (R = H, CH3, OH, F, Cl, Br) were synthesized, and the organic light‐emitting diode (OLED) devices with a general configuration of ITO/TPD/Alq3:2%TRPPH2/Alq3/Al were prepared. The substituted TRPPH2 was used as the host dopant, 4,4‐bis‐(m‐tolyphenylamino)biphenyl (TPD) was used as a hole‐transporting material, and aluminum tris(8‐quinolinolato) (Alq3) was used as an electron‐transporting material. The electroluminescent (EL) properties of these devices were studied to understand the light emitting properties of the substituted TRPPH2. Previous studies have found that the color emitted by the devices was dependent on the TRPPH2 dye concentration. The electronic effect of the horizontal substituents R of TRPPH2 influenced the turn‐on voltage, brightness, and power efficiency of the devices. Also, the electroluminescence performance of the porphyrin‐doped OLED devices depended on the effectual overlaps between the emission of electron‐transporting material and the absorption of the dopants. This means that it is possible to evaluate the electroluminescence performance of the porphyrin‐doped OLED devices based on the emission of electron‐transporting material and the absorption of the dopants. Here we present X‐ray absorption measurements of a vacuum cleaved Fe0.5Cu0.5Cr2S4 single crystal. Measurements at different positions on the cleaved sample surface clearly reveal a difference between the valence state of the Fe ions in the sur‐ face layers and the valency of the Fe ions present in the bulk. High quality Pb-doped Bi2Sr2Cu06+δ (Pb-Bi2201) single crystals are grown by the traveling solvent floating zone technique, with dimensions as large as - 50 min× - 5.0 min ×- 2 mm. The Pb-Bi2201 single crystals with different doping levels are obtained by the annealing process which covers a wide doping range of the overdoped region. We describe in detail the growth and annealing procedures and the characterization and physical property measurements of the Pb-Bi2201 crystals. The availability of these crystals provides a good opportunity to experimentally investigate high-To cuprate superconductors, particularly in the overdoped region.  相似文献

<正>Black-coloured GaN nanoparticles with an average grain size of 50 nm have been obtained by annealing GaN nanoparticles under flowing nitrogen at 1200℃for 30 min.XRD measurement result indicates an increase in the lattice parameter of the GaN nanoparticles annealed at 1200℃,and HRTEM image shows that the increase cannot be ascribed to other ions in the interstitial positions.If the as-synthesised GaN nanoparticles at 950℃are regarded as standard,the thermal expansion changes nonlinearly with temperature and is anisotropic;the expansion below 1000℃is smaller than that above 1000℃.This study provides an experimental demonstration for selecting the proper annealing temperature of GaN.In addition,a large blueshift in optical bandgap of the annealed GaN nanoparticles at 1200℃is observed,which can be ascribed to the dominant transitions from the C(Γ7) with the peak energy at 3.532 eV.  相似文献

A 37-element solar adaptive optics (AO) system was built and installed at the 26-cm solar fine structure telescope of Yunnan Astronomical Observatory. The AO system is composed of a fine tracking loop with a tip/tilt mirror and a correlation tracker, a high-order correction loop with a 37-element deformable mirror, a correlating Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor based on the absolute difference algorithm, and a real time controller. The system was completed on Sep. 28, 2009 and was used to obtain AO-corrected high-resolution solar images. The contrast and resolution of the images are clearly improved after wavefront correction by AO. To the best of out knowledge, this system is the first solar AO system in China.  相似文献

<正>Phase mismatching for third-harmonic generation(THG) in barium metaborate(BBO) crystal is investigated in detail.Upon using BBO crystal in the TypeⅠ(oo→e) scheme,in the two independent planes (principal section of the crystal and the plane normal to principal section),when the input second-harmonic beam deviates from the expected direction,phase mismatching occurs and the angle deviation produces different effects on the conversion efficiency.We numerically simulate these two cases of phase mismatching and identify the relation between the conversion efficiency and the deviation angle in the air.The computational results indicate that the phase matching tolerance in the principal section is 0.2°(in the air),while the phase matching tolerance in the plane normal to principal section is 4.5°(in the air).After conducting a lab experiment,the results agree perfectly with the computational results,indicating that the deviation angle in the principal section has a greater effect on the conversion efficiency.  相似文献

A detailed design of a picosecond laser oscillator is made by using optical resonance theory and semiconductor saturable absorber mirror continuous wave mode-locked technology. Mode parameters in the optical resonance including beam sizes on the laser crystal and mode locker are calculated. By theoretical calculations, 3.7 W output power is obtained at a pump power of 11 W and the optical to optical efficiency is 34% in the designed model of picosecond laser. Based on the detailed design, an experiment is proceeded and a picosecond laser oscillator of about 3.5 W output power with 10.6 W pump power is fabricated. The optical to optical efficiency of the laser is 33%, the pulse duration is about 20 ps, and the repetition rate is about 80.3 MHz. The oscillator presents long-term stability in the experiment.  相似文献

Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4 MNPs) with much improved peroxidase-like activity were successfully prepared through an advanced reverse co-precipitation method under the assistance of ultrasound irradiation. The characterizations with XRD, BET and SEM indicated that the ultrasound irradiation in the preparation induced the production of Fe3O4 MNPs possessing smaller particle sizes (16.5 nm), greater BET surface area (82.5 m2 g?1) and much higher dispersibility in water. The particle sizes, BET surface area, chemical composition and then catalytic property of the Fe3O4 MNPs could be tailored by adjusting the initial concentration of ammonia water and the molar ratio of Fe2+/Fe3+ during the preparation process. The H2O2-activating ability of Fe3O4 MNPs was evaluated by using Rhodamine B (RhB) as a model compound of organic pollutants to be degraded. At pH 5.4 and temperature 40 °C, the sonochemically synthesized Fe3O4 MNPs were observed to be able to activate H2O2 and remove ca. 90% of RhB (0.02 mmol L?1) in 60 min with a apparent rate constant of 0.034 min?1 for the RhB degradation, being 12.6 folds of that (0.0027 min?1) over the Fe3O4 MNPs prepared via a conventional reverse co-precipitation method. The mechanisms of the peroxidase-like catalysis with Fe3O4 MNPs were discussed to develop more efficient novel catalysts.  相似文献

By using the closed-orbit theory including the effect of Coulomb scattering together with an electrical image potential approach, the recurrence spectra and the dynamical behaviours of the Rydberg hydrogen atom near a metal surface are presented. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation reveal that the impacts of the image potential contributing to the recurrence spectrum are qualitatively analogous to that of the parallel electrical and magnetic fields on the Rydberg atom. The recurrence spectra are computed for a few selected scaled energies and the results demonstrate that the scaled energy dominates the dynamical properties of system. With the increase of the scaled energy e from small to large, the whole trend of spectral structure is from simple to complex,and then simple.  相似文献
