κ-卡拉胶热可逆凝胶化行为研究

用固体小角激光散射方法研究κ 卡拉胶 (KC)的热可逆凝胶化行为 .以散色斑点的突停点温度为体系的凝胶化点Tgel,考察了溶液中加入Na+ ,K+ ,NH+4,Ca2 + ,Cu2 + ,Zn2 + 等抗衡离子对Tgel的影响 .结果是随抗衡离子浓度增大Tgel上升 ;Tgel与Na+ 的浓度呈线性关系 ,与K+ ,NH+4,Ca2 + ,Cu2 + ,Zn2 + 等离子浓度的平方根成线性关系 ;另外 ,还得到 30℃时KC在KCl盐溶液中的溶胶 凝胶相图 ,并对比了KC在NaCl溶液中透析前后Tgel的变化 .     

锰—铈复合氧化物催化剂表面氧的性质

氧化锰催化剂广泛用于一氧化碳常温氧化及汽车尾气的净化等,CeO_2是氧化物催化剂的优良助剂。非贵金属催化剂中添加CeO_2能提高催化剂的氧化活性已有很多报道,但有关Ce对氧化锰结构及表面氧脱附性能影响的研究尚不多见。本文运用XRD、DTA和TPD-MS等手段对共沉淀法制得的Mn-Ce复合氧化物进行了物相结构和脱氧活性研究。     

钇与2-(4′-氯-2′-膦酰基一苯偶氮)-7-(2′,6′-二溴-4′-氯-一苯偶氮)-1,8-二羟基-3,6-萘二磺酸配位反应动力学研究和机理探讨

用停流分光光度法获得反应的经验速率方程为R=k[y(H_2O~n)~(3+)]·[H_6R]·[H~+]~(-1)。参考Eigen-Tamm机理和测得的动力学参数,拟出了反应的可能机理。     

Brnsted酸性离子液体催化醛(酮)与二元醇的缩合反应

研究了以Bro¨nsted酸性离子液体1-正丁基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸二氢盐(BMImH2PO4)为催化剂,在不使用其它有机溶剂且无需脱水的条件下,于室温下进行醛(酮)与二元醇的缩合反应,得到了由中至高的转化率和高选择性.产物1,3-二口恶戊烷可以和反应物自动分层,后处理操作简单.过量的醇与离子液体可以多次重复使用,且醛(酮)的转化率无明显降低.     

Indium-mediated Facile Synthesis of （6-Chloropyridine-3-yl）methyl Heterocyclic Thioether Derivatives in Aqueous Media

A series of substituted (6-chloropyridine-3-yl)methyl heterocyclic thioether derivatives were prepared by indium mediating in water. The preliminary biological tests showed that compound 3d exhibited good antiviral activity.     

Controlled/“Living “Radical Polymerization of(-)-Menthyl Methacrylate

The atom transfer radical polymerization(ARP)of (-)-menthyl methacrylatc((-)-MnMA) mediated by CuCl/bipyridine and ethy1 2-bromopropionate or 1-phenylethyl bromide in THF system has been studied.The dependence of the specific rotation on molecular weight and the CD of Poly((-)-MnMA) thus obatined was investigated.     

橡胶中简单剪切与纯剪切的关系

研究了简单剪切与纯剪切的关系，得出了：（１）简单剪切可看成纯剪切加转动，转动角θ有；（２）若简单剪切椭圆的长轴与坐标轴Ｘ的夹角为φ，相应的纯剪椭圆长袖与坐标轴ｙ的夹角为β０，则φ＝β０；（３）橡胶在双向拉伸时剪应变γ的一般表达式为，对简单剪切而言即为     

稀土冠醚配合物的研究ⅩⅩⅠ.单羟基冠醚与钙、稀土元素间的竞争配位及其钙配位化合物的晶体结构

研究了单羟基冠醚配位体6-羟基-2,3,9,10-二苯并-1,4,8,11,14-五氧杂环十六-2,9-二烯(L)对钙和镧系元素的竞争配位反应,发现该配位体在我们的实验条件下对钙的配位能力要明显大于对重稀土的配位能力;同时研究了标题大环配位体和钙的配位化合物的晶体结构,该配位化合物的分子结构式为[Ca(NO3)(H2O)L](NO3),Mr=528.47,晶体属单斜晶系,a=1.5285(6),b=0.9713(3),c=1.5134(7)nm,β=98.79(3)°,V=2.2205nm3,Dex=1.531g/cm3,Dc=1.527g/cm3,Z=4,空间群为P21/c.     

Stereoselective Synthesis of (+)-Avarol, (+)-Avarone, and Some Nonracemic Analogues

Synthesis of the rearranged drimane sesquiterpenoids (+)-avarol and (+)-avarone from Wieland-Miescher ketone is described. This synthetic sequence provides convenient access to the natural enantiomers and, based on comparison of the optical rotation of synthetic avarol dimethyl ether with literature data, affords material of significantly higher optical rotation than a natural source. Similar synthetic strategies have been used to obtain several related compounds, including a decalin bearing an exocyclic olefin and a highly substituted cyclohexane, that can be viewed as hybrids of the trans-fused avarol and cis-fused arenarol skeletons.     

Novel design of a pentacyclic scaffold as structural mimic of saframycin A

The design, synthesis and evaluation of a pentacyclic scaffold, CWO-324 to mimic saframycin A is described. CWO-324 is readily synthesized in five steps from 1,4-diacetyl-piperazine-2,5-dione and 2,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde. CWO-324 was found to scission DNA, binds to bases 69-83(5′-GCAGTCAGG CACCGT-3′) of Hind III/Rsa I from plasmid pBR322 DNA in a foot-printing study and possesses anti-tumor activity.
