This paper describes an electrochemiluminescent (ECL) based method for chiral recognition and detection of both glutamate (Glu) enantiomers. The luminophore luminol (Lum) was used as both the reductant and stabilizer of Ag nanoparticles (AgNP-Lum) which were combined with carbon quantum dots (C-dots) and placed on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) along with the enzyme glutamate oxidase (GluOx). The use of these materials is found to result in strong amplification of ECL. The nanomaterials used were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). The stepwise fabrication of the electrode was verified by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Under optimized conditions and by applying a typical potential of 0.6 V, the ECL increases linearly in the 5.0 μM to 5.0 mM Glu concentration range, with a 1.6 μM lower detection limit and satisfactory selectivity. Lithium-ion batteries with both high power and high energy density are one of the promising power sources for electric devices, especially for electric vehicles (EV) and other portable electric devices. One of the challenges is to improve the safety and electrochemical performance of lithium ion batteries anode materials. Li4Ti5O12 has been accepted as a novel anode material of power lithium ion battery instead of carbon because it can release lithium ions repeatedly for recharging and quickly for high current. However, Li4Ti5O12 has an insulating character due to the electronic structure characterized by empty Ti 3d-states, and this might result in the insufficient applications of LTO at high current discharge rate before any materials modifications. This review focuses first on the present status of Li4Ti5O12 including the synthesized method, doping, surface modification, application and theoretical calculation, then on its near future development. 相似文献

A novel imidazolium‐embedded iodoacetamide‐functionalized silica‐based stationary phase has been prepared by surface radical chain‐transfer polymerization. The stationary phase was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, thermogravimetric analysis, and element analysis. Fast and efficient separations of polar analytes, such as nucleosides and nucleic acid bases, water‐soluble vitamins and saponins, were well achieved in hydrophilic interaction chromatography mode. Additionally, a mixed mode of hydrophilic interaction and reversed‐phase could be also obtained in the analysis of polar and nonpolar compounds, including weak acidic phenols, basic anilines and positional isomers, with high resolution and molecular‐planarity selectivity, outperforming the commercially available amino column. Moreover, simultaneous separation of polar and nonpolar compounds was also achieved. In conclusion, the multimodal retention capabilities of the imidazolium‐embedded iodoacetamide‐functionalized silica‐based column could offer a wide range of retention behavior and flexible selectivity toward hydrophilic and hydrophobic compounds. 相似文献

用水蒸气沉淀法制备了SiO2 偏氟乙烯 六氟丙烯共聚物 [P(VDF HFP) ]复合微孔型聚合物电解质 ,并研究了纳米SiO2 的加入对微孔结构及复合微孔型聚合物电解质性能的影响 .SEM观察发现当纳米SiO2 的添加量大于 0 1倍聚合物质量时 ,可以在微孔中观察到纳米粒子的严重团聚现象 .电导率的测量表明添加 0 0 5倍聚合物质量的纳米SiO2 后 ,微孔型聚合物电解质的电导率有明显提高 ,但进一步增大添加量后 ,电导率有所下降 .另外 ,实验发现添加纳米SiO2 可以明显提高微孔型聚合物电解质与锂金属电极之间的界面稳定性 ,特别是添加量为 0 0 5倍聚合物质量时的效果良好 . 相似文献

研究了甲醇在温度301K、压力169.2~713.8MPa下的拉曼特征。其中νCH区伸缩振动随压力增大,拉曼位移向高频方向移动,说明C-H键键能在增大;而νOH区伸缩振动随压力增大,拉曼位移则向低频方向移动,表明氢键对O-H基团的影响大于压力效应。另外,O-H伸缩振动峰的相对面积随压力的增大而减小,说明对C-H键而言,O-H键总强度是减弱的。 相似文献
