Under various amplitude of AC magnetic fields domain wall motion is the main mechanism in the magnetization process. This includes domain wall bulging and domain wall displacing. In this paper complex permeability-frequency spectra of (Fe1−xCox)73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 (x=0,0.5) nanocrystalline alloys were measured as a function of the AC magnetic field, ranging from 0.001 to 0.04 Oe. Obvious changes have been found in complex permeability spectra for alloy x=0 with the change of the amplitude of AC magnetic field, but variation of AC magnetic field has little effect on complex permeability spectra for alloy x=0.5. This is attributed to the increased pinning field after substitution of Fe with Co in Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 nanaocrystalline alloy. 相似文献

变压器两侧常建有高大的防火墙,其从声学角度可视为刚性反射壁面,会改变变压器的辐射声场,进而影响变压器声功率测量结果。本文利用有限元、边界元等数值计算方法建立了变压器声辐射的仿真模型用以分析反射壁面对变压器声功率测量结果的影响,并通过实际测量验证了仿真计算所得结论。结果表明,反射壁面对变压器声功率测量结果的影响程度随反射壁面到变压器箱体距离增加而减弱,且当反射壁面距变压器箱体5 m以上时,其对变压器声功率基频及各谐波成份测量结果的影响均在2 dB以内。另外反射壁面对变压器噪声高频成份声功率测量结果的影响较大,而对100 Hz、200 Hz等低频成份测量结果影响较小,基本低于3 dB。 相似文献

A series of new, 2‐substituted 3‐aryl‐8,9,10,11‐tetrahydro‐5‐methyl[1]benzothieno[3′,2′ : 5,6]pyrido[4,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐ones, compounds 5a – q , were designed and synthesized via the aza‐Wittig reaction as the key step. The iminophosphorane 1 reacted with phenyl isocyanate (or 4‐chlorophenyl isocyanate) to the carbodiimide 4 , which was cyclized to 5 upon addition of different amines, EtOH, or phenols in the presence of a catalytic amount of EtONa or K2CO3 (Schemes 1 and 2). Current–voltage characteristics of HgCdTe photodiodes in the forward bias region have been modeled considering mechanisms including drift-diffusion current, recombination current, metal-semiconductor contact and constant series resistance. Moreover, a fitting method based on the genetic algorithm has been developed to obtain values of related physical parameters from the measured dynamic resistance–voltage curves. Fitting results of $n^+$ -on- $p$ planar devices with different cutoff wavelengths are presented to illustrate the model and method, which are available and promising in acquiring device parameter values and evaluating the electrode contact quality. 相似文献

A new type of dendritic 2-amino-2'-hydroxy-1,1'-binaphthyl (NOBIN)-derived Schiff-base ligands have been synthesized and applied to the titanium-catalyzed hetero-Diels-Alder reaction of Danishefsky's diene with aldehydes. These reactions afforded the corresponding 2-substituted 2,3-dihydro-4H-pyran-4-ones in quantitative yields and with excellent enantioselectivities (up to 97.2 % ee). The disposition of the dendritic wedges and the dendron size in the ligands were found to have significant impact on the enantioselectivity of the reaction. The recovered dendritic catalyst could be reused without further addition of the Ti source or a carboxylic acid additive for at least three cycles, retaining similar activity and enantioselectivity. The high stability of this type of assembled dendritic titanium catalyst may be attributed to the stabilization effect of large-sized dendron units in the catalyst molecule. The other important phenomenon observed with this catalyst system is that a higher degree of asymmetric amplification has been achieved by attachment of the dendron unit to the chiral ligand, which represents a new advantage of dendrimer catalysts for asymmetric reactions using chiral ligands of lower optical purity. 相似文献

采用聚氨酯泡沫为模板,依次修饰羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、Fe~(3+),在惰性气氛中高温热处理反应,制备多孔结构的磁性吸油材料.用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、红外吸收光谱、X-射线衍射、接触角等技术对材料进行表征.详细考察了加热反应温度、CMC浓度和Fe~(3+)浓度对材料吸油性能和磁性的影响规律.实验表明,当加热反应温度选择230°C,CMC浓度为0.3 wt%,FeCl_3浓度为0.1 mol/L时,材料吸油性能最佳,对正己烷、二甲苯、环己烷、甲苯、乙酸乙酯、氯仿、机油、原油等有机溶剂和油类分子的吸附容量为10倍左右.磁性多孔材料具有明显的亲油、疏水特性,水的接触角达115.9°,同时材料密度只有0.036g/cm~3,能够漂浮于水面,实现对水面有机溶剂的快速吸附.吸附后的材料在外界磁场控制下,能够通过磁分离方式从水面快速分离.该材料具有良好的循环利用性能,可重复使用20次以上,吸油性能仍然保持良好. 相似文献

Alkaloid profiles in Stemona tuberosa were found to be highly variable. Six Stemona alkaloids isolated from the plant were subjected to on-line high-performance liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC/ESI-MS) and tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) analyses. Their fragmentation patterns and products were useful for their characterization. The LC/MS fingerprints of these alkaloids, though variable among samples, could provide an overall characterization of the authenticity and quality of this species and help to differentiate it from S. japonica and S. sessilifolia, as all three species are recognized as genuine sources of the herb Radix Stemonae in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. 相似文献
