It is shown that rectified radiative forces (a frictional force and a rectified gradient force) in crossed Gaussian bichromatic light beams can be used to solve the problem of long-term confinement of an ultracold plasma with resonance ions. The radical anion P4· was detected and identified by the ESR method as a spin-adduct with nitrone during the electrochemical reduction of white phosphorus in the presence of a spin trap, viz., α-phenyl-N-tert-butylnitrone, in a special electrolysis cell with a helical platinum working electrode in the potentiostatic mode. The character of the behavior of P4· and the spin trap during electrochemical reduction was monitored by cyclic voltammetry directly in the electrolysis cell, and the spin-adduct formed was detected by ESR.  相似文献

Using emulsion detector the collective flow signals in inelastic interactions of 84Kr nuclei with Ag(Br) at 950 MeV/nucleon are studied. A transverse momentum analysis is performed to determine the reaction plane. The bounce-off of spectator fragments is observed. This paper reports on a simultaneous electron diffraction and mass spectrometric study of the saturated vapor of lutetium trichloride at T = 1070(10) K. It is found that the vapor consists of the monomer LuCl3 [91.6(1.2) mol. %] and dimer Lu2Cl6. The following parameters were obtained for LuCl3 (rg configuration): rg(Lu-Cl) = 2.403(5) Å, rg(CL.Cl) = 4.119(18) Å,g(Cl-Lu-Cl) = 117.9(1.3)?. Calculation of vibrational corrections for a transition from rg to rα geometry gave a planar equilibrium configuration for LuCl3 with D3h symmetry, whereas our previous electron diffraction study recommended a pyramidal configuration. Possible reasons for this controversy are discussed. The geometry of the Lu2Cl6 molecule of D2h symmetry is described by the following parameters (ra configuration): rα(Lu-Clt) = 2.366(5) Å, rα(Lu-Clα) = 2.589(24) Å, ZClt-rLu-Clt = 119(7)?, ZClb-Lu-Clb = 84(2)?. The mean energies of the terminal [E(Lu-Clt) = 485 kJ/mole] and bridging [E(Lu-Clb) = 292 kJ/mole] bonds of Lu2Cl26 are estimated.  相似文献

This article seeks to put together the most important and updated information and to present a unified, systematic and concise overview of the classification, physical principles and methods of the ACTFEL device growth, characterization and modeling. The review takes a comprehensive look at the evolution of the equivalent schemes of ACTFEL devices from the early purely interfacial model to the most recent models enabling simulation of the space charge formation. Comparison of experimental and computer simulated characteristics of the ACTFEL stack may bring a better understanding of the possibilities of charge storage in various regions of the device and help in finding how this may impact device performance. Some peculiarities of the SPICE simulation of the devices are also discussed.

Main peculiarities of the characterization techniques are described and their role in the understanding of the device operation is presented. Some important features of the conventional characterization techniques, such as VIQ, PDP, L-V, Q-V, C-V, Qmax-Vmax, and Qp-Fint measurements in identifying carrier traps, their energy position, and some other main device parameters are emphasized. An important role of the destructive methods of analysis, such as the scanning election microscopy, secondary electron contrast profiling, and SIMS measurements of ACTFEL devices as complimentary tools to the non-destructive characterization techniques is demonstrated.

The paper addresses the well-known as well as “non-traditional” theoretical and experimental techniques of ACTFEL device analysis. The understanding of the ACTFEL devices can be greatly improved by using the innovative analogy approach of the analysis, some aspects of which were originally developed in Luxell and converted to a characterization technique.  相似文献

A synthetic route to compounds of the indolyltetrahydroisoquinoline series was developed on the basis of the reaction of cotarnine with indole derivatives. Aminoalkylation of indole and its derivatives with cotarnine occurs regioselectively at the nitrogen atom of the indole fragment to give the corresponding 5-(1-indolyl)-4-methoxy-6-methyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,3]dioxolo[4,5-g]isoquinolines. The products were found to undergo rearrangement into isomeric 5-(3-indolyl)-4-methoxy-6-methyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,3]dioxolo[4,5-g]isoquinolines which constitute a new class of indolyltetrahydroisoquinoline systems.  相似文献
