Multi-item capacitated lot-sizing involves the determination of production quantities in different periods in the presence of resource constraints. The model presented in this paper includes a setup time for the production of a lot of an item. The production of items in a given period is constrained by a limited regular time and a limited overtime. Moreover, the production level of any item in a given period is also limited. A new strategy for the synthesis of cyclic peptoids was developed. The approach is based on the use of consecutive Ugi reactions for the assembly of the acyclic peptoid and for the ring closure. Cyclopentapeptoid analogues of the RGD peptides were designed and synthesized using this methodology. Boron phosphates (BPs) with different acidities were prepared by regulating the calcination temperatures for the reaction products of boric acid and phosphoric acid. The crystal structure, morphology, surface acidity, and thermal stability were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), chemical absorbed apparatus, and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The effects of BPs on the combustion behavior and catalyzing the carbonization of bisphenol-A epoxy resin (EP) were investigated by the limiting oxygen index (LOI) and cone calorimetry test. Upon loading 5 mass% BP prepared at 300 °C, the LOI value of the EP/BP composites increased to 29.6%, and moreover, the peak heat release rate and average specific extinction area decreased by 43 and 25%, respectively. A possible catalyzing carbonization mechanism was explored by TG coupled with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (TG–FTIR), TG, FTIR, SEM, Raman spectroscopy (Raman), and XPS. The results demonstrated that BP catalyzed EP to degrade at relatively low temperature, and the yield, compactness, and graphitization degree of the char residue were obviously enhanced with an increase in the ratio of Brønsted and Lewis acid sites (B/L value) and the total surface acid sites on the BP surface. Therefore, the catalyzing carbonization flame retardancy of the EP/BP composites can be improved through regulating the surface acidity of BP. 相似文献

The synthesis and photophysical evaluation of new chlorin derivatives are described. The Diels-Alder reaction between protoporphyrin IX dimethyl ester and substituted maleimides furnishes endo-adducts that completely prevent the self-aggregation of the chlorins. Fluorescence, resonant light scattering (RLS) and (1)H NMR experiments, as well as X-ray crystallographic have demonstrated that the configurational arrangement of the synthesized chlorins prevent π-stacking interactions between macrocycles, thus indicating that it is a nonaggregating photosensitizer with high singlet oxygen (Φ(Δ)) and fluorescence (Φ(f)) quantum yields. Our results show that this type of synthetic strategy may provide the lead to a new generation of PDT photosensitizers. 相似文献

The absolute configuration of small crystallizable molecules can be determined with anomalous X-ray diffraction as shown by Bijvoet in 1951. For the majority of compounds that can neither be crystallized nor easily be converted into crystallizable derivatives, stereocontrolled organic synthesis is still required to establish their absolute configuration. In this contribution, a new fundamental methodology for resolving the absolute configuration will be presented that does not require crystallization. With residual dipolar coupling enhanced NMR spectroscopy, ensembles of a limited number of structures are created reflecting the correct conformations and relative configuration. Subsequently, from these ensembles, optical rotation dispersion (ORD) spectra are predicted by DFT calculations and compared to experimental results. The combination of these two steps reveals the absolute configuration of a flexible molecule in solution, which is a big challenge to chiroptical methods and DFT in the absence of NMR spectroscopy. Here the absolute stereochemistry of the product of a new Michael addition, synthesized via a niobium(V) chiral enolate, will be elucidated by using the new methodology. 相似文献

We demonstrate that nanofabrication of 3D dendritic CoNi alloy foams with an open porous structure can be achieved by electrodeposition onto a single-crystalline Cu(111) substrate at ambient conditions. The very low wettability of this substrate caused by its low surface energy allows tailoring the CoNi deposit morphology. This is concluded from a comparison of polycrystalline Cu substrates with single-crystalline ones of different orientations. The advantages of the present CoNi alloy foams are low internal stresses and good mechanical stability on the substrate. In a second step, by comparing the catalytic properties of the achieved foam with those of CoNi layers obtained on polycrystalline Cu substrates, it is shown that the morphology of the CoNi layers has a decisive influence on the kinetics of the surface redox reaction. The higher reaction rate makes the open foam suitable as catalyst for oxygen evolution in electrolysers. The reversibility of the redox process provides great potential for the achieved porous layers to be used as positive material in alkaline batteries. 相似文献
