Anionic carbosilane dendrons decorated with sulfonate functions and one thiol moiety at the focal point have been used to synthesize water‐soluble gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) through the direct reaction of dendrons, gold precursor, and reducing agent in water, and also through a place‐exchange reaction. These nanoparticles have been characterized by NMR spectroscopy, TEM, thermogravimetric analysis, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV/Vis spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and zeta‐potential measurements. The interacting ability of the anionic sulfonate functions was investigated by EPR spectroscopy with copper(II) as a probe. Different structures and conformations of the AuNPs modulate the availability of sulfonate and thiol groups for complexation by copper(II). Toxicity assays of AuNPs showed that those produced through direct reaction were less toxic than those obtained by ligand exchange. Inhibition of HIV‐1 infection was higher in the case of dendronized AuNPs than in dendrons. 相似文献

An improved design of the transport detector is described that uses a pre-oxidized titanium ribbon as the transport medium. The titanium ribbon has a high loading capacity that permits a large proportion of the total column eluent to be taken into the sensing system. The solute is sensed by pyrolysis and the subsequent detection of pyrolysis products by a miniature argon detector. The pyrolyzer and sensor system is designed to ensure that all the pyrolysis products enter the detector with minimum dilution and band dispersion. As a result, the sensitivity of the detector (or minimum detectable concentration) has been reduced by approximately two orders of magnitude compared with the original design. The sensitivity of the system described to sucrose is 8 x 10(-8) g/mL, which is similar to the sensitivity of the fixed-wavelength UV detector to benzene (approximately 5 x 10(-8) g/mL). It would appear that the new design has potentially a sensitivity at least an order of magnitude lower than that reported here. 相似文献

The spectral characteristics of the inclusion of 1-naphthalenacetamide in beta-cyclodextrin have been studied by luminescence methods. The addition of bromoalcohols or bromoalkanes produces a decrease of the fluorescence of the inclusion complex, giving rise to a new band corresponding to phosphorescence emission. The emission intensity is much higher in the presence of bromoalkanes than in the presence of bromoalcohols. The deoxygenation of the solutions is achieved by flowing nitrogen, by the addition of sodium sulphite and by a combination of both methods, which results in the most effective approach. The phosphorescence emission is produced in the turbid suspension formed in the presence of the bromoalkane. The formation of microcrystals seems necessary to obtain phosphorescence emission from the ternary system. 相似文献

We have developed an experimental method based on the visibility factor of light-scattering minima to obtain size-polydispersity information from contaminants upon a flat substrate. A GC/EC method has been developed for the determination of 2-isosorbide mononitrate (2-ISMN) and 5-isosorbide mononitrate (5-ISMN) in blood plasma. The procedure is based on extraction of ammonium sulfate-treated plasma with ether followed by a cleanup via n-heptane/methanol partitioning. After conversion to t-butyldimethylsilyl ethers, the ISMNs are chromatographed on a 3% OV-17 column. Absolute recoveries of 76.7 and 84.8% were achieved for 2-ISMN and 5-ISMN, respectively. Using o-nitrobenzyl alcohol as an internal standard, relative standard deviations of 4.8 to 6.1% were observed over the concentration ranges of 10 to 100 ng/ml for 2-ISMN and 250 to 1500 ng/ml for 5-ISMN. 相似文献

The parameters of ther-ionization waves in a neon discharge were measured at two neutral gas temperatures (298°K and 77°K). The experimental results of the measurements of the artificially excitedr-ionization waves over the region of the homogeneous positive column in discharge tubes with different radius (from 0·5 cm to 1·2 cm) are reported. The results are arranged as simple functions of pressure, electric field and discharge tube radius. The product of the wave-length and the electric field and the ratio of the group and phase velocities are independent of the temperature. The temperature changes of the dependences of the frequency and phase and group velocities are connected with the temperature changes of the atomic ion life-time in neon discharge. The validity of the dependences for wave parameters is confined to the artificially excited waves in a homogeneous positive column.Authors express their gratitude to M. Novák, L. Láska, K. A simple theoretical model which assumes a linear increase with thorium concentration for the cerium 4? level with respect to the Fermi level can explain both the decrease of the superconducting temperature and the logarithmic slope of the Kondo resistivity in LaTh based alloys with cerium impurities.
