We continue our endeavor to investigate lepton number violating(LNV) processes at low energies in the framework of effective field theory(EFT).In this work we study the LNV tau decays τ~+→l~-P_i~+P_j~+,where l=e,μand P_(i,j)~+denote the lowest-lying charged pseudoscalars π~+,K~+.We analyze the dominant contributions in a series of EFTs from high to low energy scales,namely the standard model EFT(SMEFT),the low-energy EFT(LEFT),and the chiral perturbation theory(χPT).The decay branching ratios are expressed in terms of the Wilson coefficients of dimension-five and-seven operators in SMEFT and the hadronic low-energy constants.These Wilson coefficients involve the first and second generations of quarks and all generations of leptons;thus,they cannot be explored in low-energy processes such as nuclear neutrinoless double beta decay or LNV kaon decays.Unfortunately,the current experimental upper bounds on the branching ratios are too weak to set useful constraints on these coefficients.Alternatively,if we assume the new physics scale is larger than 1 TeV,the branching ratios are well below the current experimental bounds.We also estimate the hadronic uncertainties incurred in applying χPT to τ decays by computing one-loop chiral logarithms and attempt to improve the convergence of chiral perturbation by employing dispersion relations in the short-distance part of the decay amplitudes. 相似文献

通过传输型超表面透镜与电路模拟雷达波吸收器的集成设计,提出了一种兼具透射波前变换与带外雷达散射截面减缩特性的微波复合材料设计方法。透镜采用亚波长分布的周期性单元,由梯度相位补偿对透射波进行调节,进而获得平面波前与球面波前之间的互易变换。并且,使用透镜在波前变换频带以外低频端的反射特征,结合单个有耗层设计,构造了电路模拟吸波器。选用一副缝隙耦合馈电的微带贴片天线单元作为初级馈源天线,观察到复合材料的波前变换特性可在宽频带范围内产生主瓣增益增强效果。与透镜相比,电路模拟吸波器的引入使得复合材料针对TE与TM极化分别可在130.68%与155.11%的频率范围内获得雷达散射截面减缩效果。通过全波模拟和实验测量,验证了辐射增益增强与雷达散射截面减缩效果,表明了复合材料吸聚一体设计的有效性。 相似文献

In this paper, we derive the Lindblad and Redfield forms of the master equation based on the Born–Markov master equation with and without the secular approximation for open multi-level quantum systems. The coefficients of the equations are re-evaluated according to the scheme in[(2019), Phys. Rev. A 99, 022118]. They are complex numbers rather than the real numbers obtained from traditional simplified methods. The dynamics of two models(one is an open threelevel quantum system model, and the other is the model of phycoerythrin 545(PE545) in a photosynthesis system) are studied. It is shown that the secular approximation and the simplified real coefficients may cause a small distortion of the dynamics in some environments, but a large distortion of the dynamics in others. These effects are discussed and characterized by studying the dynamics of nontrivial instances of multi-level systems in the presence of dissipation. 相似文献

Various Higgs factories are proposed to study the Higgs boson precisely and systematically in a model- independent way. In this study, the Particle Flow Network and ParticleNet techniques are used to classify the Higgs decays into multicategories, and the ultimate goal is to realize an "end-to-end" analysis. A Monte Carlo simulation study is performed to demonstrate the feasibility, and the performance looks rather promising. This result could be the basis of a "one-stop" analysis to measure all the branching fractions of the Higgs decays simultaneously. 相似文献

We study the class of rectilinear polygons, calledX – Y polygons, with horizontal and vertical edges, which are frequently used as building blocks for very large-scale integrated (VLSI) circuit layout and wiring. In the paper we introduce the notion of convexity within the class ofX – Y polygons and present efficient algorithms for computing theX – Y convex hulls of anX – Y polygon and of a set ofX – Y polygons under various conditions. Unlike convex hulls in the Euclidean plane, theX – Y convex hull of a set ofX – Y polygons may not exist. The eigen-oscillation mode of the Nd:YAP cw laser has been analysed. The influence of thermal effects arising from the pumping process on the output character of the 1.3414 μm Nd:YAP cw laser has been discussed. The crack problem of the reflective film at a 1.34 μm dielectric mirror has been solved. Based on the aforementioned work, we have been able to achieve an 82.8 W laser output at 1.3414 μm with a nearly polarized beam from a 5.8 mm diameter by 111 mm Nd:YAP rod. The overall efficiency and the slope efficiency are 1.15% and 2.02% respectively, and the fluctuation of the output power at 62 W is less than 1% during continuous operation for 45 min. 相似文献

通过热极化可以使中心对称的熔石英光纤中产生二阶非线性效应和线性电光效应。为了解各热极化过程参量对热极化产生的线性电光效应的影响,利用全保偏光纤马赫一曾德尔干涉仪构造了一套光纤热极化的实时线性电光效应测试系统,并利用其进行了光纤热极化全过程的监控测试。在线测试了热极化过程的一些参量,例如极化电压、极化时间、以及极化温度等对热极化光纤中产生的线性电光效应的影响。实时测试研究表明,在光纤中施加尽可能高的极化电场将可能在光纤中产生较高的线性电光效应。对侧边抛磨光纤结构的热极化器件,考虑到器件的抗强电场击穿能力,可选用3.o~4.0kV左右的极化直流电压。当施加3.0kV左右的极化电压时,热极化优化时间约为16min,最佳热极化加热温度约为190℃。 相似文献
