The radiation force of highly focused Bessel–Gaussian beams (BGBs) on a dielectric sphere in the Rayleigh scattering regime is theoretically investigated. Numerical results demonstrate that the focused BGBs can be used to trap and manipulate the particles with the refractive index lower than that of the ambient. The radiation force caused by the low-order focused BGBs has been studied under different input parameters and different focus lengths of thin lens. The stability conditions of trapping the particles are also analyzed.  相似文献

Based on the tensor method, an analytical formula for hollow Gaussian beams (HGBs) generated by a triangular prism has been derived, and the propagation properties have been studied. It is shown that hollow elliptical Gaussian beams (HEGBs) can be obtained in the near field after the prism, and that the eccentricity of the output beam is affected by parameters such as the incidence angle, refractive index of the prism and the order of the HGB. It shows that by using a triangular prism one can conveniently obtain HEGBs.  相似文献

Fabricating nitrogen-doped carbon layers over the conductive substrate is a cost-effective and efficient approach to develop practical oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalyst. In the current work, relying on the commercially available carbon nanotube (CNT), nitrogen-doped carbon layers over CNT is constructed by annealing the in situ formed complex over the CNT surface derived from iron ion inducing diaminonaphthalene (DAN) polymerization and DAN self-polymerization. Physical and electrochemical characterizations are carefully conducted to comparatively analyze the structure and activity relationship. The significance of iron in constructing nitrogen-doped carbon layers and tuning active sites of N types over multiwall carbon nanotube for ORR is demonstrated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Raman scattering spectrum. The excellent performance of nitrogen-doped carbon layers over CNT (catalyzed by iron) towards ORR is displayed by rotating ring-disk electrode. Specifically, the onset potential, half-wave potential, and limiting current density are 0.961 V, 0.831 V, and 5.20 mA cm?2 respectively, very close to the state-of-the-art commercial Pt/C catalyst. Both high surface area and efficient N active sites should be considered in the nitrogen-doped carbon materials design and fabrication for ORR. Considering the large-scale availability, it has significant value in fuel cells commercial applications.  相似文献

An automated system using on-line solid-phase extraction (SPE) high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with ultraviolet (UV) detection was developed for the determination of tetracyclines (TCs), such as tetracycline (TC), oxytetracycline (OTC), chlortetracycline (CTC), metacycline (MC), and doxycycline (DC) in honey. One milliliter diluted honey sample was injected into a conditioned C18 SPE column and the matrix was washed out with water for 3 min. By rotation of the switching valve, TCs were eluted and transferred to the analytical column by the chromatographic mobile phase. Chromatographic conditions were optimized. TCs were separated in less than 8 min with a gradient elution using a mixture of 0.8% formic acid and acetonitrile. The UV detection was performed at 365 nm. The conditions for on-line SPE, including solvent and total time for loading sample and washing matrix were also optimized. Time for extraction and separation decreased greatly. For the five kinds of TCs, the limits of detection (LODs) at a signal-to-noise of 3 ranged from 5 to 12 ng g−1. The relative standard deviations (R.S.D.) for the determination of TCs ranged from 3.4 to 7.1% within a day and ranged from 3.2 to 8.9% in 3 days, respectively.  相似文献

Developing cost-effective and sustainable acidic water oxidation catalysts requires significant advances in material design and in-depth mechanism understanding for proton exchange membrane water electrolysis. Herein, we developed a single atom regulatory strategy to construct Co−Co dinuclear active sites (DASs) catalysts that atomically dispersed zirconium doped Co9S8/Co3O4 heterostructure. The X-ray absorption fine structure elucidated the incorporation of Zr greatly facilitated the generation of Co−Co DASs layer with stretching of cobalt oxygen bond and S−Co−O heterogeneous grain boundaries interfaces, engineering attractive activity of significantly reduced overpotential of 75 mV at 10 mA cm−2, a breakthrough of 500 mA cm−2 high current density, and water splitting stability of 500 hours in acid, making it one of the best-performing acid-stable OER non-noble metal materials. The optimized catalyst with interatomic Co−Co distance (ca. 2.80 Å) followed oxo-oxo coupling mechanism that involved obvious oxygen bridges on dinuclear Co sites (1,090 cm−1), confirmed by in situ SR-FTIR, XAFS and theoretical simulations. Furthermore, a major breakthrough of 120,000 mA g−1 high mass current density using the first reported noble metal-free cobalt anode catalyst of Co−Co DASs/ZCC in PEM-WE at 2.14 V was recorded.  相似文献

研究表明, MgO能够活化吸附在其表面的 CO2分子,促进 HCO3–的生成,而在 H原子存在的条件下, HCO3–为 CO2光催化还原为碳氢化合物和 CO的活性中间体. CO2为对称的直线型分子,在化学反应中表现出极高的稳定性,成为阻碍人工光合作用发展的重要因素.在设计新型光催化剂时,复合 MgO可能会有效提高催化剂的活性.绿色植物的叶片结构或茎中存在大量尺寸不一的多孔结构,以利于植物生命活动(包括光合作用和呼吸作用)过程中气体的有效扩散和水分、营养物质的运输. TiO2因其良好的化学稳定性、无毒且成本低廉,在人工光合成领域得到广泛的研究.因此,本文以空心菜杆为模板, TiO2为主体催化剂,应用溶胶-凝胶法,通过调节 MgO的含量合成了一系列仿生多孔结构的 MgO-TiO2复合物.
  样品的 X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱和高分辨透射镜表征结果证明,生物模板空心菜杆在550oC下煅烧5 h之后可被完全移除,且 MgNO3分解为 MgO,生成 TiO2-MgO复合物.从扫描电镜中可观察到,以空心菜杆为模板合成的 MgO-TiO2,模板的空心管状结构得以保持,在长度和宽度上有一定程度的皱缩.横截面和纵截面图说明样品很好地复制了空心菜杆的导管和筛管组成的多孔结构.同时N2吸附-脱附结果表明,样品中存在3–5 nm的介孔结构.同时我们发现,由于 MgO的加入,0.05% MgO-TiO2复合物的比表面积比 TiO2减少了18%,之后随着 MgO含量的增加, MgO-TiO2复合物的比表面积呈下降趋势.标准状况下,测试了样品对 CO2的吸附量.结果表明,随 MgO含量的升高,吸附量先增加后减小,且 MgO-TiO2复合物的吸附量为 TiO2的1.3–1.8倍.结合样品比表面积及原位红外光谱测试结果,说明样品的 CO2吸附量受 MgO的含量与样品的比表面积双重因素的影响. CO2吸附包括物理吸附和化学吸附,而且对于同种样品,吸附量与样品比表面积正相关.当 MgO-TiO2复合物的比表面积随着 MgO含量的增加而减小时, CO2吸附量却先增加后减小,表明 MgO的加入极大地促进了 CO2的化学吸附.以 MgO-TiO2复合物作为光催化剂将 CO2和 H2O还原为 CH4. CH4的总产量随着光照时间的增加而增加,10 h后的总产量随着 MgO含量的升高先增加后减少,与样品的 CO2吸附量的变化趋势相似但不完全相同.与 TiO2(6.5μmol/g)相比, MgO-TiO2复合物样品催化作用下的 CH4的最终产量均增大,活性最好的0.2% MgO-TiO2(18.7μmol/g)的产量达到了它的2.88倍,说明 MgO对 CO2具有活化作用,且活化后的 CO2更容易生成 CH4.综合结果表明, CO2在催化剂表面的吸附量、电子的表面迁移、反应活性位点等因素共同决定了催化剂的光催化活性.  相似文献

Thiol-functionalized Fe3O4/SiO2 microspheres (Fe3O4/SiO2-SH) with high saturation magnetization (69.3 emu g–1), superparamagnetism, and good dispersibility have been prepared by an ethylene glycol reduction method in combination with a modified Stöber method. The as-prepared composite magnetic spheres are characterized with fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), zeta potential, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and superconducting quantum interference magnetometer, and tested in separation of Au(III) ions from aqueous solutions. The data for Au(III) adsorption on Fe3O4/SiO2-SH are analyzed with the Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin, and Dubinin–Radushkevich isotherm models, and the pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second-order, and intraparticle diffusion kinetics models. The adsorption behaviors of Au(III) on Fe3O4/SiO2-SH follow the Langmuir isotherm model, and the adsorption process conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model. The maximum adsorption capacity of Au(III) on Fe3O4/SiO2-SH is 43.7 mg g–1. Acetate anions play an important role yet Cu(II) ions have little interference in the adsorption of Au(III) on the adsorbent. A satisfactory recovery percentage of 89.5% is acquired by using an eluent with 1 M thiourea and 5% HCl, although thiols have a high affinity to Au(III) ions based on the hard-soft acid-base (HSAB) theory by Pearson.  相似文献

This study was to isolate antibacterial compounds from Gleditsia sinensis Lam. spines through bioassay-guided fractionation (against a Gram-positive bacterium Xanthomonas vesicatoria and a Gram-negative bacterium Bacillus subtilis). The crude ethanol extract of G. sinensis spines was partitioned sequentially with solvents of increasing polarity. The ethyl acetate fraction, which exhibited the most significant antibacterial activities among all the solvent fractions, was further separated by column chromatograph, yielding seven phenolic compounds including ethyl gallate (1) and caffeic acid (7), and five flavonoids, dihydrokaempferol (2), eriodictyol (3), quercetin (4), 3,3',5',5,7-pentahydroflavanone (5) and (-)-epicatechin (6). Compounds 4, 5 and 7 showed moderate inhibitory activities against both bacterial species, with compound 7 having the lowest minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 0.125 mg mL(-1), while compounds 1 and 2 showed a weak inhibitory activity only against B. subtilis (MIC 1.00 mg mL(-1)), and compounds 3 and 6 showed insignificant activity against the two bacteria.  相似文献
