单分散多孔交联聚苯乙烯色谱填料的合成(英文)

用分散聚合法合成了粒径为２μｍ的单分散ＰＳ种球,直接将种球用含ＳＴ和ＤＶＢ的乳液进行膨胀－聚合,得到粒径为８．８μｍ的单分散共聚微球。经甲苯抽提后,得到单分散多孔ＳＴ／ＤＶＢ色谱填料。报道的方法不需要对种球进行预膨胀（活化）,缩短了反应周期,大幅度提高了色谱填料微球的单分散性。     

用于碱性物质分离的高效液相色谱键合相的制备及评价

采用２,４－戊二酮与正辛烷基二甲基氯硅烷反应制成活泼的中间体——硅醚型硅烷中间体,然后再与硅胶进行键合。经元素分析、漫反射红外光谱和高效液相色谱法对键合相进行了鉴定和评价。结果表明,键合反应按预定路线进行,硅胶表面被键合相基团覆盖的较均匀、完全。键合相具有较好的色谱性能,可有效地用于碱性化合物的分离分析中。     

染料结合2μm无孔硅胶亲和填料的制备与应用

在２μｍ无孔硅胶表面键合３ 氨丙基 三乙氧基硅烷（ＡＰＳ）,并与三嗪染料活性蓝Ｆ３ＧＡ（ＣｉｂａｃｒｏｎＢｌｕｅＦ３ＧＡ,ＣＢ）反应,制得亲和色谱填料,并采用扫描电镜、元素分析、ｐＨ稳定性测试对此填料进行鉴定与表征。该填料具有良好的色谱性能,且对生物大分子有一定的亲和选择性,改变ｐＨ值及离子强度对溶菌酶的结合量有明显影响,可用于分离卵清蛋白（Ｏｖａｌ）和溶菌酶（Ｌｙｓ）,且对α ,β ,γ 球蛋白有不同的亲和作用,并可从鸡蛋清中制备少量溶菌酶。     

人工神经网络法鉴别红外光谱

本文将反向传播人工神经网络（ＢＰ－ＡＮＮ）用于ＦＴＩＲ,鉴别未知化合物。结果表明,当训练集样本不含噪声时,纯光谱的预测结果很好。而当训练集样本有少量噪声干扰时,预测结果随预测集样本的不同,而得到不同的改善。     

Mass transfer kinetics and breakthrough and elution curves for bovine serum albumin using cibacron blue cellulose membranes

The mass transfer of bovine serum albumin onto a stack of cibacron blue cellulose membranes in the loading and elution stages were studied. The breakthrough curves obtained in the loading stage were fitted to the pore and the lumped kinetic (LK) models, respectively. Then experimental data obtained in the elution stage were described by using the LK model in which the kinetic equation, the initial and the boundary conditions were rewritten according to the operation. For the breakthrough curves it was found that the contribution of the sorption kinetics to band broadening was significant whereas that of axial dispersion was negligible. In contrast, both of these contributions were significant to the profile of the elution curve. By studying the mass transfer kinetics in the elution stage, information about the influence of the module geometry on the performance of affinity membrane separations may be obtained.     

A novel silica-based column packing for reversed-phase HPLC of basic compounds

Summary A novel bonded phase for reversed-phase HPLC was synthesized in two steps. Octylamine was first reacted with β-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane (β-ECTS) and then the intermediate product was coupled onto porous silica. The prepared packing was characterized by elemental analysis, solid-state¹³C NMR and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR). Chromatographic evaluations were carried out by using a mixture of organic compounds including acidic, basic and neutral analytes and methanol-water as binary mobile phase. The results showed that the stationary phase has excellent chromatographic properties and is resistant to hydrolysis between pH=2≈8. It can be used efficiently for the separation of basic compounds.

使用Kromasil CHI-TBB手性固定相,分离了非甾体解热镇痛药卡洛芬,氟吡洛芬,非诺洛芬,酮洛芬,吡咯芬和萘普生等对映体。结果表明,这种以酒石酸二酰胺为手性中心的商业化手性固定相,适合于在正相条件下分离上述药物对映体,对映体分离因子和分析时间可以通过向流动相中添加极性物质如异丙醇,甲基叔丁醚等来进行调节。

本文研究了在三种情况下直线上的区间图的最小独立控制集的计算问题:1．相交于一点的直线簇,2．除一条直线外,其余的直线都平行的直线簇,3．一条直线和直线上t个赋权的点,使得其最小独立控制集所覆盖的点的权和最大．本文给出了这三个问题的多项式时间算法,问题1可以在O(n)时间内求解,借助动态规划方法问题2和问题 3分别可以在O(n log n),O(n t)时间内求解．
