Chemical investigation of the root bark of Turraeanthus mannii and the stem of T. longipes resulted in the isolation of two new diterpenes, 13-methyl-labda-8(17)-en-15-oic acid (1) and 13-(hydroxymethyl)-14-hydroxy-ent-labda-8(17)-en-15-oic acid (2), along with two known diterpenes, 19-hydroxy-ent-labda-8(17),13-dien-15,16-olide (3) and 19-acetoxy-ent-labda-8(17),13-dien-15,16-olide (4), and the phytosterol, stigmasterol. The structure elucidation of the new compounds has been achieved using spectroscopic techniques.  相似文献

The base-catalyzed reaction of carboxymethyl 3,4,6-tri-O-acetyl-alpha-D-glucopyranoside 2-O-lactone (prepared from isomaltulose) with amino acids and fatty amines under basic catalysis gave a series of new pseudoglucopeptides, nonionic amphiphiles, and polymerizable derivatives. The same reaction applied to alcohols provided the corresponding 2-(alpha-D-glucopyranosyloxy)acetyl esters with either basic or acidic catalysts.  相似文献

Short α‐peptides with less than 10 residues generally display a low propensity to nucleate stable helical conformations. While various strategies to stabilize peptide helices have been previously reported, the ability of non‐peptide helical foldamers to stabilize α‐helices when fused to short α‐peptide segments has not been investigated. Towards this end, structural investigations into a series of chimeric oligomers obtained by joining aliphatic oligoureas to the C‐ or N‐termini of α‐peptides are described. All chimeras were found to be fully helical, with as few as 2 (or 3) urea units sufficient to propagate an α‐helical conformation in the fused peptide segment. The remarkable compatibility of α‐peptides with oligoureas described here, along with the simplicity of the approach, highlights the potential of interfacing natural and non‐peptide backbones as a means to further control the behavior of α‐peptides.  相似文献

The synthesis of the first isolable C-phosphino-Ge-aminogermyne, stabilized by a phosphine ligand, has been achieved. X-ray diffraction analysis indicates a quite long Ge-C bond whose length is between that of a single and a double bond but consistent with the theoretically predicted values for a germyne bearing π-donating substituents. The isomerization of this germyne derivative affords a new stable N-heterocyclic germylene through migration of the original phosphine ligand from germanium to the carbon center.  相似文献

In this article, the synthesis of a novel high-conjugated ligand and its corresponding Ru(II) complex PTFTF:Ru is reported, along with the linear and nonlinear optical characterizations. Two-photon absorption based optical power limiting properties (OPL), especially in the near infrared, are described and compared to those of the analogous complexes previously published. Combined with a preliminary theoretical approach, this allows us to highlight several key parameters for OPL optimization in such molecular systems and more particularly the spectral overlap between TPA and excited-state absorption.  相似文献

This work compares the performance of dispersive liquid–liquid method (DLLME) as a prior step for determining copper by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS), when using the ionic liquid (IL) 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (C4MIm-PF6) or the IL-based surfactant 1-hexadecyl-3-butylimidazolium bromide (C16C4Im-Br) as extractant solvents. For the water-insoluble C4MIm-PF6, the most conventional DLLME mode using acetonitrile as dispersive solvent was employed. For the water-soluble C16C4Im-Br, the in situ DLLME mode with lithium bis[(trifluoromethane)sulfonyl]imide (Li-NTf2) as metathesis reagent was employed. In both approaches, some effective parameters such as volumes of extractant and dispersive solvents, concentration of complexing agent, pH of sample solution, salting-out effect and final diluting solvent to ensure compatibility with FAAS, were properly optimised. The optimum conditions for the IL-DLLME method using C4MIm-PF6 were: 100 μL of neat C4MIm-PF6, 1 mL of acetonitrile, 10 mL of water, no control of pH for environmental waters, NaCl content of 23 g L?1, diethyl dithiocarbamate (DDTC) as complexing agent at 10 mg L?1 and final dilution of the micro-droplet with acetonitrile up to 70 µL. The optimum conditions for the in situ IL-DLLME method using C16C4Im-Br were: 0.8 mL of acetonitrile, 10 mL of water containing C16C4Im-Br at 25.2 mmol L?1, final dilution step of the micro-droplet with 200 µL of acetonitrile and remaining conditions as those of C4MIm-PF6. The analytical performance of both methods was similar, being slightly better for the IL-DLLME method using C4MIm-PF6, with limits of detection (LOD) of 3.3 µg L?1 (versus 5.1 µg L?1 when using C16C4Im-Br), precision values as intraday relative standard deviation (RSD in %) lower than 8.8% (being of 10% for the C16C4Im-Br method) and an enrichment factor of 54 (being 27 when using C16C4Im-Br). The DLLME-FAAS method with C4MIm-PF6 was used in the analysis of environmental waters with successful performance, with relative recoveries of 110% and 105%, and interday precision with RSD values of 21% and 7.4% for spiked levels of 60 and 160 µg L?1, respectively. The results obtained when analysing an urban wastewater sample coming from an inter-laboratory exercise was comparable to those obtained for other 93 laboratories. The method was also valid for the determination of Cu2+ in presence of foreign ions commonly found in natural waters.  相似文献

We report on the self-organizing properties of sucrose esters that are di-(1',6', 1',6, and 6,6')-substituted with aliphatic chains of identical or different chain lengths and levels of saturation. For the materials possessing two saturated aliphatic chains, the compounds exhibited thermotropic lamellar smectic A phases. A remarkable new phase transition was observed for the di-octadecanoyl homologue in which one smectic A phase transformed into another with a continuous change in layer spacing, but with a discontinuous change in the correlation length. The incorporation of long cis-unsaturated chains led to increased cross-sectional areas of the chains relative to the sucrose head groups and, hence, columnar phases were observed.  相似文献
