The paper presents the results of the investigation of the front contact manufactured using silver pastes (based on experimentally prepared silver powder) on monocrystalline silicon solar cells in order to reduce contact resistance. Various deposition and fabrication techniques were applied to improve the electrical properties of contacts. The aim of the paper was to apply an unconventional method (selective laser sintering) to improve the quality of forming contacts of silicon solar cells. The topography of both the melted/sintered contact and textured silicon was investigated using atomic force microscopy. Resistance of front electrodes was measured using the Transmission Line Model (TLM). Both surface topography and cross section of front contacts were researched using the scanning electron microscopy.  相似文献

Anodic porous alumina layers were fabricated by a two-step self-organized anodization in 0.3 M oxalic acid under various anodizing potentials ranging from 30 to 60 V at two different temperatures (10 and 17 °C). The effect of anodizing conditions on structural features and pore arrangement of AAO was investigated in detail by using the dedicated executable publication combined with ImageJ software. With increasing anodizing potential, a linear increase of the average pore diameter, interpore distance, wall thickness and barrier layer thickness, as well as a decrease of the pore density, were observed. In addition, the higher pore diameter and porosity values were obtained for samples anodized at the elevated temperature, independently of the anodizing potential. A degree of pore order was investigated on the basis of Delaunay triangulations (defect maps) and calculation of pair distribution or angle distribution functions (PDF or ADF), respectively. All methods confirmed that in order to obtain nanoporous alumina with the best, hexagonal pore arrangement, the potential of 40 V should be applied during anodization. It was confirmed that the dedicated executable publication can be used to a fast and complex analysis of nanopore arrangement and structural features of nanoporous oxide layers.  相似文献

C?? nanorods with hexagonal cross sections are grown using a static liquid-liquid interfacial precipitation method in a system of C??/m-dichlorobenzene solution and ethanol. Adding water to the ethanol phase leads instead to C?? tubes where both length and diameter of the C?? tubes can be controlled by the water content in the ethanol. Based on our observations we find that the diameter of the rods/tubes strongly depends on the nucleation step. We propose a liquid-liquid interface growth model of C?? rods and tubes based on the diffusion rate of the good C?? containing solvent into the poor solvent as well as on the size of the crystal seeds formed at the interface between the two solvents. The grown rods and tubes exhibit a hexagonal solvate crystal structure with m-dichlorobenzene solvent molecules incorporated into the crystal structure, independent of the water content. An annealing step at 200 °C at a pressure < 1 kPa transforms the grown structures into a solvent-free face centered cubic structure. Both the hexagonal and the face centered cubic structures are very stable and neither morphology nor structure shows any signs of degradation after three months of storage.  相似文献

On the basis of conventional scaling theory, the two-point scaling theory was modified in order to describe the influence of composition on the partial molar heat capacity and volume during the micellization process. To verify the theory, isobaric heat capacities and densities of aqueous sodium octanoate solutions were measured over wide composition and temperature ranges and the modified approach was used to analyze the calculated partial molar heat capacities and volumes of the surfactant in water. The results obtained indicate that the micellization process is subject to the scaling laws. The results were compared with those for other systems. Peculiar behavior of the critical indices was observed and correlated with the structure of the micelles.  相似文献

We consider nonlinear elliptic Dirichlet problems with a singular term, a concave (i.e., (p − 1)-sublinear) term and a Carathéodory perturbation. We study the cases where the Carathéodory perturbation is (p − 1)-linear and (p − 1)-superlinear near +∞. Using variational techniques based on the critical point theory together with truncation arguments and the method of upper and lower solutions, we show that if the L -coefficient of the concave term is small enough, the problem has at least two nontrivial smooth solutions.  相似文献

In this article, subspaces of radial distributions of Besov-Lizorkin-Triebel type are investigated. We give sufficient and necessary conditions for the compactness of the Sobolev-type embeddings. It is also proved that smoothness of the radial function implies decay of the function at infinity. This extends the classical Strauss lemma. One of the basic engineering problem occurring during the numerical analysis is to define the function of yield stress of material in the real conditions of a technological process. These properties are necessary to calculate the deformation and the state of stress and strain in the surface layer of an object. An inappropriate selection of the mechanical properties of the material is the reason of the occurrence of errors in numerical calculations of a continuous object, considered as a boundary and initial problem. Scientific investigations are being conducted with the aim to develop a database concerning yield stresses for different metals, depends on complex conditions of thermo-dynamical loads, e.g. temperature, the equivalent of the strain and the strain rate. The article presents a method of the determination of this dependence while using an experimental and numerical analysis. During the model investigations on the INSTRON testing machine, the force of elongation of the sample is measured and then calculations are made of the displacement of nodes of finite elements, plotted on outside surface of sample. The process is considered as a multi nonlinear problem. For this reason, an incremental method of motion and deformation of solid in an updated Lagrange formulation is used. We consider random sets with values in a separable Banach space. We study set-valued amarts, L1-amarts, uniform amarts and submartingales. For all these classes of random sets, we prove convergence theorems in all main modes of set convergence (weak, Wijsman, Mosco, and Hausdorff).
