锂离子电池正极材料LiMn2O4的合成与晶体结构（英）

Spinel LiMn₂O₄ powders were prepared using two-step synthesis method consisting of solid-state reaction method and citrate modified sol-gel method. The effects of the calcination temperature and the Li/Mn ratio of raw materials were studied on the physicochemical and electrochemical properties of the spinel LiMn₂O₄ powders, such as crystallinity, lattice constant and density. The title compound was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Polycrystalline LiMn₂O₄ powers calcined at 750 ℃ were found to be composed of very uniformly-sized microcrystal with an average particle size of 300 nm. The improvement in electrochemical properties was mainly attributed to the process of re-grinding by absolute alcohol.     

有机相中α-氰基-3-苯氧基苄醇乙酯的酶促醇解反应

研究了有机相中脂肪酶催化α-氰基-3-苯氧基苄醇乙酯的醇解化反应。制备α -氰基-3-苯氧基苄醇。考察了酶、溶剂、醇、醇用量、溶剂水含量以及底物浓度等 因素对反应的影响，结果表明Novozym435脂肪酶催化活性最高，经实验确定的最佳 条件为：脱水甲苯为溶剂，正辛醇为酰基受体，正辛醇、酯的摩尔比为1.5:1，酶 量为8 mg/mL时的最佳底物浓度为108.13 mmol/L，在上述条件下反应30 h酯的转化 率 > 96%。     

Small Peptides Catalyzed Direct Aldol Reactions of Aldehydes with Hydroxyacetone with Regiocontrol in Aqueous Media

Very recently, we[1] found that L-proline amides and dipeptides acted as efficient catalysts for the asymmetric direct aldol reaction. We report here that L-proline-based peptides 1～5 can catalyze the aldol reactions of hydroxyacetone with aldehydes 6 in aqueous media, to give 1,4-diols (7), the disfavored products with either aldolase or L-proline. Both peptides 3 and 4 give good results.

Solid complex of terbium nitrate with a novel tetrapodal ligand, 1,1,1′,1′-tetra(2-pyridinecarboxylester)-di(trimethylpropane) was prepared. This new complex with the formula of [TbL(NO₃)](NO₃)₂·2H₂O was charact-erized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR spectroscopy and thermal analysis. At the same time, the luminescent property of the complex was also studied.     

Click chemistry to construct fluorescent oligonucleotides for DNA sequencing

"Click chemistry" 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition between alkynyl 6-carboxyfluorescein (FAM) and azido-labeled single-stranded (ss) DNA was carried out under aqueous conditions to produce FAM-labeled ssDNA in quantitative yield. The FAM-labeled ssDNA was successfully used as a primer to produce DNA sequencing products with single-base resolution in a capillary electrophoresis DNA sequencer with laser-induced fluorescence detection.     

Study on glucose oxidase fermentation coupled with membrane dialysis

The repression of glucose oxidase (GOD) biosynthesis by catabolites during fermentation can be alleviated through membrane dialysis fermentation (MDF). The results show that the volumetric enzyme productivity of MDF was two times higher than that of the control (fermentation without dialysis), and its total enzyme activity was increased by 30–50%. The operation conditions of MDF, such as pore size of the membrane, initiating time for membrane dialysis, and volume of dialysate used, were optimized. The content of amino acids and organic acids in the fermentation broth and the dialysate in the reservoir were assessed by amino acid analyzer and ionic chromatography, respectively. The relationship among the contents of pyruvic acid, gluconic acid, and enzyme activity during fermentation was analyzed quantitatively. Furthermore, the effect of membrane dialysis technology applied to the low-yield strain was found to be more effective than that applied to the high-yield strain.     

杂原子Y分子筛的二次合成及其吸附脱硫性能

采用液-固相同晶取代反应制备了骨架含Ga的Y型分子筛, 并对其吸附脱硫性能进行了研究. 在室温, 空速为7 h−1的条件下, 镓化Y型分子筛([Ga]AlY)处理噻吩、四氢噻吩、4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩(4,6-DMDBT)正壬烷溶液(硫含量500 μg•g−1), 每克吸附剂吸附硫的量分别为7.7、17.4、14.5 mg. 采用密度泛函理论(DFT)中的广义梯度近似方法(GGA)计算各分子中硫原子上的电荷数, 噻吩中硫原子的电荷数为−0.159, 而4,6-DMDBT和四氢噻吩分别为−0.214、0.298. 四氢噻吩和4, 6-DMDBT中硫原子上的电子密度大于噻吩中硫原子上的电子密度, 这就使得四氢噻吩和4,6-DMDBT中的硫原子与吸附位间的作用会远大于噻吩中的硫原子与吸附位间的作用, 吸附容量必然会大很多. 采用[Ga]AlY处理抚顺石油二厂的催化裂化汽油(硫含量：299 μg•g−1), 每克吸附剂处理2.1 mL汽油时, 处理后汽油的硫含量为54.8 μg•g−1, 说明[Ga]AlY对汽油脱硫有一定的效果.     

Synthesis of Cyanobenzaldehydes （m—,o—,p—）by Molecular oxygen Oxidation Methods

Cyanobenzaldehydes (m-,o-,p-) were synthesized by oxidation of corresponding tolunitriles with molecular oxygen,catalyzed by cobalt acetate and sodium bromide.     

An attempt on the VOC oxidation using mechanically activated catalyst

A catalytic action of the mechanochemical products of copper hydroxocarbonate with calcium carbonate was investigated in n-butyl alcohol oxidation tests. The solid products of high-energy milling were identified using thermogravimetry supplemented by X-ray diffraction method. It was shown that the mechanical activation induces more effective tested catalyst because it promotes the alcohol conversion at lower temperatures than that unmilled one. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

Asymmetric silyl nitronate cycloadditions with bornane-10,2-sultam derivatives

Asymmetric silyl nitronate cycloadditions with N-acryloyl (2R)-bornane-10,2-sultam, N-acryloyl (2S)-bornane-10,2-sultam, and N-methacryloyl (2R)-bornane-10,2-sultam have been studied. The asymmetric silyl nitronate cycloaddidon/elimination methodology provides a general route for the asymmetric synthesis of 2-isoxazolines.
