Purity assay of high-purity materials (HPMs) of phthalic acid esters (PAEs) was carried out by means of a mass balance method. In this method, chromatographic methods such as gas chromatography-flame ionization detector (GC-FID) and/or high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in combination with other methods such as Karl-Fischer (KF) titration and vacuum evaporation (VE) were applied. The sum of the impurities estimated by these methods allowed the estimation of the purity of the main component by difference. Seven PAEs with varying side chain structures and levels of impurities were analysed on a systematic way in which impurities were classified into several groups in terms of their abundance, availability of qualitative information and availability of authentic compounds, etc. The absolute quantity of each impurity was determined by GC-FID and/or HPLC based on the calibration made by the authentic compounds of impurities whenever available. The purities in mass fraction of these PAEs were certified at the National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ), and the PAEs were registered as primary reference materials playing an essential role in linking the metrological traceability of the Japan Calibration Service System (JCSS) to the International System of Units (SI).  相似文献

Chiral lithium binaphtholate effectively catalyzed the enantioselective alkynylation of ketones using lithium acetylide as an alkynylating agent. A novel synthetic route to 4‐pyridazineacetic acids 10 – 12 has been achieved by the ring‐expansion reaction of N‐cyanomethylated 3‐pyrazoline‐4‐acetic acids 7 – 9 . 1H‐Pyrazole‐4‐acetic acids 1 – 3 were reacted with iodoacetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine in refluxing acetonitrile to give the corresponding C‐cyanomethylated 1H‐pyrazole‐4‐acetic acids 4 – 6 as major products together with N‐cyanomethylated 3‐pyrazoline‐4‐acetic acids 7 and 8 as minor products. On the other hand, reactions of 1 and 3 with chloroacetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine in refluxing chloroform afforded the corresponding N‐cyanomethylated 3‐pyrazoline‐4‐acetic acids 7 and 9 as major products. Thermal treatment of 7 – 9 with sodium hydride in N,N‐dimethylformamide caused ring expansion to yield the corresponding 4‐pyridazineacetic acids 10 – 12 .  相似文献

Formation process of gold nanoparticles was investigated by near-field heterodyne transient grating method. In the absence of the protective agents, although the diffusion of H[AuICl2] could be observed after the photo-reduction of H[AuIIICl4], the diffusion of nanoparticle-seeds was not observed. On the other hand, in the presence of the protective agents, the diffusion of a complex molecule (Au and protective agent) and nanoparticle-seeds could be observed. From these results, it was found that enough amount of the complex is essential for the nanoparticle formation. We also investigated the formation process with four different chemicals as a protective agent. The hydrodynamic radius of nanoparticle-seeds generated in the poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) and TritonX-100 solutions were larger than those generated in the Tween 20 and Brij 58 solutions. The former two have hydrophilic chain in the molecular structure; on the other hand, the latter two have hydrophobic alkyl chain. Based on those facts, we concluded that the interaction between the chains of the complex molecule plays an important role in the nanoparticle formation process.  相似文献

A dye-sensitized solar cell fabricated using the room temperature molten salt, 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium iodide, iodine and a low molecular weight gelator as a quasisolid-state electrolyte showed a 5.0% light-to-electricity conversion efficiency under AM 1.5 irradiation, and high-temperature stability.  相似文献
