Coriatone and corianlactone, two novel sesquiterpenes from Coriaria nepalensis

Both coriatone (1). a novel highly oxygenated picrotoxane-type sesquiterpene, and corianlactone (2). with an unprecedented sesquiterpene basic skeleton, named coriane, were isolated from Coriaria nepalensis Wall. The structures of 1 and 2 were determined by analysis of their two-dimensional NMR data, and the structure of 2 was confirmed by X-ray analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 showed no remarkable inhibitory activity toward K(562) cells. They are cytotoxic with IC(50) > 50 microg/mL (cis-platinim: IC(50) = 0.49 microg/mL).     

羧甲基纤维素系列高分子表面活性剂超声合成的研究

研究了在超声波作用下羧甲基纤维素的降解反应及ＣＭＣ与具有不同亲水亲油比值的活性大单体「烷基醇（酚）聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯及第三单体」的超声共聚反应。经萃取提纯的共聚产物用ＩＲ，＾１３Ｃ ＮＭＲ和ＵＶ等方法进行表证，证实通过超声反应制得了二元和三元共聚物。     

STUDIES ON THE MECHANISM OF VINYL PHOTOPOLYMERIZATION INITIATED BY CONDENSED AROMATIC HYDROCARBON-ANILINE SYSTEMS

Initiation mechanism of the photopolymerization of acrylonitrile and methyl methacrylate, usingbinary condensed aromatic hydrocarbon (CAH)-aniline systems as initiator, was studied. The strongerthe electron-donating ability of the aniline derivatives, the faster the the of photopolymerizationwill be. The radical intermediates produced by photoreaction between anthracene and anilinewere detected with ESR spectra. The initiation scheme involves the formation of exciplex betweenthe excited singlet state of CAH and the ground state of aniline as the first step, and then followedby proton transfer, leading to the generation of two kinds of radicals. From the end-group analysisof the polymers obtained, it is suggested that both kinds of radicals are involved in the initiation.     

RE（Ⅲ）—ADP,RE（Ⅲ）—AMP配合物的合成及物性研究

首次合成了具有生物活性的系列配合物RE(Ⅲ)-ADP(稀土-腺苷二磷酸)和RE(Ⅲ)-AMP(稀土-腺苷-磷酸)(RE=Y,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu),根据红外、紫外、荧光、X射线衍射、元素分析、络合滴定等分析结果,研究了[RE(Ⅲ)(ADP)(H_2O)_3]和[RE(Ⅲ)(AMP)_2(H_2O)_4]H两个系列配合物的化学组成和性质。     

流动注射化学发光抑制法测定维生素E

实验发现,H2SO4-KMnO4-甲醛在丙酮存在下发光信号大大增强,据此建立了H2SO4-KMnO4-甲醛-丙酮新体系。同时发现维生素E(VE)对H2SO4-KMnO4-甲醛-丙酮化学发光体系有强烈的抑制作用,建立了维生素E的流动注射化学发光抑制法的新体系。化学发光信号的降低值与VE的浓度在1.0×10-5~1.0×10-3mol/L的范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为3.0×10-6mol/L。对1.0×10-4mol/L的VE进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为1.5%。该法已用于VE片剂中VE的测定。     

含二苯甲烷结构四元共缩聚杂萘聚芳酰胺的合成与性能

采用自制二胺1,2-二氢-2-(4-氨基苯基)-4-[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)-苯基]-二氮杂萘-1-酮、商品二胺4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷和对苯二胺与对苯二甲酰氯进行低温溶液缩聚反应,改变三种二胺的比例,得到了一系列共聚酰胺树脂,其特性粘数为1·24~2·32dL/g,用FT-IR、1H-NMR手段研究了聚合物的结构;利用DSC和TGA研究了聚合物的耐热性能,结果表明,该类聚合物具有较高玻璃转化温度(301℃以上);氮气气氛中5%热失重温度在438℃以上;用一定比例的二胺制得的聚合物分别能溶于N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺等非质子极性溶剂中并浇注得到韧性薄膜.

对固体圆二色光谱测试方法的再认识——兼谈“浓度效应”

对近期发展的固体圆二色(CD)光谱测试方法进行了概述、评价和比较, 着重探讨了“浓度效应”的存在使固体CD光谱失真的原因. 通过对本课题组和其他作者已报道的四种化合物的固体CD谱再测试的反思, 强调了依手性化合物的手性光谱学性质不同, 根据浓度梯度实验选择其合适测试浓度的必要性. 对固有手性的阻转异构化合物(S)-1,1'-联二萘酚(S-BINOL)进行了成膜法固体CD谱浓度梯度测试, 发现所得固体薄膜CD谱中也存在着“浓度效应”     

珠江广州河段水中有机污染物的GC-MS分析

用吹扫捕集、树脂富集珠江广州河段海印断面水中有机物，毛细管色谱柱分离，用气相色谱－质谱联用方法测定有机污染物的组成，从水中鉴定出60个有机物，并作了定量分析；结果表明有机物种类多，污染较严重。     

自制苯乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物与PEG20M复合萃取涂层用于洗涤制品中1,4-氧杂环己烷的测定

采用顶空固相微萃取-毛细管气相色谱联用技术测定了洗涤制品中的1,4-二氧杂环己烷.使用自制的萃取头(苯乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物与PEG20M复合)于顶空平衡温度80℃下萃取样品40 min.萃取物用内壁涂有SE-30固定液的石英毛细管柱分离,外标法定量.1,4-二氧杂环己烷含量为0.35～120 μg/g时,其峰面积与含量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8);回收率为98.7%～102%;相对标准偏差(n=5)为9.33%.
