A sweeping structural revision of the sarcodonin natural product family (published structures 1a-13a) is proposed after extensive studies aimed at their chemical synthesis. Key features of revised structure 1b include replacement of the N,N-dioxide moiety with an oxime, ring-opening of the central diketopiperazine, and transposition of the terphenyl wing from the 1β-2β position of 1a to the 2β-3β position of 1b. This structure revision arose from the serendipitous synthesis of a benzodioxane aminal (44) whose structure was unambiguously determined by X-ray crystallography and whose spectral properties bore considerable resemblance to the published data for the sarcodonins. A versatile new method for O-arylation of hydroxamic acids is also reported herein, as well as a manganese(III)-mediated α-oxidation of hydroxamic acids to aminals. 相似文献
In the complex salt [η6‐1‐chloro‐2‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐yl)benzene](η5‐cyclopentadienyl)iron(II) hexafluoridophosphate, [Fe(C5H5)(C10H12ClN)]PF6, (I), the complexed cyclopentadienyl and benzene rings are almost parallel, with a dihedral angle between their planes of 2.3 (3)°. In a related complex salt, (η5‐cyclopentadienyl){2‐[η6‐2‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐yl)phenyl]phenol}iron(II) hexafluoridophosphate, [Fe(C5H5)(C16H17NO)]PF6, (II), the analogous angle is 5.4 (1)°. In both complexes, the aromatic C atom bound to the pyrrolidine N atom is located out of the plane defined by the remaining five ring C atoms. The dihedral angles between the plane of these five ring atoms and a plane defined by the N‐bound aromatic C atom and two neighboring C atoms are 9.7 (8) and 5.6 (2)° for (I) and (II), respectively. 相似文献
We study parametric estimation of ergodic diffusions observed at high frequency. Different from the previous studies, we suppose that sampling stepsize is unknown, thereby making the conventional Gaussian quasi-likelihood not directly applicable. In this situation, we construct estimators of both model parameters and sampling stepsize in a fully explicit way, and prove that they are jointly asymptotically normally distributed. High order uniform integrability of the obtained estimator is also derived. Further, we propose the Schwarz (BIC) type statistics for model selection and show its model-selection consistency. We conducted some numerical experiments and found that the observed finite-sample performance well supports our theoretical findings.
The LHCf experiment will be installed in 2007 on the LHC collider in the forward direction at ±140m from the ATLAS interaction point. The purpose of LHCf is to precisely measure the pion production cross section near zero degrees through the measurement of the photons produced in neutral pion decay. This measurement is crucial for the simulation of the showers induced in the atmosphere by very high energy cosmic rays; the 14 TeV energy available in the center of mass frame corresponds in fact to an equivalent energy of 1017 eV in the laboratory system. The binding of phenylbutazone (PB) to bovine serum albumin (BSA) was considered to be predominantly due to hydrophobic interaction based on the thermodynamic parameters obtained by an equilibrium dialysis method. Little variation of proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) chemical shift of PB was found with change in the concentration of PB (0.5-5 mM) or upon the addition of BSA (7.25 x 10(-5) M). The NMR spectrum of PB in 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution at pH 7 showed that PB existed as a mesomeric anion. The spin-lattice relaxation time (T1) of PB was almost concentration-independent, but decreased in the presence of BSA to 36-38% for the phenyl group and 48-100% for the butyl group. The spin-spin relaxation time (T2) of PB was also almost independent of concentration, but was remarkably decreased in the presence of BSA to ca. 2.5% for the phenyl group and ca. 6-9% for the butyl group. The ratios of the spin-spin relaxation rate (1/T2) of the free PB to that of the bound PB were ca. 5000-11000 for the butyl group and ca. 23000 for the phenyl group. The binding of PB to BSA was considered to involve primarily the phenyl group. 相似文献
The reactions of isolable dialkylgermylene and -stannylene with a galvinoxyl radical were found to give rather unusual cyclic compounds in high yields via intermediate adduct radicals. The structures of the cyclic compounds were determined by X-ray crystallography. We propose a concerted cyclization mechanism in which the abstraction of a hydrogen atom from the tert-butyl group by the galvinoxyl radical is accompanied by the simultaneous attack of the germyl radical center to the tert-butyl carbon atom. 相似文献
The extraction of lead from fly ash produced during the thermal treatment of municipal solid wastes was studied using supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO(2)) and Cyanex 302 (bis(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl)monophosphinic acid). The extraction of lead from the fly ash was carried out in a 5 cm(3) internal volume reaction vessel under static extraction conditions at 323 K, and 24 MPa for 1 h. The extraction efficiencies of lead ranged from 4% to the total extraction under the conditions of 0.05 g fly ash with 2 cm(3) Cyanex 302. There was a linear relationship between the extraction efficiencies of lead using the SC-CO(2) + Cyanex 302 and using a water-based method described by JLT13. 相似文献
We have developed a fetal movement monitoring system based on small displacement measurement of internal tissues. When ultrasonic pulses are transmitted to the fetus, the reflected ultrasonic waves which have a Doppler frequency shift due to the fetal movements are detected by using an ultrasonic pulsed Doppler technique. In this paper, we propose a displacement measurement method for internal tissues which is based on the Doppler signal digital detection technique. In the method, the received ultrasonic RF signals are sampled with a sampling frequency of four times higher than the centre frequency of the ultrasonic waves; the Doppler frequency shift signals are derived using digital signal processing. From the detected signals, the internal displacements are estimated using the arc-tangent method. The basic algorithm of the detection method has already been used in the area of blood flow sensing, however, we apply the algorithm to the displacement measurement of internal tissues. The comparison between the proposed method and the conventional method is presented. The fetal movement quantitative monitoring system based on the method which has been constructed is shown. 相似文献
