Rotational transitions of fluoroacetylene in the ν1(CH stretch) vibrational state have been observed by the laser–microwave double resonance technique using a color center laser as a radiation source in the 3 μm region. The rotational constant and centrifugal distortion constant in the ν1state were determined to be 9684.310(16) MHz and 2.68(62) kHz, respectively, where the uncertainties given in parentheses correspond to 2.5 standard deviations.  相似文献

A preconcentration method by adsorption of cadmium on a niobium wire was developed for the environmental waters, followed by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry with a tungsten tube atomizer. After the preconcentration, the niobium wire was directly inserted into the tungsten tube atomizer. In the preconcentration (adsorption) process of cadmium, the optimal immersing time was 60?s. The effects of large amounts of concomitants on the preconcentration of cadmium were evaluated. When 103–104 fold excess of matrix elements existed in aqueous solution at pH 4 and 9, the cadmium response was profoundly affected by the matrix elements. However, the cadmium absorption signal was not significantly influenced at pH 7. Therefore, pH 7 was selected for the application into the real environmental samples. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limit (3S/N) for cadmium by the niobium wire preconcentration method was 7.0?pg?mL?1 and the relative standard deviation was 6.8%. The method with preconcentration on a niobium wire was applied to the determination of cadmium in water and proved to be sensitive, simple and convenient. Because this preconcentration method can be utilized in the in situ treatment of trace cadmium in environmental water samples, it was unnecessary to carry the water samples to the analytical work place. The technique was shown to be useful for the determination of cadmium in environmental water samples at 0.1–1?µg?L?1 levels.  相似文献

A hydrogel‐based microchamber with organic electrodes for efficient electrical stimulations of human induced pluripotent stem cell‐derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC‐CMs) is described. The microchamber is made from molecularly permeable, optically transparent, and electrically conductive polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) hydrogel and highly capacitive carbon electrode modified with poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT). Spheroids of hiPSC‐CMs are cultured in microchambers, and electrically stimulated by the electrode for maturation. The large interfacial capacitance of the electrodes enables several days of electrical stimulation without generation of cytotoxic bubbles even when the electrodes are placed near the spheroids. The spheroids can be cultivated in the closed microchambers because of the permeated nutrients through the hydrogel, thus the spheroids are stably addressable and the culture medium around the sealed microchambers can be simply exchanged. Synchronized beating of the spheroids can be optically analyzed in situ, which makes it possible to selectively collect electrically responsive cells for further use. As the hydrogel is electrically conductive, the amount of electrical charge needed for maturing the spheroids can be reduced by configuring electrodes on the top and the bottom of the microchamber. The bioreactor will be useful for efficient production of matured hiPSC‐CMs for regenerative medicine and drug screening.  相似文献

For the living ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of epoxy monomers, the catalytic activity of organic superbases, tert‐butylimino‐tris(dimethylamino)phosphorane, 1‐tert‐butyl‐2,2,4,4,4‐pentakis(dimethylamino)‐2Λ5,4Λ5‐catenadi(phosphazene), 2,8,9‐triisobutyl‐2,5,8,9‐tetraaza‐1‐phosphabicyclo[3.3.3]undecane, and 1‐tert‐butyl‐4,4,4‐tris(dimethylamino)‐2,2‐bis[tris(dimethylamino)phosphoranylidenamino]‐2Λ5,4Λ5‐catenadi(phosphazene) (t‐Bu‐P4), was confirmed. Among these superbases, only t‐Bu‐P4 showed catalytic activity for the ROP of 1,2‐butylene oxide (BO) to afford poly(1,2‐butylene oxide) (PBO) with predicted molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution. The results of the kinetic, post‐polymerization experiments, and MALDI‐TOF MS measurement revealed that the t‐Bu‐P4‐catalyzed ROP of BO proceeded in a living manner in which the alcohol acted as the initiator. This alcohol/t‐Bu‐P4 system was applicable to the glycidol derivatives, such as benzyl glycidyl ether (BnGE) and t‐butyl glycidyl ether, to afford well‐defined protected polyglycidols. The α‐functionalized polyethers could be obtained using different functionalized initiators, such as 4‐vinylbenzyl alcohol, 5‐hexen‐1‐ol, and 6‐azide‐1‐hexanol. In addition, the well‐defined cyclic‐PBO and PBnGE were successfully synthesized using the combination of t‐Bu‐P4‐catalyzed ROP and click cyclization. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Dumbbell‐shaped isobutyl‐substituted 1,2‐bis(4‐vinylphenyl)acetylene‐linked POSS (DA1), 9,10‐bis(4‐vinylphenyl)ethynyl)anthracene‐linked POSS (DA2), and 5,5″‐bis((4‐vinyl)phenyl)ethynyl)‐2,2′:5′2″‐terthiophene‐linked POSS (DA3), and corresponding model compounds were synthesized by cross metathesis and Sonogashira reaction, and their film formability, and thermal and optical properties were examined. The dumbbell structures of the obtained compounds were confirmed by 1H‐, 13C‐, and 29Si‐NMR and MALDI‐TOF‐MS analysis. The dumbbell‐shaped POSS compounds gave optically transparent films. All the model compounds, however, formed opaque films. All the films were emissive under UV irradiation. The dumbbell structures minimize longer wavelength shifts and improve emission efficiency of the luminescent π‐conjugated linker units in their solid states compared with the model compounds. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The photodissociation of manganese oxide cluster cations Mn(N)O+ (N = 2-5), into Mn(N-1)O+ (one-atom loss) and Mn(N-2)O+ (two-atom), was investigated in the photon-energy range of 1.08-2.76 eV. The bond-dissociation energies D0(Mn(N-1)O+...Mn) for N = 3, 4, and 5 were determined to be 1.84+/-0.03, 0.99+/-0.05, and 1.25+/-0.14 eV, respectively, from the threshold energies for the one- and two-atom losses. As Mn2O+ did not dissociate even at the highest photon energy used, the bond dissociation energy of Mn2O+, D0(Mn+...MnO), was obtained from a density-functional-theory calculation to be 3.04 eV. The present findings imply that the core ion Mn2O+ is bound weakly with the rest of the manganese atoms in Mn(N)O+.  相似文献

Novel molecular recognition materials were prepared from water soluble proteins from thermophile G. thermodenitrificans DSM465 by an alternative molecular imprinting method. Water soluble proteins from G. thermodenitrificans DSM465 were converted into the molecularly imprinted materials by adopting 9-EA as a print molecule. The molecularly imprinted protein membranes recognized As in preference to Gs. The adsorption isotherms led to the conclusion that molecular recognition sites toward As were constructed by the presence of 9-EA during the membrane preparation process. The affinity constant between As and the molecular recognition site thus constructed was determined to be 1.75 x 10(5) mol(-1) dm(3). The results obtained in the present study suggest that water soluble proteins from G. thermodenitrificans DSM465 is one of environmentally-friendly 'green' polymers to be converted into molecular recognition materials by applying an alternative molecular imprinting method.  相似文献

Reactions of N‐(quinazolin‐4‐yl)amidines and their amide oximes with hydroxylamine hydrochloride gave cyclization products that were formed by an initial ring cleavage of the pyrimidine component followed by a ring closure formation of 1,2,4‐oxadiazole to give N‐[2‐([1,2,4]oxadiazol‐5‐yl)phenyl]formamide oximes. All isolated products were evaluated for in vitro inhibitory activity on the formation of pentosidine, which is one of representative advanced glycation end products. Population analysis of a system of self-reproducing giant multilamellar vesicles (GMVs) was carried out by means of flow cytometry. The multidimensional distribution of forward light scattering (FS), side light scattering (SS), and fluorescence (FL) intensities originating from each GMV provided information about changes in a population composed of 104 vesicles. FS-FL dot plots indicated that, after the addition of the membrane precursor, the size distribution of the newly generated vesicles was nearly the same as that of the original, but the catalyst content was reduced. This result can be interpreted as evidence for the occurrence of the self-reproduction of GMVs. Moreover, the new GMVs recovered the amount of catalyst to the initial value, keeping their size distribution constant, when a solution of the catalyst was added to the new GMVs. These results are the first experimental evidence for a novel phenomenon on GMV size distribution during their self-reproducing cycle.  相似文献

A dodecaholmium wheel of [Ho12(L)6(mal)4(AcO)4(H2O)14] ( 1 ; mal=malonate) was synthesized by using ptert‐butylsulfonylcalix[4]arene (H4L) as a cluster‐forming ligand. The wheel consists of three fragments of mononuclear A3? ([Ho(L)(mal)(H2O)]3?), trinuclear B3? ([Ho(H2O)2(mal)(Ho(L)(AcO))2]3?), and C3+ ([Ho(H2O)2]3+), and an alternate arrangement of these fragments (A3?? C3+? B3?? C3+? A3?? C3+? B3?? C3+? ) results in a wheel structure. The longest and shortest diameters of the core were estimated to be 17.7562(16) and 13.6810(13) Å, respectively, and the saddle‐shaped molecule possesses a pocketlike cavity inside.  相似文献
