HL-1装置上观测到大量放电破裂现象,其中一类出现在电流坪段的小破裂现象,在文献上讨论很少,其产生时的安全因子是2.5≤q_a≤4.5,密度为1×10~(13)cm~(-3)≤n<3×10~(13)cm~(-3)或n≥4×10~(13)cm~(-3), 在环压及软X射线上观测到几百毫秒的驰豫振荡。本文详细分析了这类现象的性质及特征,并讨论了其产生的原因。 相似文献

The kinetics of cleavage reactions of seven resin-bound thiophenol esters with three amines has been studied by single-bead FTIR. The reactivity of these seven thiophenol esters was dependent on their structures and could be summarized as follows: 5-benzimidazolecarboxylic thiophenol ester > alkyl thiophenol ester > aromatic thiophenol ester. The reactivity of three amines was summarized as follows: n-butylamine > 3,4-dimethoxyphenethylamine > 1-piperonylpiperazine. The rate of the cleavage reaction increased 2-fold per 10 degrees C rise in reaction temperature. Oxidation of the thiophenol linker increased the rate of the cleavage reaction by 580-fold. 相似文献

The phase transitions in Pd40Ni10Cu30P20 bulk metallic glass (BMG) have been studied under high pressure and high temperature (HP & HT) by X-ray diffaction measurements
with synchrotron radiation source. We found that the BMG underwent a phase transitions of amorphous-crystalline-amorphous
at 10 GPa upon heating. The parallel experiments were carried out at 7 GPa, while we did not observe the amorphous-crystalline-amorphous
transitions by increasing temperature. Quenching the melted BMG at 7 GPa, it was found that the phase crystallized from the
melt differed from the primary phase crystallized from the starting amorphous solid upon heating suggesting there existed

Human homolog double minute 2 (hdm2), an oncoprotein, which binds to tumor suppressor p53 to facilitate its degradation, has been known to contribute to tumorigenesis. Its splicing variants are reported to be highly expressed in many cancers and can be induced by ultraviolet B light (UVB). However, the mechanisms of how UVB radiation induces hdm2 alternative splicing still remain unclear. In this study, we investigated the roles of two common splicing factors, heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNP) A1 and serine/arginine‐rich splicing factor 1 (SRSF1), in regulating UVB‐induced hdm2 splicing. Our study indicated that while the expression of both hnRNP A1 and SRSF1 are induced, only hnRNP A1 is involved in hdm2 alternative splicing upon UVB irradiation. Overexpression of hnRNP A1 resulted in decrease of full‐length hdm2 (hdm2‐FL) and increase of hdm2B, one of hdm2 alternate‐splicing forms; while down‐regulated hnRNP A1 expression led to the decrease of the hdm2‐FL and hdm2B in HaCaT cells. Protein‐mRNA binding assay confirmed that UVB irradiation could increase the binding of hnRNP A1 to hdm2 pre‐mRNA. In conclusion, we elucidated that UVB induces alternative splicing of hdm2 by increasing the expression and the binding of hnRNP A1 to hdm2 full‐length mRNA. 相似文献

In the life cycle of hepatitis C virus (HCV), NS3/NS4A protease has been proved to play a vital role in the replication of the HCV virus. Narlaprevir and its derivatives, the inhibitors of NS3/NS4A, would be potentially developed as important anti-HCV drugs in the future. In this study, quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) analyses for 190 narlaprevir derivatives were conducted using comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA), comparative molecular indices analysis (CoMSIA) and hologram quantitative structure-activity relationship (HQSAR) techniques. Both of the best CoMFA and HQSAR models showed statistical significance for the training set and good predictive accuracy for the test set, which strongly manifested the robustness of the CoMFA and HQSAR models. The CoMFA contour maps and the HQSAR contribution maps were both presented. Furthermore, based on the essential factors for ligand binding derived from the QSAR models, sixteen new derivatives were designed and some of them showed higher inhibitory activities confirmed by our models and molecular docking studies. General speaking, this study provides useful suggestions for the design of potential anti-HCV drugs. 相似文献

The microstructure and solute distribution of Pd40Ni40P20 alloy solidified both on board a Chinese retrievable satellite (μg) and on the earth (1g) were studied. It was found that the dendritic primary phase formed under microgravity condition was finer and shorter. In the central area of the sample some asteroidal patterns of the primary phase were present in the microstructure. The primary spacing of the dendrites at the cooling rate of 0. 056 K/s was smaller than that measured in the ground-based experiments at the same cooling rate, but almost the same as that cooled at 0.67 K/s on the ground. With these experimental results, mass transport coefficients both in space and on the earth were evaluated. 相似文献
