Abstract A new (E)-pyrene-1-carbaldehyde O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl oxime 3 was synthesized for the detection of chemical warfare nerve agents, O-isopropyl methylphosphonofluoridate (GB) and O-pinacolyl methylphosphonofluoridate (GD). 1H NMR spectrum showed that the tert-butyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS) group was deprotected using TBAF and the oximate supernucleophile was made. Upon addition of chemical warfare agents (GB and GD) (50 mol%), the reaction was completely finished within 5 min and also the color change of reaction mixture was observed under a hand-held UV lamp with the naked eye. 相似文献

A photoelectrochemical reactor constructed as a proton exchange membrane fuel cell was utilized to electrochemically enhance the photocatalytic decomposition of gas-phase isopropanol. Nafion membrane was employed to serve as solid electrolyte to establish an electrochemical circuit for the gaseous photocatalytic reaction. The electrical current density of photoanode was found to correspond to the variation of the applied bias and relative humidity of the inlet gas. Photocatalytic decomposition rate was remarkably increased by 20 % by applying a bias potential of 5 V. The effect of relative humidity exhibited multiple effects for membrane conductivity of Nafion and efficiency of photocatalytic decomposition reaction. 相似文献

Recently, extracts from the pericarp of mangosteen, Garcinia mangostana L., exhibited various pharmacological properties such as anti-oxidative, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and chemopreventive activities. Albeit it has diverse application, there is little information about its pharmacokinetic aspects. Thus, the present study was undertaken to develop the simultaneous determination of α- and γ-mangostins (α- and γ-MG), major and active compounds, from extracts for the application of pharmacokinetic studies in mice using combined liquid chromatography–tandem mass-spectrometry and microsampling systems. The intra- and inter-validation, precision, accuracy, stability, recovery and matrix effects of α- and γ-MG were conducted in mouse plasma. Based on the developed analytical methods, pharmacokinetic parameters of α- and γ-MG after intravenous and oral administration of mangosteen extract were calculated. In sample preparation steps, the biological samples were deproteinized by acetonitrile and chromatographic separation was accomplished on a C18 column. The detection was accomplished by multiple-reaction monitoring scanning after electrospray ionization source in the positive ionization mode. The optimized mass transition ion pairs (m/z) for quantitation were 411.062 → 354.900, 397.384 → 340.900, and 808.379 → 527.200 for α- and γ-MG and docetaxel (internal standard), respectively. The total run time was 5 min. The results provided a meaningful basis for the preclinical and clinical application of mangosteen extract. 相似文献

A series of 5,6-fused ring cyclopentadienyl tricarbonyl manganese and rhenium complexes, [M(CO)3{η 5-1,2-C5H3(1,4-(R)2N2C2}] (2a–3d) were isolated by employing an off-metal ring closure route. Reacting thallium cyclopentadienide (Cp) salts (1a–d) with [MBr(CO)5] (M = Mn, Re) provided pyridazyl complexes (2a–3d) in high yield (75–99 %). Spectroscopic characterization (NMR, IR, MS) confirmed the identity of the desired organometallic pyridazines. The off-metal synthetic pathway employed did improve upon the isolation of these complexes as compared to previously reported routes. The molecular and electronic structure of complexes 2a–3d and their optimal energy structures have been characterized with quantum chemistry calculations. Vibrational frequencies calculated were compared to their experimental counterparts. The excited state calculations predict that the dominant low-energy transition involves a ligand-to-metal charge transfer. 相似文献

We study the electrical transport properties of well-contacted ballistic single-walled carbon nanotubes in a three-terminal configuration at low temperatures. We observe signatures of strong electron-electron interactions: the conductance exhibits bias-voltage-dependent amplitudes of quantum interference oscillation, and both the current noise and Fano factor manifest bias-voltage-dependent power-law scalings. We analyze our data within the Tomonaga-Luttinger liquid model using the nonequilibrium Keldysh formalism and find qualitative and quantitative agreement between experiment and theory. 相似文献

It is shown that a slender elastic fiber moving in a Stokesian fluid can be susceptible to a buckling instability--termed the "stretch-coil" instability--when moving in the neighborhood of a hyperbolic stagnation point of the flow. When the stagnation point is part of an extended cellular flow, it is found that immersed fibers can move as random walkers across time-independent closed-streamline flow. It is also found that the flow is segregated into transport regions around hyperbolic stagnation points and their manifolds, and closed entrapment regions around elliptic points. 相似文献
