本文基于飞秒激光模间拍频法实现多波长相位式绝对距离测量, 通过改变光频梳重复频率合成波长扩大测距量程, 并采用监测臂和双快门切换系统补偿和消除由电路产生的相位差单向漂移和大幅抖动. 实验中以20倍重复频率的拍频进行测量, 在30 min内相位测量的标准偏差为0.022°; 与双频激光干涉仪比对1125 mm行程内位移测量结果, 测距精度优于50 μm; 实验验证了合成波长方法扩大量程方案的可行性, 获得的测距重复性优于3 μm, 该系统理论上可扩展量程至7.5 km.  相似文献

采用化学气相沉积方法在预制好电极的玻璃基底上制备出Sn掺杂ZnO薄膜和纯ZnO薄膜. 两种样品典型的形貌为四足状ZnO晶须, 其直径约为150-400 nm, 呈疏松状结构. 气敏测试结果显示Sn掺杂ZnO薄膜具有优良的室温气敏性, 并对乙醇具有良好的气敏选择性, 而纯ZnO薄膜在室温条件下对乙醇和丙酮均没有气敏响应. X射线衍射结果表明两种样品均为六方纤锌矿结构. Sn掺杂ZnO样品中没有出现Sn及其氧化物的衍射峰, 其衍射结果与纯ZnO样品对比, 衍射峰向小角度偏移. 光致发光结果表明, Sn掺杂ZnO薄膜与纯ZnO薄膜均出现紫外发光峰和缺陷发光峰, 但是Sn的掺杂使得ZnO的缺陷发光峰明显增强. 将Sn掺杂ZnO样品在空气中退火后, 其室温气敏性消失, 说明Sn掺杂ZnO样品的室温气敏性可能与其缺陷含量高有关. 采用自由电子散射模型解释了Sn掺杂ZnO薄膜的室温气敏机理.  相似文献

为了更精确地预言转动量子数J ≥ 100时双原子分子R支和Q支的振转跃迁谱线, 本文在考虑了转动能级展开式中高阶小项Hv的前提下重新推导出能更好地预言R支和Q支跃迁谱线的物理解析公式. 另一方面, 通过对差分收敛法计算过程的细致分析, 从物理误差的角度提出了一个在没有实验数据作为参照时仍然能有效收敛的重要物理判据. 应用这些新公式和新判据对TiF和CO分子R支振转跃迁谱线和TiF分子Q支振转跃迁谱线进行了研究. 结果表明: 包含高阶小项Hv的新公式的预言结果精度比原有不含Hv的公式的结果提高了一个数量级; 新判据的使用能更有效地减小预言谱线的可能误差, 提高预言结果精度. 最后通过与最小二乘法计算结果的对比, 进一步说明新公式和新判据在预言R支和Q支振转跃迁谱线数据方面的有效性和准确性.  相似文献

We study the properties of spin-orbit coupled and harmonically trapped quasi-two-dimensional Fermi gas with tunable s-wave interaction between the two spin species. We adapt an effective two-channel model which takes the excited states occupation in the strongly confined axial direction into consideration by introducing dressed molecules in the closed channel, and use a Bogoliubovde Gennes (BdG) formalism to go beyond local density approximation. We find that both the in-trap phase structure and density distribution can be significantly modified near a wide Feshbach resonance compared with the single-channel model without the dressed molecules. Our findings will be helpful for the experimental search for the topological superfluid phase in ultracold Fermi gases.  相似文献

A one-equation turbulence model which relies on the turbulent kinetic energy transport equation has been developed to predict the flow properties of the recirculating flows. The turbulent eddy-viscosity coefficient is computed from a recalibrated Bradshaw’s assumption that the constant a1 = 0.31 is recalibrated to a function based on a set of direct numerical simulation (DNS) data. The values of dissipation of turbulent kinetic energy consist of the near-wall part and isotropic part, and the isotropic part involves the von Karman length scale as the turbulent length scale. The performance of the new model is evaluated by the results from DNS for fully developed turbulence channel flow with a wide range of Reynolds numbers. However, the computed result of the recirculating flow at the separated bubble of NACA4412 demonstrates that an increase is needed on the turbulent dissipation, and this leads to an advanced tuning on the self-adjusted function. The improved model predicts better results in both the non-equilibrium and equilibrium flows, e.g. channel flows, backward-facing step flow and hump in a channel.  相似文献

A new method of fiber-optic based beam shaping is investigated both numerically and experimentally. A cylindrically symmetric method of lines (MoLs) is developed to simulate the device. The device is fabricated by fusion splicing a predetermined length of multimode fiber (MMF) to a single-mode fiber. The multimode interference (MMI) effects create ring-shaped field profiles at certain positions inside the MMF. The shaped beam can be used in medical applications requiring particular irradiation patterns.  相似文献

Some photonic crystals (PCs) consisting of complex lattices of dielectric cylinders can have an effective refraction index (neffneff) of −1. Subwavelength imaging by a slab of a honeycomb PC of dielectric cylinders with neff=−1neff=1 is investigated and an open resonator with a quality factor higher than 3000 is designed with the same PC. Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO), an immune checkpoint protein, can cause the depletion of tryptophan (Trp) and accumulation of its metabolite of kynurenine (Kyn) in cancer cells, and generates the immunosuppressive microenvironment that supports tumor cell growth. A novel immunoregulatory prodrug micelle based on polyethylene glycol-derivatized an IDO-selective inhibitor of 1-methyltryptophan (1-MT), PEG-Fmoc-1-MT, was developed for inhibiting the IDO activity of the conversion of Trp to Kyn in tumor microenvironments. To investigate the 1-MT distribution and Trp/Kyn ratios in mice tumors with PEG-Fmoc-1-MT prodrug micelles treatment, a HPLC–MS/MS method for simultaneous determination of 1-MT and IDO biomakers of Trp and Kyn in mouse tumors was developed and validated. Triple-quadrupole mass spectrometry with positive electrospray ionization as source ionization in multiple reaction monitoring at m/z 219.0?→?160.1, 205.0?→?118.2, 209.0?→?146.1 and 249.3?→?148.3 was used for determination of 1-MT, Trp, Kyn and matrine (internal standard). The method demonstrated good linearity at the concentrations ranging from 10 to 10,000 ng/mL and lower limits of quantitation of 1 ng/mL for 1-MT, Trp and Kyn, respectively. The validated method was successfully applied to 1-MT tumor biodistribution and Trp/Kyn ratio studies in 4T1 tumor bearing mice i.v. with PEG-Fmoc-1-MT prodrug micelles. The mice tumors with PEG-Fmoc-1-MT prodrug micelles treatment exhibited higher 1-MT accumulation and lower Trp/Kyn ratio, in comparison with those of mice with 1-MT solution treatment. The developed PEG-Fmoc-1-MT prodrug micelles could be a promising IDO immunoregulatory prodrug micelles for cancer immunotherapy.

Thermophoresis of charged spheroids has been widely applied in biology and medical science. In this work, we report an analysis of the anisotropic thermophoresis of diluted spheroidal colloids in aqueous media for extremely thin EDL cases. Under the boundary layer approximation, we formulate the thermophoretic velocity, the thermophoretic force, and the thermodiffusion coefficient of a randomly dispersed spheroid. The parametric studies show that under the aforementioned conditions, the thermophoresis is anisotropic and its thermodiffusion coefficient should be considered as a vector, D T. The thermodiffusion coefficient values and directions of D T are strongly related to the aspect ratio and the angle θ between the externally applied temperature gradient and the particle's axis of revolution: The increasing aspect ratio enlarges the thermodiffusion coefficient value DT of prolate (oblate) spheroids to a constant value when θ < 60° (θ > 45°), and it reduces DT of prolate (oblate) spheroids to a constant value when θ > 60° (θ < 45°). The thermodiffusion coefficient direction of both prolate and oblate spheroids deviates slightly from −∇T for a small aspect ratio, and such deviation becomes serious for a large aspect ratio.  相似文献
