通过粒子模拟(PIC)软件模拟计算了在ps级别下二极与三极结构碳纳米管场致发射的电流密度与电子注聚焦性能。阳极电压在2 kV时,二极结构下电流密度达到1.85 A/cm2;三极结构下,栅压700 V时发射电流密度达到2.3 A/cm2,且在一定的三极结构参数与电极电压下,可以获得较好的电子注聚束效果。通过碳纳米管二极管发射实验,获得了6.6 A/cm2的发射电流密度,总发射电流达到52.1 mA,可以为太赫兹器件提供连续发射的电子注。  相似文献

Guanosine-5′-monophosphate (GMP) was investigated the electrochemical behaviors based on solid-phase extractionon (SPE) at Cu-Mg-Al hydrotalcite-like compound (HTLC) modified glass carbon electrode. Cu-Mg-Al hydrotalcite-like compound (HTLC) was proved as a new sorbent for SPE of GMP, which showed an irreversible adsorption oxidation process on the HTLC/GCE with the oxidation peak potential located at 1.15 V (vs. SCE) in a pH 5.0 acetate buffer solution. Influencing factors of the electrochemical behavior of GMP on the HLTC/GCE were optimized and kinetic parameters were calculated. Under the optimal conditions, with differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), a linear relationship was obtained between the oxidation peak current and the GMP concentration in the range from 1.0 × 10− 6 to 8.0 × 10−4 mol L−1 with the detection limit as 5.0 × 10−7 mol L−1 (signal-to-noise ratio of 3). The modified electrode surface has very good reproducibility and stability.  相似文献

考察了蒙脱土(MT)质量分数(w)、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)/MT质量比(R)、电解质(NaCl、MgCl2和AlCl3)、pH值和温度对MT或CMC/MT悬浮体系流变性能和触变性的影响。 结果表明,随w增加,纯MT悬浮体系的流体类型由近牛顿流体向塑型流体变化,触变类型则由无触变、正触变向复合触变性转变;而CMC/MT悬浮体系仍保持MT体系的正触变塑型流体特征,但屈服值τ0和稠度指数K增加,滞后环面积S和电动电势|ζ|先增加后减小,表现出同步变化。 电解质和实验温度均不改变CMC/MT悬浮体系的正触变性塑型流体特征,但电解质使τ0和K增加,而温度增加使τ0和K减小。 随介质pH值的增加,CMC/MT体系由负触变性变为正触变性,|ζ|增大,S先增加后减小,且在pH=8.46时达到最大。  相似文献

Abstract

Novel bone-targeting prodrugs containing dendritic naproxen and poly(aspartic acid) oligopeptide were synthesized in a convergent approach and were characterized by NMR, mass spectral, and elemental analysis techniques. The modified naproxen prodrugs showed a high affinity to hydroxyapatite in vitro and provided an effective entry for the synthesis of a dendritic naproxen–poly(aspartic acid) oligopeptide conjugates used for bone targeting.  相似文献

A 3D flower‐like mesoporous Ni@C composite material has been synthesized by using a facile and economical one‐pot hydrothermal method. This unique 3D flower‐like Ni@C composite, which exhibited a high surface area (522.4 m2 g?1), consisted of highly dispersed Ni nanoparticles on mesoporous carbon flakes. The effect of calcination temperature on the electrochemical performance of the Ni@C composite was systematically investigated. The optimized material (Ni@C 700) displayed high specific capacity (1306 F g?1 at 2 A g?1) and excellent cycling performance (96.7 % retention after 5000 cycles). Furthermore, an asymmetric supercapacitor (ASC) that contained Ni@C 700 as cathode and mesoporous carbon (MC) as anode demonstrated high energy density (60.4 W h kg?1 at a power density of 750 W kg?1).  相似文献

A novel electrochemical DNA biosensor based on methylene blue (MB) and chitosan-modified carbon paste electrode (CCPE) for short DNA sequences and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplified real samples related to the hepatitis B virus (HBV) hybridization detection is presented. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) was used to investigate the surface coverage and hybridization event. The decrease in the peak current of MB, an electroactive label, was observed upon hybridization of probe with the target. Numerous factors affecting the target hybridization and indicator binding reaction are optimized to maximize the sensitivity.  相似文献

Five PEO-PPP rod-coil diblock polymers were synthesized and characterized using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOFMS). By using a series of alkali chlorides as cation salts, relative cation affinities were studied. Different cation affinities and shifts in molecular weight distributions were found as a result of changing the cation type and size. Also, a study of lithium cationization resulted in determination of a recommended quantity of lithium to be used.  相似文献

Based on electrostatic interaction and electrodeposition, poly‐anionic deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), room temperature ionic liquid 1‐butyl‐3‐methyl‐imidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BMIMBF4), hemoglobin (Hb) and Poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) were successfully assembled into Hb/IL/DNA/PDDA layer‐by‐layer complex films on the surface of ITO electrode. FTIR spectroscopy, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) were used to characterize the composite film. The obtained results demonstrated that the Hb molecule in the film kept its native structure and showed its good electrochemical behavior. A pair of well‐defined redox peaks of Hb with the formal potentials (E°′) of ?0.180 V (vs. SCE) was appeared in phosphate buffer solution (PBS, pH 7.0). The Hb/IL/DNA/PDDA/ITO modified electrode also showed an excellent electrocatalytic behavior to the reduction of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Therefore, the IL/DNA/PDDA complex film as a novel matrix open up a possibility for further study on the direct electrochemistry of other proteins and the fabrication of the third‐generation electrochemical biosensors.  相似文献

通过生物3D打印将聚L-丙交酯-己内酯PLCL(摩尔比:LLA/CL=90/10)和聚对二氧环己酮PPDO共混物制备成平均孔径约为500μm,孔隙率为60%的骨修复支架,并进行了15 w的降解实验。通过DSC测试分析材料和支架的热力学性能;通过SEM照片分析骨修复支架。结果表明:PPDO的加入明显缩短了PLCL/PPDO复合支架的降解时间;当支架中PPDO的含量超过10%时,PLCL和PPDO的相容性越差,支架表面的粗糙程度越高,且支架内部相分离越明显。  相似文献
