This work investigated the effect of infusion of a self-made ultrasound contrast agent with long persistence (named ZHIFUXIAN) on rat right ventricular pressure and made a preliminary evaluation on the relative safety of the novel microbubbles. Normal saline, SonoVue and ZHIFUXIAN were injected through caudal vein at the total volume of 0.5 ml for each injection. The right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP) and end-diastolic pressure (RVEDP) were monitored and the changes of the pressure were compared with baseline readings. RVSP increased when saline, SonoVue or ZHIFUXIAN were injected, the greatest change being after SonoVue (about 2 mm Hg), but there was no statistical significance compared with baseline (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in RVSP between saline, SonoVue and ZHIFUXIAN at any time point. Also, there was no significant difference in RVEDP between groups at each time point and between different time points in each group. The results indicate that the self-made microbubbles effect on right ventricular hemodynamics is equivalent to that of normal saline at the same volume needed for effective enhanced imaging, demonstrating that it does not produce changes in right ventricular blood pressure under the study conditions. Characterizations of Tb:Zn2SiO4 films on silicon wafer prepared by sol-gel dip-coating and solid-phase reaction

Terbium-doped Zn_2SiO_4 films were successfully prepared on Si wafers by a simple sol-gel dip-coating and solid-phase reaction method of ZnO and SiO_2. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-Vis absorption results revealed that films processed below 850℃ were ZnO in wurzite structure, and films processed above 850℃ were Zn_2SiO_4 in wellimite structure. Photoluminescence measurements of the Tb-doped Zn_2SiO_4 films showed two strong emission bands at 490 and 545nm. The photoluminescence lifetime was 4.6ms. 相似文献

We examined the ac transport attribute of the multi-terminal structures in the absence and presence of magnetic field. We found that the ac response depends on the structural configurations and that the admittance varies with the features of the attached nanoribbons. In the vicinity of Dirac point the dc conductance manifests a dip or peak and the imaginary part (emittance) vanishes or not, depending on whether the attached ribbon is semiconductive or metallic. A universal selective image encryption algorithm, in which the spatiotemporal chaotic system is utilized, is proposed to encrypt gray-level images. In order to resolve the tradeoff between security and performance, the effectiveness of selective encryption is discussed based on simulation results. Under investigation in this paper is a sextic nonlinear Schrödinger equation, which describes the pulses propagating along an optical fiber. Based on the symbolic computation, Lax pair and infinitely-many conservation laws are derived. Via the modiied Hirota method, bilinear forms and multi-soliton solutions are obtained. Propagation and interactions of the solitons are illustrated graphically: Initial position and velocity of the soliton are related to the coefficient of the sixth-order dispersion, while the amplitude of the soliton is not affected by it. Head-on, overtaking and oscillating interactions between the two solitons are displayed. Through the asymptotic analysis, interaction between the two solitons is proved to be elastic.
