Photochemistry of nonconjugated bichromophoric systems III. Synthesis and photoreaction of poly(ethylene glycol) biscoumarinyloxyacetates

A series of poly(ethylene glycol) biscoumarinyloxyacetatea have been synthesized and their intramolecular photochemical cyclodimerizations have been studied. It was found that only syn-HT configuration products were obtained when these bisesters were directly irradiated in chloroform, and the yields of the products decreased with the increase of the chain length. This photocyclization reaction is a convenient and effective method to synthesize macrocyclic compounds.     

Chemical Constituents from Cynoglossum gansuense

Two new alkaloids, i.e., (2,3‐dihydro‐1‐oxo‐1H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐a]pyrrol‐7‐yl)methyl (2S*,3S*)‐3‐[(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)oxy]‐2‐hydroxy‐2‐(1‐methylethyl)butanoate ( 1 ) and 1,2‐dihydro‐8‐methoxy‐2‐oxoquinoline‐4‐carboxylic acid ( 2 ), were isolated from the alcoholic extract of the whole plant of Cynoglossum gansuense, together with twelve known compounds Their structures were characterized by means of spectroscopic methods, especially by ¹H‐, ¹³C‐, and 2D‐NMR, as well as by HR‐MS experiments and comparison with literature data.

Phosphonium and arsonium ylides. XVII. A facile synthesis of methyl 2,6-bisperfluoroalkylbenzoates via acyclic precursors

The title compounds 6a—6f were prepared with high yield via intramolecular Wittig reaction of methyl 3-perfluoroalkyl-6-peifluoroacyl-2-triphenylphosphoranylidenchex-3,5-dienoates (5a—5i) which were obtained from the reaction of 3-perfluoroacylprop-2-enylidenetriphenylphosphoranes (3a—3c) with methyl perfluoroalkynoates (4a—4c).     

老年人彩度对比敏感度函数研究及滤波应用

为研究老年人彩色视觉频率响应特性，获取彩度对比敏感度与空间频率之间的函数关系，本文在LCH均匀颜色空间基础上，固定明度和色调角值，以彩度作为变量，设计人眼彩度对比敏感度实验，进行人眼视觉观察实验。获得彩度对比敏感度与空间频率的关系，并构建指数型对比敏感度函数模型。经分析表明老年人眼彩度对比敏感度随着空间频率的增加，产生先升高再缓慢降低的变化，各色调角下彩度对比度存在差异。经分析人眼对比敏感度差异与人眼视觉辨色特性有很大的相关性。并且，将构建的对比敏感度函数模型用于实现基于人眼视觉系统的滤波处理。

Study on the interaction between nucleic acids and cationic surfactants

The interactions of nucleic acids and cationic surfactants (cetylpyridine bromide (CPB) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB)) in aqueous solution have been studied using the techniques of resonance light scattering (RLS) spectroscopy, the absorption spectroscopy, zeta potential assay and NMR assignment measurement. It is considered that CPB or CTMAB can assemble on the surface of nucleic acid via electrostatic and hydrophobic forces, which results in the formation of large associate of nucleic acid-cationic surfactant and RLS enhancement of nucleic acid. Besides these forces, the pi-pi stacking force between CPB and nucleic acid also exists in the associate. In comparison with CTMAB, CPB has larger enhancement on RLS of nucleic acid, which is attributed to that the enhancement of the former is only due to the absorption of the bases of nucleic acid, while the enhancement of the latter is own to the synergetic resonance caused by the absorption of both bases of nucleic acid and the pyridyl in CPB. These results have important implication for understanding the influence of surfactants on nucleic acid functionality in life science.     

Study on the Phase Diagram of CsCl-CeCl3-HCl(11%)-H2O System and the Properties of the Compounds

The equilibrium solubility of CsCl-CeCl3-HCl(11%)-H2O qua-ternary system at 25℃ has been determined by the physicchemical analysis method ,and the phase diagram was plotted, Two new double salts 3CsCl.CeCl3.3H2O and CsCl.CeCl3.4H2O obtained from the complicated system were identified and characterized by XRD,TG-DTA ,DSC,UV and fluorescence spectroscopy, Studies on the fluorescence excitation and emission show that 3CsCl.CeCl3.3H2O and CsCl.CeCl3.4H2O have upconversion luminescence of infrared-visible range,and the upconversion emission intensity increases with the increase of ratio of CeCl3 in CsCl.     

A novel hyperbranched polyester acrylate used for microfabrications

A novel hyperbranched polyester acrylate (HPEA) was synthesized based upon ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid as a “core” molecule, 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid as an AB₂ monomer, and 2‐hydroxyethyl acrylate as an endcapping reagent. The obtained oligomer has an unsaturation concentration of 4.10 mmol_C?C g^?1 measured by nuclear magnetic resonance and a wide molecular weight distribution of 1.64 measured by gel permeation chromatography. The two‐photon absorption (TPA) photopolymerization of HPEA under the exposure of a Ti : sapphire femtosecond laser with a wavelength of 800 nm was investigated through laser exposure dose‐dependant spatial resolutions of its resins. The TPA photopolymerization thresholds at the range 1.6–4.3 × 10⁷ mJ cm^?2, and exposure dose windows at the range 3.4–4.3 for three formulations were determined. A spatial resolution of 0.85 μm was obtained through the TPA photopolymerization of the formulation containing 1 wt% photoinitiator and 0.3 wt% photoinhibitor. A diffraction grating and real three‐dimensional coupled gear wheel created by TPA photopolymerization were described to demonstrate the unique capability of HPEA in microfabrications.
