对102名足月正常妊娠第一胎的产妇妊娠晚期羊水中6种微量元素(锌、铜、锰、铁、钙、镁)首次进行了测定,并通过对出生新生儿生长发育的监测探讨其与胎儿生长发育的关系。妊娠晚期羊水中6种微量元素含量(±S/×10-5)分别为:Zn2.29±1.77,Cu0.14±0.14,Mn0.13±0.23,Fe3.69±2.70,Ca82.54±74.18,Mg18.71±11.09.男女新生儿其母羊水中微量元素含量比较无显著差异,P≥0.05.与文献报道中期妊娠羊水中所含微量元素比较有增加趋势.6种微量元素相互关系中.与锌、钙呈正相关外,锌与铜、锰、铁、镁呈负相关.低体重组与低身长组新生儿孕母羊水中锌含量明显低于高体重组和高身长组,有显著差异,P≤0.01.铁在高身长组含量增高,与低身长组比较有显著差异,P≤0.05.锰于低体重组含量升高,与高体重组比较有显著差异,P≤0.01.镁与铜于低身长组含量升高,与高身长组比较有显著差异,P分别≤0.05与0.01.可见高铜、高锰、高镁可致胎儿生长发育迟缓.  相似文献

We present a more general expression for the relationship of potential dependence, which implies that a change in the interfacial drop across the interface has little effect on the free energy of the reaction, but mainly affects the surface concentration of reactant in each phase. Abundant experimental results from several well-known groups are analyzed in great detail to confirm our conclusion. At the same time, we define a new parameter named Frumkin correction factor to describe this relationship of potential dependence, which expresses the thermodynamic effect of double diffuse layers within both phases in contrast with the so often suggested kinetic electron-transfer (ET) coefficient; we also find that it depends on two intimately related aspects: the charges of reactive species and the ratio of the diffuse layer potential to the total potential within each phase, so it is quite arbitrary to ignore the diffuse layer effect in the aqueous phase just because of its relatively small values. In addition, a fascinating question on the inverted region at liquid/liquid interfaces has been successfully interpreted by an opposite surface concentration effect, which was often considered as a kinetic Marcus inverse by most groups.  相似文献

An edge emitting laser with two symmetrical near-circular spots located far field (FF) is demonstrated using tapered double-sided Bragg reflection waveguides (BRWs). The BRWs consist of six pairs of top p-type and bottom n-type A10.Ga0.9 As/A10.3 Ga0.7As Bragg reflectors with a period thickness of 850 nm. The device has a 4° tapered angle configuration and exhibits two stable circular beams with a separation angle of 52°. Typical FF angles of 5.87° and 7.8° in the lateral and vertical directions, respectively, are achieved. The lateral FF angle in the ridged section is independent of the injection current (〉0.8 A) beeause of narrow ridge (-10 μm) confinement. By contrast, the FF angle in the tapered section shows an increase rate of 1.2 1.66°/A. The periodic modulation of the lasing wavelength is observed to be sensitive to self-heating effects.  相似文献

B(npy)Ar2 (npy=2‐(naphthalen‐1‐yl)pyridine) compounds bearing various nonbulky aryl groups undergo a clean and sequential two‐step photoisomerization in which two aryl substituents on boron migrate to a carbon atom of the naphthyl moiety. The second isomerization step is the first example of a reversible photoisoermization between a borepin and a borirane. Both steric and electronic factors have been found to have a great impact on this photoreactivity. Furthermore, the borirane isomer reacts with oxygen, forming a rare oxaborepin dimer.  相似文献

A novel capacitor with high dielectric constant (ε) has been developed by blending poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) with polyamide (PA11). The blends show high dielectric constants (εblend = 40), which give better frequency stability (1 MHz), and excellent mechanical properties. Based on certain volume fractions, the measured dielectric constants (ε blend ) were found to exceed those of the corresponding polymers, in contrasted to conventional composites, where εpolymerA < εcomposite < εpolymerB. SEM investigations suggest that the enhanced dielectric behavior originates from significant interfacial polymer‐polymer interactions. DSC and XRD demonstrate that blending PA11 with PVDF affects the crystalline behavior of each component. However, the PA11/PVDF blends exhibit a slightly high dielectric loss (tanδ ≈ 0.17), which is a great disadvantage to a capacitor. Adding a copolymer of styrene and maleic anhydride decreased the dielectric loss (tanδ ≈ 0.057) and increased the dielectric constant (εblend = 60). Our findings suggest that the high‐ε polymeric blends created represent a novel type of material that is flexible and easy to process, of relatively high dielectric constant, of high breakdown strength and, moreover, is suited to applications in flexible electronics.

A series of pH‐triggered charge‐reversal polyurethane copolymers (PS‐PUs) containing methoxyl‐poly(ethylene glycol) (mPEG), carboxylic acid groups, and piperazine groups is presented in this work. The obtained PS‐PUs copolymers can form into stable micelles at pH 7.4, which response to a narrow pH change (5.5–7.5) and show a tunable pH‐triggered charge‐reversal property. Doxorubicin (DOX) is encapsulated into the PS‐PU micelles as a model drug. The drug release of DOX‐loaded PS‐PU micelles shows an obviously stepped‐up with reducing the pH. Meanwhile, it is found that the charge‐reversal property can improve the cellular uptake behavior and intracellular drug release in both HeLa cells and MCF‐7 cells. Additionally, the time‐dependent cytotoxicity of the DOX‐loaded PS‐PU micelles is confirmed by MTT assay. Attributed to the tunable charge‐reversal property through changing the molar ratio of piperazine/carboxyl, the PS‐PU micelles will be a potential candidate as an intelligent drug delivery system in future studies.

Rectangular stainless steel samples with TiN film deposited on the front lateral surface were loaded in three-point bending to the maximum normal strain of 6%. Scanning electron microscopy showed that vertical cracks appeared in the tension zone when the tensile strain exceeded 1.5%, while horizontal cracks appeared in the compression zone when the compressive strain exceeded –2.9%. Film cracks in the compressive zone originate from the tensile stress imposed by the plastically deformed substrate due to the Poisson’s expansion. Taking plastic deformation and Poisson’s expansion of the substrate in compression into account, theoretical analysis of normal stress distribution along the cracked film segment in compression is presented. Substrate strain and film elastic properties affect film cracking in the compressive zone. At larger compressive strain, some transverse cracks along with buckling cause the film spallation. The presented method is useful for studying brittle film fracture with variable strain levels in a single sample.  相似文献
