In this study, an extraction and preconcentration technique using solid-phase extraction (SPE) along with hollow fiber (HF) has been developed as an ultra-preconcentration technique for some triazole pesticides in aqueous samples. Triazole pesticides were employed as model compounds to assess the method and were monitored by gas chromatography-flame ionization detection (GC-FID). Initially, an aqueous solution of target analytes was passed through an RP-8 SPE cartridge and then the adsorbed analytes were eluted with μL amounts of toluene. The collected elute was slowly introduced into an HF that had one end blocked. This allowed precipitation inside the lumen and pores of the HF. Finally, the obtained HF was mounted on a home-made solid-phase microextraction syringe and entered into the GC injection port for thermal desorption-GC analysis. The effect of various experimental parameters including injection port temperature, desorption time, state of HF, washing solvent, elution solvent and its volume, sample volume, etc. were investigated for finding the optimum conditions. The calibration graphs were linear in the ranges of 2-1000 ng/mL (penconazole and hexaconazole), 5-1000 ng/mL (tebuconazole), 15-1000 ng/mL (triticonazole) and the detection limits (LODs) ranged from 0.6 to 4.5 ng/mL. The enhancement factors were in the range of 870-950. The relative standard deviations (RSD%) for five repeated experiments (C=250 ng/mL of each pesticide) varied from 4.5 to 8.7%. The relative recoveries obtained for analytes in grape juice samples, spiked with different levels of each pesticide, were in the range of 87-119%.  相似文献

The phase behaviour of the system water?Ctri-n-butylmethylammonium chloride (TBMAC)?CCO2 was investigated by pressure-controlled differential scanning calorimetry in the range 0?C10?mol% TBMAC in water and at CO2 pressures ranging from 0 to 1.5?MPa. In the absence of CO2, an incongruent melting hydrate, which estimated composition corresponds to TBMAC·30H2O, crystallizes at temperatures below ?13.6?°C and forms with ice a peritectic phase at approximately 3.9?mol% TBMAC. In the presence of CO2 at pressures as low as 0.5?MPa, curves evidenced the presence of an additional phase exhibiting congruent melting at temperatures that are strongly pressure dependent and significantly higher than those of hydrates obtained without CO2. This new phase, whose enthalpy of dissociation and CO2 content increase slightly with CO2 pressure, was identified as a mixed semi-clathrate hydrate of TBMAC and CO2 of general formula: (TBMAC?+?xCO2)·30H2O.  相似文献

The production of metal concentrates during mineral processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals involves a variety of highly corrosive chemicals which deteriorate common mild steel as the material of choice in the construction of such lines, through rapid propagation of localized pitting in susceptible parts, often in sensitive areas. This requires unscheduled maintenance and plant shut down. In order to test the corrosion resistance of different available materials as replacement materials, polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) tests were carried out. The EIS numerical outputs were then transformed into an equivalent electric circuit using Z-View software, and the predictive behavior was contrasted with actual performance after long-term immersion, depicted through SEM, EDS, XRD and weight change observations. Also, results of pits and cracks, obtained with climax software-enhanced polarization resistance, and reduced capacitance added to much diminished current densities, verified the acceptable performance of CK45 compared with high priced stainless steel substitutes with comparable operational life. Therefore, CK45 can be a suitable alternative in steel constructions which are exposed to super-alkaline and corrosive environments.  相似文献

Facile synthesis of N‐(methyl and phenyl)‐Δ4‐isoxazolines via the reaction of (Z)‐N‐(methyl and phenyl)‐C‐arylnitrones with dimethyl acethylenedicarboxylate, DMAD, in ionic liquid is described. (Z)‐N‐methyl‐C‐arylnitrones afforded the high yield of N‐methyl‐Δ4‐isoxazolines 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e in ionic liquid, [bmim]BF4, at room temperature. However, the reaction of (Z)‐N‐phenyl‐C‐arylnitrones with DMAD afforded the mixtures of cis and trans isomers of related N‐phenyl‐Δ4‐isoxazolines ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j ) under these conditions. An approach for the highly stereoselective synthesis of analogs of the macrolactone of isomigrastatin is described. Our optimized strategy is based on a very efficient lactone opening, a Wittig olefination reaction and a ring closing metathesis. Phys. 60 (2010), 122–133], we defined the transverse bundle VkVk to a decreasing family of kk foliations FiFi on a manifold MM. The synthesis and crystal structure of a novel hydrate of lithium cyclohexaphosphate are reported. Li6P6O18·10H2O crystallizes in the space group C2/c with a = 15.113(5), b = 12.006(2), c = 15.892(2) Å, = 122.85(2)°, and Z = 4. The structure consists of P6O18 ring layers stacked along the c direction in between which are located the lithiumions and water molecules. Two LiO4 tetrahedra share common edges with LiO5 pseudosquare pyramids to form two independant Li3O9 units. About 50% of the water molecules have fractional occupancy rates and form fragments of molecules. A linear relationship is established between the relative cell volume V/Z and the hydration degree, n, for all the known hydrates: Li6P6O18·nH2O.  相似文献

The rapidly growing, competitive biopharmaceutical market requires tight bioprocess monitoring. An integrated, automated platform for the routine online/at-line monitoring of key factors in the cell culture medium could greatly improve process monitoring. Mono- and disaccharides, as the main energy and carbon source, are one of these key factors. A CE-LIF method was developed for the analysis of several mono- and disaccharides, considering requirements and restrictions for analysis in an integrated, automated monitoring platform, such as the possibility for miniaturization to microchip electrophoresis. Analysis was performed after fluorescent derivatization with 8-aminopyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonic acid. The derivatisation reaction and the separation BGE were optimized using design of experiments. The developed method is applicable to the complex matrix of cell culture medium and proved transferable to microchip electrophoresis.  相似文献

A wide adiabatic study is performed for NaRb molecule, involving 151Σ+ electronic states including the ionic state Na?Rb+, as well as 143Σ+, 1–91,3Π, and 1–51,3Δ states. This investigation is performed using an ab initio approach which involves the effective core potential, the core polarization potential with l‐dependent cut‐off functions. The NaRb system has been treated as a two‐electron system and the full valence configuration interaction is easily achieved. The spectroscopic constants Re, De, Te, ωe, ωexe, Be, and D0 for all these states are derived. We have also computed the vibrational levels as well their spacing for different values of J. In addition, permanent and transition dipole moments are determined and analyzed. The Dunham coefficients have been used to perform experimental spacing to compare directly with our results. The present calculations on NaRb extend previous theoretical works to numerous electronic excited states in the various symmetries. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献
